Driving School of North Texas is the best, most innovative driving school for teens and adults in North Texas. Our goal is to train our students to be safe, confident drivers. With locations in Allen, Frisco and McKinney, we strive to improve the safety of our roads and our communities. We offer Drivers Education classes, Driving Lessons for teens and adults and DPS Authorized Road Tests.

Fantastic experience: The North Texas Driving School has taught me many useful tips for the road. From the simple stuff to the complex stuff, they always made sure I knew what to do in every situation, and now I am ready to take my test thanks to them.
Positive experience: My son went in for a road test today. The people were friendly, and he passed, but it was a bad experience for him. He lost several points for strange things (like scratching his nose). A few things to note if you take a road test here: Use your turn signal when backing out of the parking space. Don't exceed 10 mph in the parking lot. When changing lanes, make sure you don't turn off your blinker before you get all four wheels into the new lane. One time checking your blind spot is not enough when changing lanes. You must check twice. Don't scratch your nose!
Fantastic experience: Loved the place as they engage with the students and make sure that there isn’t much tension while learning. The instructors are really helpful and point out your mistakes so you can learn without any worries. 10/10 would recommend this lovely place!

Negative experience: Screwed me over on my documents, gave me completely messed up certificates and documents and when I went to take my drivers test I learned the hard that they gave me empty and false documents, this place is a joke

Negative experience: The experience has been terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I saw your message that you searched records and can't find me as a client. You're correct, that is deliberate. I am the Mother of client. If you are an owner, I'd be happy to call you and discuss 1-1. If youre not an owner, than no need to reach out. In that case, I would encourage you to have your owner send me His/Her name and number-I would be available to discuss. Please don't bother sending the number on website.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Paul was my driving instructor and not only calmed my nerves but was super fun and really lightened the mood. Negative experience: Pulled in for our road test. Had all of the necessary documentation perfectly organized and ready to go. Unfortunately, our printer failed to include the red control number from the Texas Driver Education Certificate. I was given less than 10 minutes to find a location (on a Sunday before 9 am) to re-print the form even though the school has a printer. The instructor was flippant, shrugging her shoulders and saying it was not her problem. Extremely rude…… Compassion goes a long way. So does allowing your students to re-print one piece of paper that would have taken less than 30 seconds.

Fantastic experience: My name is angela. I have recently visited this facility. I absolutely have nothing to say bad about this place. It's very clean, when you walk in the comfort level is a 10, and that has 9.5 to do with the three young ladies that work there. Very professional, knew exactly how to work that computer so that it would be a quick time from when the client hit the desk to the door. I could absolutely tell that all three of their jobs. I do not remember their names, but the young lady who actually does the running of that huge machine in the back, boy, she is on fire for this job. I think God sometimes puts people exactly where they need to be, and she is. I just want to thank the young ladies for their professionalism and their cleanliness and may God bless you all

Fantastic experience: The Driving School of North Texas does a wonderful job teaching students in person and testing their knowledge within driving lessons. I had Mr. John as my driver instructor he was great and gave me wonderful feedback on how to improve. They also have a great system to schedule driving classes. Fantastic experience: It was a bit boring in the classes, but as soon as you finish them and start the driving lessons it gets so fun. I just passed my drivers test and could not be more grateful for all the instructors who were though on me and correcting me on each mistake. It’s worth it, enjoy.

Fantastic experience: My third boy is currently taking his road test here after going through the classes and I can say that we have had a wonderful experience every single time. The instructors are extremely kind and easy-going. They all seem to genuinely love what they do. And they also are careful to make sure no one gets their license who genuinely isn’t ready to drive alone.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from learning to testing. My oldest daughter did driving lessons (7/7) at this school and completed her testing. I would highly recommend and will likely use this same company in about 2.5 years when my younger daughter is ready to learn and test. Mr. Paul and the office staff really made our experience today great! Thanks!
