Fantastic experience: Leadway driving school review does a great job at ensuring you will succeed. I didn’t pass my first time because it was my own fault but the second time I went after taking 2 years to get my license I went back to the same guy and school and managed to pass the test first try after 2 years. He makes sure you are ready for the test before going. Please take him if you can it’ll be hard at first but if you do at-least 8 lessons you will be okay.

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Leadway Driving School. I, like many others, was not confident in my driving abilities and was a beginner essentially. I also had anxiety from past driving experiences and another driving school . After seeing the wonderful reviews for this school I decided to take a chance and I am so happy I did. I did my lessons with Mr. S and he was patient, calm and informative, he taught me how to parallel park successfully on the first lesson and I couldn’t believe it, he also made me feel at ease and I think secretly to test my multi-tasking skills by engaging me in conversation. As such I was able to pass my driving test on the first try!!!! 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: Purchase a 10 package deal for my son in October of 2022 i had to call him several times for my son to get his lessons then when he gives a time and date that he will come he dont come or show so with that being said i had to purchase new classes at another school which cost me more money and my son still do not have his liscence so i would not recommend any one to go to this school unless you have money to throw away

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend this driving school to anyone who wants to know how to drive and to pass their road test . I started driving with Sabin in 2022 he was very patient ,informative and helpful with teaching me how to drive because I haven’t driven since high school and I truly just wasn’t comfortable behind the wheel but with his help and techniques I was able to pass my road test. This driving school is very flexible also because with me being a full time student and working they worked with my schedule so I can be able to drive a couple times a week .If you want to learn how to drive and pass your road test do it with Leadway Driving and get Sabin as your instructor .

Fantastic experience: I knew how to drive somewhat, but I didn’t know how to parallel park. I bought a few lessons and the 5 hour class and I knew how to park by the first lesson. Each lesson made me more confident in driving and parking and being a safe driver. I took my drivers test today and I passed! Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I did the 8 lesson package which included a car for the road test, road test appointment, and the 5-hour class. The driving instructor-Sebil- was very nice and he gives very good advice/tips on improving your driving skills, because of him I was able to pass the road test on the first try. I would definitely recommend this school for a beginner or even if you have some experience and just need to refine your skills

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I made towards my driving journey was choosing Leadway Driving School. The 5 lesson package I chose was well worth the money! My instructor, Mr. Sebil, was amazingggg!! He was professional while also charismatic. I felt extremely comfortable driving with him. He was very patient and thorough in his explanations in regards to his driving techniques. Within two weeks I felt comfortable enough to schedule my road test. I passed on my very first try!! I was taught how to parallel park by multiple other people and never fully learned until Mr. Sotannde taught me. I was able to parallel park perfectly on the test and I was able to pass as a result. His tips helped me avoid common mistakes on the exam. If you follow his teachings, you will definitely pass on first try with this company.

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test today! Mr. S. was quite patient with me. Because of the pandemic, my 5-hour class was hosted by him online & I acted fast & took it. Mr. S. had to also work with me as I navigated personal obstacles which forced me to delay taking my road test when it was originally scheduled. Having failed the road test twice in 1994 (seriously) with another instructor, an instructor with patience & good ratings was vital to me, given the 27-year gap between attempts to pass the road test (yes, I’m 45 years old!). Thanks, Mr. S.!

Fantastic experience: I found leadway driving school through my google searches when I moved to Elmont I needed a driving school. I took lessons before but I was never as consistent with the lessons. I must say I am glad I decided to go with this school because the instructor is very easy going, he works with you and your schedule; he has the patience to see and make sure all his students pass their road test. I took my road test a second time and I passed. I would recommend this school to anyone who is new to driving or looking for a new driving school.

I’ve had my license for 4 years and never got comfortable on the road because I didn’t own a car. Moving to Long Island, I got a car and decided to take driving classes with Leadway to get over the fear of being on the road. After 5 sessions, I felt so much more confident and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Mr. Sebil (the owner and principal driving instructor) is heaven sent! I had tried taking the driving test THREE times after practicing with another driving school in the area, but failed every time. My sister suggested making a switch and it was exactly what I needed! His patience, calming presence, methods that were logical and easily adaptable, up to date instruction materials, late model car, etc., all made for the best preparation I have ever had and I am now the proud holder of a NYS driver's license! If you have tried other schools with no success or you are a newbie who wants to get the knowledge down right the first time - LEADWAY IS THE ONLY WAY!
