Negative experience: I went here back in January. It was a terrible experience. My instructor just vented to me about the problems in her marriage the entire time we were in the car. I also failed my first test because she told me it was “okay” to go through yellows, when during the test. It’s not and that’s cause for an immediate fail.

Negative experience: I called in to ask for a quote and the lady was so rude I couldn’t fininh to say thank you after she gave me a high quote and then she’s telling me my zip is not in Fontana I would not be doing any business with them. Be more professional

Fantastic experience: I had driving practice with them once in the past and went with them again to take my drivers test. I was so nervous before taking my drivers test but with a few tips from Jessica, my instructor, I was able to pass! So if you need behind the wheel training for a good price hit them up.

Negative experience: Do not use this traffic school. It is the longest, most boring experience of my boyfriend's life (over 10 hours in online and he's still not done.) The course does not outline the important points that are on the quiz, and the topics repeat. It would have been much easier just to give up a Saturday and go to Laff N Learn. As it is now, he might not even finish in time...what a waste of time.

Negative experience: Lady that answer isn’t able to give me a price for behind the wheel!! What? She stated depending on the gas, if the gas goes down, price goes down, if gas price goes up, price goes up! everyone else is able to give me a price but not this place?! Plus gas price have been going down.. I also asked how long is the behind & she also said depends…. Just give me a package like everyone else and go from there… sound like they are trying to rip people off!! BE AWARE!

Negative experience: They say they open at 8 and it is currently 938 on a Monday morning and they aren’t open. I came to pick up my daughters certificate and NOBODY IS HERE and nobody is answering the phones. It’s in a sketchy place and feels like a scam. I wish I could give negative stars right now because this feels shady.

Fantastic experience: Very sweet and accommodating teachers. I am one who personally gets very anxious and nervous and puts a lot of pressure on myself, so having very patient and honest instructors was something that I really appreciated. My driving instructors were Jessica and Pati (both very sweet and honest). I just did my test and passed today, highly recommend this place. Fantastic experience: Jessica was my instructor. She was understanding and patient with me while she taught me the rules of the road. She also gave me tips to adjust my driving without being rude or condescending. Jessica gave me confidence to pass the driving test and I passed it on my first try with only 2 errors! I would recommend this driving school to anyone.

Positive experience: I enjoyed driving in the freeway again after my car accident five years ago. My driving instructor today is Ms. Patricia and she was understanding of where I was coming from due to my accident that she shared her experiences of past students who also had fears of driving to help me stay calm and confident during the lesson. She also gave me good advice and tips when dealing with other drivers and switching lanes. Overall, she’s a excellent driving instructor and surely I’ll recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: I went here about 2-3 years ago , instructor was 30 minutes late for the 1 & 2 time and about an hour late the third time. We wasted time getting gas. She was always on her phone texting or calling. We called and complained and they sent someone else over. The second lady was nice but it was only for an extra hour. I wouldn’t recommend going here didn’t learn much

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Jessica ,she was extremely patient and understanding and overall I felt super comfortable since our first lesson.She was very informative and professional, Driving with her and her techniques gave me confidence to become a better driver , especially if you’re an anxious person . If I could recommend her to every single student I would ! Book her. Also has a very special quality that most instructors lack , she truly cares for all of her students and wants to see other individuals succeed .

Negative experience: I wouldn't suggest coming here for driving school. Instructor was so beyond rude. She was on her phone the entire time. Taking calls and texting. It made me feel so unsafe. I wasn't aloud to adjust the steering wheel to a comfortable position to drive. The wheel rested right above my thighs making turning impossible and then she would scold me for not paying enough attention. It was just awful.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with my experience at AAF. The lady who runs the place Dora Perez was very helpful and I have to give her most of the credit because I had failed my written test three times untill I went to AAF and after studying and having her help I passed on my first attempt! She was very profesional, polite, and helpful. As well The driving instructors were good and helped me learn a lot of skills behind the wheel. Thank you AAF for helping me out so much! Next I just need to pass the behind the wheel test !!

Fantastic experience: My son started studying for his permit not too long ago, and finished not too long after. As soon as he finished his 30 hours he took his test at the DMV and passed on the first try!!! The woman was so nice and I appreciated her helping my son.

