She just got her license today so stay off the sidewalks! I’m kidding! She’s a safe and great driver! I recommend Alex and look forward to him teaching my youngest to drive. Negative experience: El servicio no es el mejor. Quede con el señor victor medina para asi tener 4 clases de $379 + examen $100 los cuales pague por adelantado por su insistencia. Todo iba bien hasta que llego el primer dia de la cita donde me escribio un mensaje para decirme que estaba enfermo y no podria asistir a la clase que me lo cambiaria para otro dia nos vimos al dia siguiente todo bien. Quedamos para recuperar el dia anterior al cual no asistio y volvio a cancelar por el clima quedamos otro dia para reparar ese dia todo bien y al dia siguiente me vuelve a cancelar a un dia antes de mi cita me dice que tampoco puede estar presente el dia del examen. Obvio pedi el dinero de regreso y el señor victor aun no se ha hecho presente me presente al dmv para que me dijeran que no habia una cita que habia sido cancelada. Me hizo perder el tiempo y el dinero y al llamar a la compañia me dicen que ellos no se hacen responsables que no es problema de ellos y que tengo que hablar con el señor victor pregunte que cuando estaba ahi el señor victor y me contesto con un no tengo ni idea.... muy mala experiencia adjunto pruebas

Negative experience: I would never do business with these people I have been waitting since Nov for a refund on a driver test retake that the supposed owner had to cancel for personal reasons after I had to make the appointment myself In case you do not know it is extremely hard to make an appointment yourself Various times I was promised a refund by someone that appeared honest, but it was all lies. Then the excuse was that my bank was refusing the refund what a joke Well then someone was going to Zelle me my refund. Today is June no refund I do not believe that I am so disappointed to the point of air out how I feel But for a company with a 15 year reputation this not acceptable in any way.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Kissimmee Driving and Traffic School was very professional and helpful as well. The instructor gave me lots of great tips while I was driving and explained how the driver's test worked and what I had to do to pass it. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mr Victor not for the 1st time but for 3rd time I used this school services and I have to share my kids are 12 yrs apart and diferent time generations and after 11 yrs I asked for his services and have to say both times driving lessons with him the best.,his professionalism, patience, the driving educational pieces and finally even a word of advice to a new driver. Wordsof wisdom he is a great mentor and every dollar paid is worth it. Highly recommended as a parent and a great gift to your new driver. Highly recommend this school

Fantastic experience: Everything is great. Even the instructor is great, he would come on time and make sure you do everything correctly without pressuring you. I would highly recommend. The instructor is very patient and will correct you if you do anything wrong. Another thing you will practice for as long as needed and what needs to be improved based on your skills and experience.

Negative experience: Just like everyone else you pay upfront and schedule lessons and they “reschedule” and don’t call or text you back at all you can text them 100 times and VICTOR won’t answer at all I disputed my charge and got my money back but I guess someone he managed to take it back again so I’ll be calling my bank and getting my money back again

Negative experience: Go elsewhere. I wish I paid attention to the last couple of reviews. I had the same issue.. the owner called and cancelled for different reasons on multiple occasions and then communication is very unprofessional! He will text and say the most random things. The one time I rescheduled he uses it as an excuse to blame me for not completing the last session with my daughter. Very unprofessional.
