Fantastic experience: Passed my road test yesterday and I couldn’t have done it without H&S Driving School! My instructor was super patient and gave me really good advice

Negative experience: I cannot claim their services are not adequate. However, I can say that they are rude/condescending on the phone, have prices advertised they do not honor and they hung up on my wife while she was inquiring about services. For a new potential customer to inquire about services, this is not how they should be treated. Updated response: The misunderstanding with the promotion was over and done with before a verbal conversation was had. It was not even mentioned initially during the phone call until she was asked if she had been the one that sent the screenshot as it was a moot point. Your site advertises $425 for 6 hours. The first post on your Facebook page says $399 and your website metadata says $349. Going with the higher price when we inquired, we were advised that it would be an additional $50 fee for the written test which should have brought the cost to $475. When asking for the total my wife was quoted a price of $559, then told she would be given a "special" discount to $539. She could hear someone in the background saying "Yea tell her that price and that we'll give her a discount to make her happy". At no time did my wife argue the price or the fact that the promotions were no longer valid. When she thanked you for your time and the information, you hung up on her without another word. This was in addition to and after the original disconnect you mention. To have someone in the background repeatedly making comments when they thought they couldn't be heard then hanging up on a potential customer is not appropriate.

Fantastic experience: Instructor was amazing, she was so patient and very helpful. She taught the skills that I will need to pass my test! I feel so much more confident! We went over parallel parking, turns, k turns and so much more untill I got it all down! If you’re looking for a driving school, this is the one.

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test thanks to Mubashra! She is a fantastic instructor; very calm, patient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to focus on and she was 100% spot on with what to expect. We practiced parallel parking and k turns at least 20 times until I had it down. Without her help I would have likely failed. I highly recommend doing at least a refresher with her before your test!

Fantastic experience: If your taking your road test in Randolph this driving school is best. Took the road test twice but instructor Mubashra is the best! If you ever need to do a one and done definitely asked for her! My twin took it only once and we totally believe instructor Mubashra save us from having to do the whole process again. All her techniques were easy including parallel parking I got on the first day of lessons because of how she taught and gave me lessons that I will keep for a lifetime to better me as a driver. It was a pleasure learning with her!