I call Baldy View driving school in Rancho Cucamonga , they was super nice and charged even less $280 instead of $375 Not recommended this place

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Today my daughter pass her behind the wheel driving test first try at the Fontana DMV. She only got 3 minor errors. Thank you to Jessica who taught my daughter how to drive. My daughter felt confident and not scared when she drives with Jessica. And hours are very flexible. Thank you Letty and Jessica for the training. My daughter also took the online class with AAF for her permit test.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional! Ended up going to MAS Driving in Rialto. I had to pay more but it was worth it so I wouldn't have to deal with A women who's name came up as Dora Perez on my cell. She left very rude and sarcastic voicemail after I had called the business phone and left a message inquiring there business hours because they weren't open and a women who works their drove up and said come back after 11 and couldn't answer my questions. She called from a different number than the business number & kept calling back to back 4 times and left 2 rude voicemails. I am not rude because I understand people work hard but when they respond like she did, maybe you shouldn't work in customer service. Praying for you!

Negative experience: Rude, unprofessional, unorganized, bad customer service. Nasty attitude from the woman who runs the place. Very unprofessional. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. They don’t even deserve ONE star!

Fantastic experience: I attending this driving school last year in the summer to study the laws and the do’s and dont’s of traffic safety. I studied a lot in the location. I was prepared by this school to take my test for my permit. I passed on the first try. I left for college right after and came back for the holidays. I was already practicing to drive prior to attending. My mother paid for me to train with the provided instructors and they were very helpful with guiding me throughout my practice. I was very satisfied with my treatment and I used their provided vehicle (optional) to take for my driver’s test. I passed today on the first try with only 5 errors. (15 maximum) Choosing AAF driving school for your child will be the best option for written test prep. and behind-the-wheel training.

Negative experience: Driving instructor was good with my son, but his wife who runs the business very rude and unprofessional! I told her she definitely needs to work on her attitude and communication skills...she didn't like that very much. Not sorry at all ‍♀️

Negative experience: We had to cancel due to my son being injured at his football game the day prior and the lady was being very rude about us canceling and had an attitude will not recommend this place to anyone.:. But Jessica the driving instructor was very nice to my son nothing against her but the lady in the office wasn’t understanding.

Negative experience: I went in and I was reprimanded by the receptionist in the front. she was frustrated because I had made a mistake I registered my son under my name . Although The issue was fixable She became annoyed and combative. Very poor customer service skills.

Positive experience: The instructors in this school definitely prepare their students for their behind-the-wheel. Recently, I passed my DMV Exam, which I'm very happy, Thank You AAF Driving School.

Negative experience: Extremely rude, the lady with a very strong accent hangs up on you. As a parent you want to make sure your child will be safe and that the instructors have experience with teens. The lady on the phone was rude unprofessional and had no time for my questions. She acted as if this was the only driving school. Horrible customer service!!!

Fantastic experience: After my 6 hours of behind the wheel practice with Jessica I knew I had the confidence to pass my test which I did. Before I had anxiety of even the idea of getting behind the wheel, Jessica totally helped me get rid of that. She explained everything in detail and had the patience of an angel. She answered any questions I had and practiced anything I didnt have confidence in doing. Her ability to be relaxed and build your confidence in yourself is one of a kind. Highly recommend Jessica without her I would still be a panicked, sweating mess!!!

Fantastic experience: My test was in four days and I had three sessions before the test for each day. Each session was great, my instructor was Jose, and I gotta admit, although he will most likely be my only driver instructor in my life, he was the very best! Had a great time fixing up my skills and getting ready for the test with him and he would always explain to me what I needed to do in order to pass and it just helped a ton! Finally when it was my test day, he took me to the DMV and we did a quick drive, through where I would be taking my test, as we did a few times during my sessions. If it wasn't for Jose I probably wouldn't have been confident enough to take my test, but I was because of him and in the end I passed! I'm really glad I came here to take my classes and if I could take them again I would! I'm also really going to miss Jose, really amazing person and funny! Gracias por todo!

Fantastic experience: I love aaf driving school! The instructors are very patient and persistent. They prepared me for my test 100% and I passed with three errors.

Negative experience: Waited on the phone for half an hour just to find out price and booking times and was given no information. Called 5 times no answer and the 2 out of the times they answered they literally hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! It should not be this hard to just book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Had Eddie, who unfortunately isn't there anymore, but was overall a great instructor to have, really chill and comfortable atmostsphere. Made me confident in my driving skills, only missing 2 marks out of 15 errors. Also Jessica was wonderful person to have as a driving instructor, reassured me and encouraged me that u could pass.
