Fantastic experience: I have recently paid for the 10 hour course. During this whole week, he has been patient He made me feel more comfortable and confident on the road, and help me practice with my turns.

Fantastic experience: Expert driving school is really the best driving school in charlotte North Carolina. Today I passed my road test with my first attempt. Workineh is not only thought me to pass the test, but also helped me to be confident on all kinds of roads. I can say that my license is the best new year gift for 2025.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to my instructor, Mr. Work, as his students warmly call him. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my experience learning with expert driving school and recommend it 100%. Both Mr. Workineh and Mr. Anthony are easy going friendly instructors that make you feel comfortable on your process on learning how to drive. Mr. Work provided us (my husband and me) with classroom lessons giving us some tips as well as tools to help us practice for the test. On the road lessons, personally as a first driver, I wanted someone calm and respectful which both instructors are. I’m grateful for the open and flexible communication between Mr.Workineh and us, being new to the USA, he provided all the information about the process for the drivers license as a non National. The day of the test Mr.Workineh accompanied me and lent me his car for the test. This helps a lot to feel more confident. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Expert Driving School enough!! I was in an accident three years ago and it’s been quite traumatic for me to be in a car ever since, let alone drive one. Mr. Workneh was so patient and attentive, always highlighting what was done well and clearly explaining how to improve on skills that need work. I’m feeling so much more confident in the car now thanks to his guidance.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school and taking lessons with Mr. Workineh and Mr. Anthony. Years ago, I drove briefly in my home country but never felt confident enough to drive again. After moving to the U.S., I decided to overcome this fear. Based on the positive reviews I found, I decided to give this school a chance, and I’m very glad I did. From the very first class, the instructors explained all the steps that would be evaluated during the DMV exam. Over the 12 hours of lessons, I practiced driving in small neighborhood streets, uptown, and even on the highway. After two and a half weeks of my first lesson, I felt confident enough to take the test—and I passed! On the day of the test, Mr. Workineh arrived at the agreed-upon time for me and two other students to use his car. Unfortunately, an unforeseen issue at the DMV caused us to wait much longer than expected. But Mr. Workineh patiently waited there for us to be tested. I am truly grateful to have worked with these instructors. They are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. All the lessons were enjoyable and helped build my confidence with each encounter. Thank you once again for helping me achieve something that seemed so difficult just a month ago.

Negative experience: Rewrite Good morning guys I don’t recommend this school for anyone, he is not honest person , he took from me $900 ; $700 for 10 hours and $200 for renting the car for the exam I went to the exam and the system was down and there were couples of students with him , so I took a decision for backing to the home I called him and I texted him and he said we can reschedule that again, and I called him after that he said he just provide a car on Tuesday and he knows all Tuesday I am busy and he changed his mind. When I ask him for refund he took $50 from $200 So if you don’t have a car for the exam don’t give him the money till you finish the hours for training At least I wanna thank MR. Antino he thought me well Updated as new respond Dear Mr. Work, I feel compelled to address some inconsistencies in our recent communication. I called and texted you to discuss which day we could go for the exam, and you informed me that Thursday was no longer an option, despite our earlier agreement that we could go on both Tuesday and Thursday. You also mentioned that a refund would be acceptable if needed. It's disappointing to feel misled, and I plan to share my experience inside my store and I am going to put many banners and the situation with others regarding your school. While I’m not concerned about the $50, I don’t appreciate feeling deceived or pressured. On a positive note, I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Anthony for his excellent driving instruction. He has been truly helpful.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend if you have little to no experience GIVE THEM A TRY. I completed the 10-hour driving lessons & took the DMV road test with their vehicle and PASSED. Mr.Work is very professional & highly knowledgeable. Now ANTHONY he’s AMAZING, a real gem I tell you, he has a lot of patience AND he’s a GREAT instructor. He has lots of experience & believe me when I say just a downright good person. You honestly can’t go wrong with them. They’re the best. You won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, no one answers the phone and going in person is a gamble since the owner is also the instructor. I asked for a partial refund due to my child no longer living in the state and was told I could not since I'm the parent not the student. BUT....the owner had no problem taking my "parent money" when I paid in full upon signing up!! ***beware of slick talking businesses like this one***

Fantastic experience: I had a great learning experience with Mr.Work. He was extremely experienced and a great communicator. I highly recommend for all drivers new or otherwise. He has a tip for everything.

Positive experience: 1st session went well, dude was really nice and cordial. We took the lesson on Memorial Day, set up a DMV walk in the next day, told me I needed to get insurance in my name which I couldn't do that day cause it was a holiday. So I got the DMV walk in refunded because I would need to reschedule. I got insurance now and he just won't accept any calls or messages now been trying for 3 days now. I understand he's a busy guy but that's not the right thing to do by somebody.

My training consisted of 6 hours of basic instruction, followed by an additional 4 hours dedicated to driving on highways and in the city. I received training from both Mr. Workneh and Mr. Antony. One piece of advice for anyone enrolling in driving lessons: please be punctual for your sessions, as arriving late may result in missing out on valuable learning time of 2-hour session."

Negative experience: I called to inquire about lessons and was immediately put off by my experience. The man who answered was in the middle of a yelling at a student, and it took several attempts to get his attention. When he finally acknowledged me, his greeting was abrupt and unfriendly. After I briefly mentioned my interest in lessons, he asked to call me back in five minutes due to being with a student, but I never received a follow-up call. This initial interaction, especially hearing the way he spoke to his student, dissuaded me from pursuing their services further. Consider this a heads-up.

They will teach you everything you need for the road test and everything you need to be an everyday driver too. Very friendly also. Worth the money, such a good experience.

Mr. Workineh got us scheduled right away and accomplished so much in 5 classes for each girl. He also accommodated our crazy summer travel schedule. Both of our girls went from being very timid drivers to having much more confidence. This was time and money well spent. I recommend that all parents give their children as much time behind the wheel as possible until they feel comfortable to do it all on their own. Fantastic experience: Put simply, an amazing driving school! I’m 15 years old with my permit, throughout classes I was able to learn different techniques of driving (such as turning, lane changes, etc.). After I finished my classes, my parents specifically told me how much my driving had improved. The classes themselves were also very enjoyable, I looked forward to them. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get your driver’s license in Charlotte, this is the place to go for sure. Mr.Workneh doesn’t teach you to just pass the road test, but teaches you how to drive for the long term. He is very good at understanding student’s fears and building their confidence not only behind the wheel but in general. He also was very accommodating with my schedule, went above and beyond to schedule lessons and make sure it worked for me. Negative experience: My son Nate got his license today. During his test he was required to go through a school zone where he hit 2 children one age (2) the other age (5). Also we are so proud of him and this school taught him so much about driving my only problem with it is now I have a 7 million dollar lawsuit coming up In august. He will be paying this with Allowance.

At the beginning I was really scared and they helped me with everything (from driving in small neighborhoods to driving in downtown and also highway). When I was looking for schools this one caught my attention for all the reviews it has, and let me tell you something, all of them are true! They not only teach you how to drive, they also give you really good advices for your life and makes you feel really confident. Fantastic experience: As an international driver from a very small Caribbean Island, the thought of driving in the US was very intimidating to me. The roadways and pace of driving are much different to what I am accustomed to. However, after a few classes with Mr. Workineh I was able to exponentially increase my confidence and pass my road test in my first attempt. Mr. Workineh was very patient and is an excellent teacher. I finally decided to get professional help and was really lucky to find this school! I did 6 hours originally and decided to go for more afterwards, since I was such a nervous driver.
