Negative experience: Called them to schedule an appointment and the person who answered the phone was rude for no reason. All I was asking was what program would be best for me and she was just nasty and mean.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this class I honestly thought the class was going to be boring, but I was proven wrong. I mat a whole lot people and the instructor was fantastic. One thing I must say Virginia laws are very different than New York laws. I am glad I decided to go to Tri-City driving school if you ever need a driving school to go to this is the one you will not be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I truly enjoyed this class, the thought of having to go to driving school was a drag. But Tracey the instructor made it relatively clear and fun.

Fantastic experience: Instructer was extremely knowledgeable and relatable. She was able to teach the material while sharing experiences and make the class as fun and interesting as it SHOULD be. Classes like this, especially when mandated to attend, are easy to zone out in, but the energy level was perfect and the environment was welcoming. Definitely recommend, and ask for Miss Tracy! She's the best!

Fantastic experience: I went to driving school a couple of weeks ago and Tracy was teaching the class, this school and Tracy are hand down the best driving school and Teacher I have ever had and trust me I've been to driving school alot of times over the years. Tracy is awesome, I enjoyed my time at driving school, if you dont choose this driving school when your looking for one then you will truly miss an awesome teacher, person and driving class, I promise you. Go to this DRIVING school and you WILL THANK ME LATER!!

Fantastic experience: My son had shown no interest in driving until the last 3 months. He is 31 years old, and on the spectrum. After receiving his learners permit, we went to Tracy at Tri-City Driving School. She was a God send. She instructed my son for approximately three weeks, working with both back roads, and driving in the city. She had the patience, and tone it took to bring the self confidence my son needed. Today he became a licensed driver. So proud of him, and cannot thank Ms Tracy enough for her help

Negative experience: I spontaneously remembered taking behind the wheel driving with Ms. Tracy five years ago. It was completely traumatic and horrible. I told her I knew nothing about driving but she had me start my second time driving on crazy one-lane back roads near matoaca hs. I was crying at the end of it and she told me i did terrible and was actually shaming me for my inexperience!! incredibly unprofessional. Taught me nothing, and didn't encourage me to try again. She was happy to charge 50$ for another 1 hour driving session however, which she was late for and proceded to tell me her life's troubles while I anxiously drove on the same dark road again (5pm in november) with NO instruction. I see good reviews for her class, which I think should have been offered to me instead. I hope she has improved with her ability to teach and guide as an INSTRUCTOR. Otherwise, I learned to drive myself and overcome the crippling anxiety I had towards driving that was made 10x worse by driving with her.

Fantastic experience: This driving school helped me a lot. I learned some new tips and tricks about driving which made me a way better driver. The driving instructor Ms.Tracy was very helpful and she stayed positive all the time. I recommend this driving school to anyone.

Fantastic experience: best experience in an adult classroom setting. In class learning was very fun. Cars were unusually (lol) clean. Would recomend to anyone who dont like school. You will have a ball while learning all aspects of driving safely.

Fantastic experience: I walk annoyed upon my first encounter with Ms.Tracy she assured me that she would make it interesting. Day of class she was pumped and excited to be there and teach something to help me deal with the laws in driving. Tracy kept us on our feet and engaged, her personality was EVERYTHING!!! she kept the teachings interesting and made sure we were up to date on the changes in the laws. I have never been in a defensive driving school that I was interested to be in. Ms.Tracy has an amazing spirit her level of professionalism showed her passion for what she does and i didnt mind spending my saturday in her class definitely got to pop in and speak from time to time lol. Fantastic experience: This was truly an awesome class and I’m so glad Ms. Tracy was my instructor!! The class was well instructed, enjoyable and effective. Her kindness, energy and pleasant smile sparked the classroom for discussion and interaction. She repeatedly emphasized safety, correct driving procedures and adherence to the law which allowed students to better synthesize course information. In addition, Ms. Tracy provided extra opportunities for learning beyond the courses curriculum (i.e. Professional Development) that allowed critical thinking and personal growth. I’m glad that I volunteered for this course because I personally gained a lot of knowledge that I would have never known. This was by far one of the best classes that I have attended and I will most defiantly recommend Tri-City Driving School to others to attend. And I absolutely will inform them to ask for Ms. Tracy so that they can be taught by one of the BEST!!

Fantastic experience: I took the class for a speeding ticket and Ms.Tracy was very helpful, understand, and pleasant. The class was educational in a fun way Ms.Tracy made sure she answered any and all questions. I have went back to just watch her teach other classes just to learn more and she is amazing when it comes to her teenage students. But you don't have to take my word for it just come by and sign up for a class and see for yourself.
