Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Crash Course Driver Education Center! My instructors, Jeremy and Miss Cain, were amazing and made learning to drive such a positive experience. Jeremy was super adaptable, really observant, and always stayed calm, which made me feel very comfortable during every lesson. He adjusted his teaching to fit what I needed and helped me build a lot of confidence behind the wheel. Miss Cain was all about safety and explained everything so clearly. Her focus and attention to detail made it easy for me to understand the rules of the road and feel ready to drive responsibly. If you’re looking for a driving school that’s supportive, this is definitely the place to go. Big thanks to Jeremy and Miss Cain for all your help—I couldn’t have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test today!! As an adult driver I was very nervous and a little embarrassed to not already have learned to drive. I was a very nervous driver and wouldn’t even drive around the block of my neighborhood without panicking. I needed to find an adult program that would acclimate me to the road enough to learn and pass my road test. I worked with Jeremy for each of my lessons and each time he was very funny, kind, and educational. He never made me feel stupid for making mistakes and always turned those mistakes back around into a helpful lesson that shaped my driving knowledge. In just 3 lessons I was able to get confidence enough to start learning with other licensed drivers and finally take my road test! Thank you Crash Course for being a part of such a huge step in my life!

Fantastic experience: So I researched where the best place to go for driving lessons and was recommended here. The awsome promotion really helped as well! I worked with Jeremy and he was so understanding about all of the reasons I didn't want to drive. I'm so thankful, he was so patient and willing to teach me anything I needed to know. The conversations while driving really made the time pass and helped alot with my anxiety. Really he went above and beyond to teach me to drive and I'm so thankful! Negative experience: My son took driver education with this company in 2022. The instruction was fine, but communication was horrible. The company operates under three different names (Crash Course, Hands on the Wheel, Turning Point), but they don’t answer any of the phone numbers, and they don’t return phone messages. E-mail is slightly better but still not very prompt. My son finished classes in December 2022 but waited until November 2023 to get his license. I tried contacting this company to make sure his course completion was still valid and had been sent to the DMV. I left multiple phone messages and sent e-mails but never received any response, so I just crossed my fingers. Sure enough, after he passed his test and went to get his license, the DMV told us that Crash Course had never sent over the driver ed completion. Knowing it was futile, I called all three phone numbers and sent e-mails. Finally I decided to just drive over to their office. I knocked on the door, and someone (I believe it was the owner) came out to talk to me. He said he would be happy to help me AFTER they were done with their staff meeting - which was supposed to last another two hours - even though I explained that the DMV was waiting for the information. He never apologized or acknowledged that it was his company’s mistake.

Fantastic experience: I earned my permit and driver's license a few years ago thanks to Jeremy and Miss Cain. As an adult driver with lots of anxiety; I was extremely afraid of driving. I also battle with astigmatism so driving at night is a challenge for me. One lesson at a time, my confidence on the road grew. Thanks to their patience and unique teaching style I am now able to drive myself and my children wherever we need to go and I have learned lots of safety tips. I am currently taking additional lessons to get over my fear of the freeway. I can't wait to update and share when I have accomplished my new goal. Thank you CrashCourse!

Negative experience: Most of these positive reviews are bots. Payed them and they never contacted me, tried calling to set up appointments and after being sent to voicemail multiple times I finally got a hold of them. said they would email me with times to set up appointments rather than actually working with me to set up times. I waited over a month and never received an email. Called again and asked for a refund and didn’t receive it until after contacting my credit card company and leaving a poor review, very shady policies on there website. I was very polite throughout. Seems as though they are trying to get paid without following through on the services. Very unprofessional shady “business”.

Negative experience: All these positive reviews are from years ago. This place is now very shady. After making the online payment, they never contacted us at all, we called a couple weeks later and they said they'd send us our appointment times but never did, many weeks later we called and asked for a refund and they said okay but never did it. We had to work through our credit card company to get our money back. STAY AWAY!!

Negative experience: My daughters friend is currently getting lessons here and loves her instructor. His name is (Des?)(Dez?) and I called to inquire about getting my daughter signed up and spoke to a man named (Jeremy) and was instantly unimpressed with his unprofessional behavior when I inquired about wanting to sign her up to drive with this particular instructor. He said, yea well that’s just too bad, he don’t work here no more!!!?? But the way it was said was down right rude and dismissive. There are professional ways to go about those things so I ended the call instantly! Very very unprofessional of him!! I am unimpressed and quite frankly very disappointed! I contacted my daughters friends parents and told them about this conversation with this Jeremy guy and was told he is the owner!! They said if this is true, and this instructor is no longer available, that they would be pulling her out and finding another driving school. What kind of professional business owner is this!!??? I’ll pay the little bit extra and go to a reputable, BBB accredited, PROFESSIONAL driving school.

Fantastic experience: I'm an adult driver with driving anxieties. I passed my test! So that's a good testament to their work. I still don't *love* driving but I can do it. Because I had a lot of lessons with them - I had lessons with almost their entire staff - everyone had different tips/tricks/perspectives that were helpful. Really good value - would recommend to other adult drivers.

Fantastic experience: I took behind the wheel lessons with CC in 2019 as a nervous adult learner. Jeremy was attentive and patient. He really helped me work through my nerves and learn the techniques. I got my license a month later and now drive regularly with confidence. Definitely recommend CC to other adult learners!

Fantastic experience: Had the best time learning how to drive with Jeremy. I learned a bit later in life and he made me feel so comfortable behind the wheel. There was no easing into it, he propelled me into the driver seat and that boosted my confidence. He kept the vibes calm and funny to distract and unnerve me. I have recommended this driving class to everyone I know who is trying to learn. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Having ZERO behind the wheel experience and after only 6 sessions with Jermey, I passed my road test on my first try a week later with no points taken off. If you’re hesitating to book, don’t, enroll now!

