Beginners Driving School & DMV Express Stop ????

Negative experience: Horrible service! “New Owner” is shady and doesn’t want to issue 5-hour certification even though it was never given. Now wants to another $25 to get a new one…smh.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful that I chose Beginners Driving Academy. Iqra, my instructor, is an amazing instructor who worked with me one step at a time. Not only was I able to improve my driving skills because of her, but she also made me feel very confident and comfortable when it came to driving as I had no driving experience before I came to this school. Iqra made sure to point out all of the techniques I should look out for and be aware of when it came to preparing for the road test. I am also thankful for Sara who provided a smooth and easy process when it came to scheduling lessons and especially scheduling the time and day I wanted for my road test. Thanks to this school, I passed my road test on the first try!

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR LESSONS! I asked for a refund on one of my lessons because I was sick and couldn’t make it but I’ve been waiting for more than 2 months! The women who work there have told me so many times they’ve spoken to the person responsible for my refund and that they’ll call me back but never call and STILL TO THIS DAY I HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I spoke to the person responsible for my refund( a guy) and he didn’t even have the decency to talk to me directly on the phone he spoke to one of the woman there and they had to ask him whatever I had asked and then he would tell them and they would tell me, I could hear him standing right next to the woman and talking. These woman who work there don’t do their job either. They lie and tell you they’ll get back to you all the time. It’s been months and I want my money!!! They told me they would process it ( after two months!) and still it hasn’t been processed and for that reason I am giving them one star. If I could give zero stars I would. So unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I used to be so scared of driving I had so much insecurities going behind the wheel. Until I met Raza he showed me how to take control of the wheel and realize that I’m the person in control. He taught me how to be confident in my driving even though I still felt like I needed practice he insisted on me taking my drivers test. I just passed this last week and it has been 5 years in the making of me trying and failing and if it wasn’t for this school I probably would’ve still been failing my drivers test. Fantastic experience: This is the ”Go To” school for ALL beginners. I’m in my early forty’s and needed more classes (for my comfort level as I have a family to worry about when I’m driving). This school was able to take me from the unknown to driving within what I felt was the shortest timeframe. They don’t only teach the norm but also goes into so many aspects other schools don’t. How do I know this? I have a nephew who started earlier with another school and was shocked at how much more I was learning in comparison. He’s now going on his second test, not only because they didn’t mentor him according to the standards but because they failed to ensure things such as the car on the day of testing was functioning properly. Thankfully with Beginners Driving Academy, I didn’t have any such issues. They truly ensure everything is vetted for your success on the testing day and further driving. If you want to become a driver who fully understands what’s needed to drive then this is definitely the school for you. The staff is very friendly and guides well in helping you make the right choices; down from how many class is recommended, to the tutor, to the various timeframes. I did my research on many schools before choosing Beginners Driving Academy and I must say, I’m very happy I made this choice! Fantastic experience: I recently signed my 17 year old son up for lessons with Beginners Driving School. I signed him up for the 12 lesson package. He had his last lesson December 11th and his road test December 15th 2021. I am happy to say he passed his road test December 15th with no issues. I am extremely happy with the results of this Driving School and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about signing themselves or their children up for lessons. Excellent choice. Fantastic experience: I went for multiple lessons and felt great with my instructor Raza. Taught me all there is to know and felt comfortable driving. Didn't feel nervous at all with him. Passed on my third road test due to the people testing me, keep that in account. While driving with Raza gave me no complications, the Road test examiners made me choke up twice which is completely unrelated to Raza and the Beginners Driving School. Definitely recommend them 10/10.

I've had to change classes ( with at least 2-4 day notice for them ) They always came through for me. Positive experience: EDIT** I am not sure what is going on, but I do feel like after giving a great review, the nice treatment stopped. I had two lessons before my road test (tomorrow) and my last one was cancelled on me because they “woke up late” and now a new number I do not recognize texted me, said they are from Beginners Academy, to let me know that I my lesson is at 9 am today and not 8am, but I am scheduled for 8 because I would m at 9. They told me this literally 1 minute before 8, so I woke up earlier than usual to get ready for nothing. I still believe what I wrote in my last interview is correct, but now I feel played. My leas test is at 7am tmr and I didn’t get my last two lessons prior to. Raza is my instructor, I have done 5 lessons with him so far and he is patient, calm, and good at teaching in a way that makes the information easy to retain. Today I had a lesson with Anthony, he is also very patient and calm. Although it was our first lesson together, he did not show any fear/doubt which was something I was nervous about. He is also good at teaching. Overall I believe this is a great academy to learn how to drive with. The prices are reasonable, the staff is responsive, and the instructors are great. I did choose the earliest lesson time which may have caused a little lateness on my instructors’ behalf, but nothing more than five minutes which isn’t a red flag because I learned so much anyway.

Fantastic experience: I had a overall great experience with Beginners Driving school. The person answering the phone when I first called with inquiries was very pleasant and helpful. She answered any questions I had and was very patient. Along my journey, she sent me text messages to remind me of my lesson appointments, and later on my road test. They were very understanding and flexible when it comes to rescheduling and cancellation. Due to COVID-19, my five hour class was done virtually. I had Raza as my instructor, and he did a wonderful job. I am a first time driver, I was very scared to drive. He was very patient and helped me build my confidence in driving. I took eight lessons, but It wasn’t enough for me to pass. He was honest, he told me I needed 1 or 2 more lessons to pass. I listened, and took an extra lesson. Today, I’m excited to say that I did it on my first try. I can’t believe it, I was the most scared and unexperienced driver in the world, but now I am confident and ready to move forward. I would definitely recommend this school 100 percent .

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful for this school. Guys, this is the school you need to go to. The instructors are very calming and won’t make u feel ridiculous for asking questions that may seem out of the norm. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I found it hard some times to be able to relax and fully comprehend the rules of the road, however my instructor was there to let me know that it was okay. With his guidance I passed. I just came back from the road test today. I only wished I would’ve have take these lessons before Spending almost a thousand dollars to go to driversEd at my school, because I know I would’ve passed the road test on the first try.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Beginner’s Driving Academy back in October of 2020. The lady who works in the office I must say is very pleasant and always very helpful. She even allowed me to text her when needed. My lessons started November 3, 2020 and my driving instructors name is Raza. He is a great instructor and full of energy even at 8am. I knew nothing about a car or driving when I started my lessons and I was absolutely terrified to even get in the driver’s seat of any vehicle. I will admit I am still terrified but Raza did help me to better understand a car and the rules to driving. I did not have enough confidence in myself to even schedule the road test for myself. He has pushed me to take the road test. I’ve literally been running from it since the end of December. The instructors and the office staff are very nice people who are very understanding of your hectic life and will do their best to accommodate you. They have decent packages and pricing which can be very beneficial especially with all that’s going on in the world today. I passed the road test on my first try and I couldn’t thank them enough for all their help because the day of the road test I was terrified and my hands were l shaking. I’m glad to have had them to push me to take the road test because I honestly would of just kept buying lessons and never would of schedule that test on my own.

Fantastic experience: Courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable driving school. Ali was my instructor. He answered all my questions and gave me key tips to pass. I had previous driving experience so it wasn't difficult for me to grasp and do everything. I only took 2 lessons which was enough for me. I passed on the first try.