Fantastic experience: A parent: Both my teens did driver's ed with CC and had great experience. The on line course is flexable, they thought the behind the wheel instructors were helpful and nice, the company is very responsive. One child had started behind the wheel when covid hit and CC kept their customers up to date on all the changes and quickly adapted to new covid rules. They also will pick your child up at home or school for behind the wheel lessons.

Fantastic experience: I really really want to thank them for the great experience i’ve had under their guidance. Jeremy was really fun. I took adult driving lessons and being new to driving and rules, i was really nervous but Jeremy made it so easy and calming, he is real friendly and engaging. He has made his ways of making you learn so simple that i didnot know abc of driving before joining classes but when i went for my road test the very first time, after test i was complimented that i drive really good and maturely, that is the change Crash Course classes brought in me, credit goes to Jeremy I will reccomend them to anybody and everybody..They go above and beyond to help their customers and to meet their need..I got my driving test date 2 months after my driving lessons but Jeremy called and texted the time he found a slot empty for an earlier appointment and helped me book it!! Thank you guys!! May you keep providing the best drivers forever

Negative experience: Terrible customer service! Manager slammed the door on my face because I walked in 15 minutes early before opening! They told my son he finished the course, giving him a certificate of completion. Just to find out a year later he didn't complete the course!? Dont waist you time or money on this ghetto place! Now because of my review my son was dropped from the course! I beg you not to go here! Now I am being harassed by the owner! I suggest that you stop or I will be forced to call the police!

Negative experience: Online classroom part was fine, but the behind-the-wheel experience has been terrible. They are at least 20 minutes late to pick him up each time and always bring him back early too, so he isn't getting the required number of hours for observing or driving. They have also gone to the wrong address to pick him up more than once.

Fantastic experience: I took adult private lessons and I was able to obtain my drivers license very quickly . My instructor was very nice and I enjoyed my experience.

Negative experience: This place is horrible never go here again waiting at the dmv for over 40 mi it’s Bc the poorly trained staff can’t figure out how to upload an online completion to the dmv we called at 2 they said it would be uploaded it’s 2:50 and it’s still not uploaded

Fantastic experience: They are a bunch of very nice people (professionally as well as personally)...I didn't have any prior driving experience before I started taking lessons from Crash Course...I started from scratch and learned everything about driving from them...Jeremy, Marci, Ms Caine and lastly Eddie (a big thumbs up for him)....Thanks a lot to all of you...I took my road test today at the Northwest DMV and I passed the test very first time...Thanks again from the core of my heart, keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic experience: Crash Course made it easy to complete courses at home versus running somewhere to sit in class. I like that the courses needed to be completed in a timely manner as well. A month is given to complete the classes, motivating one to stay on top of the work. All video work and no homework.

Positive experience: Crash course did good job of not yelling at me. Only thing they forgot is to show me how to uphill and downhill park. Other than that they taught me well and were very friendly and made conversation while helping me learn i loved them. I hope they stick around because i have two other siblings that are signing up.

Fantastic experience: Went to the one in South Milwaukee as one of the first classes they had there. It was amazing, fun, and Jeremy is great at his job. Behind the wheels are fun and engaging, and your instructor does a great job of taking the stress off of you when driving. I've already successfully recommended a friend who also loved it. Negative experience: Not at all useful.you wil end up where you hav started or worst.I took behind the wheels and for first three sessions my instructor didnt much guided me to how to drive and on last final class new instructor show up and said I was even holding the steering wheel in wrong way. To my surprise the new instructor told me I was taking all my turns in wrong way, and even applying brakes most of the times which can cause accidents on road and that session just went in showing what all the things I m doing wrong ..SO on last day of my class I learned that I didnt learn anything till now and all I was doing incorrect or all my practicing these many days was merely an accident prone driving.Worst experience !!!

Negative experience: The instructors are more concerned with their cell phones than teaching our children how to drive! UNACCEPTABLE! One instructor literally grabbed the wheel from my daughter and continued to steer the vehicle as she had my daughter watch a video of her cats on her cell phone! Are you kidding me??? What is this teaching them!?!? Not to mention.....putting my daughter abd everyone else in that car in a dangerous situation! 100% unacceptable!!!

Fantastic experience: If you need to take any driver's ed courses there is simply no better place to do it than at Crash Course. Jeremy and Eduardo are excellent instructors. If you live within 6 miles of the classroom, you can be picked up for your behind the wheel hours from your home, which is very convenient. Don't even consider any other driving schools, Crash Course is the best there is.

Fantastic experience: Let me begin by saying that I went into the adult lessons with a lot of anxiety. I put off getting my license for a very long time because of it. I had Jeremy as my instructor and he was the absolute best! He made me feel comfortable but also challenge me in order to make me more confident about my driving. I took my drivers test this week and I passed on my first try, so thank you so much Jeremy and everyone else at Crash Course! My younger brother will start taking lessons there hopefully by next week! Totally recommend it :)

Fantastic experience: I never write these reviews, but I just had to for Crash Course. To start off, I passed my road test on the first try, only because of their help. They are extremely flexible and willing to work with your schedule, your needs, etc. They pay attention on what you need to work on the most and they will make sure that doing the maneuvers you will need to do in the road test will become second nature to you. ALL of their instructors are fantastic; they are clearly amazing at what they do and they are genuinely nice people who will teach you all you need to know and keep classes fun! :) I could not recommend them more!!!!!!! If you need to driving education, you really don't need to look anywhere else. THANK YOU CRASH COURSE!!!!! :)
