Fantastic experience: When I first came in to take my road test I was nervous, very nervous from the way my hands shook a bit when filling out the paperwork as anyone would be taking their test for the first time. When the time came to take the test she was patient and made me feel comfortable and she was also very patient, let me tell you the parallel parking part was a testament to that patients. She instructed me perfectly and told me when I was doing good and to be mindful of my surroundings. By the end of it I passed and she gave me a high five and celebrated with me, it was an all around perfect experience that I recommend for first time drivers.

Fantastic experience: I was turned away at the dps because I was missing a part of my test and wasn’t going to be able to come back in till October for my license. I called around and found this driving school, Luzy said she didn’t know if she was going to be able to take me in because it was a same day call, but not to long later she called back and said if I was done with the other part of my test she would be able to help me! I arrived at her location and the process was so fast. I signed a paper and not even 10 mins after walking in I was already beginning my road test!!! She was very kind and made sure I wasn’t nervous, she made me feel so much better about taking my test and didn’t make me feel anxious. I recommend 100%

Negative experience: Horrible attitude when I called to ask a few questions. God forbid you call before you have a permit. Good lord. Anybody considering make sure you have a permit before you even call because they will NOT be helpful in anyway. Horrible customer service.

Negative experience: Lady that picked up the phone answered in a grumpy voice and was being disrespectful. Even assuming I was a child I would not recommend this place if you are looking for anything. Extremely unprofessional I would suggest the lady get therapy if she thinks she can talk to a random man as if he were her child. Do not go to this place.

Llame para hacer mi cita y me explicaron muy bien todos los documentos que debía llevar para hacer la prueba. Al llegar te explican todo muy bien también, porque están bien preparados. Estoy muy complacido de haber venido aquí y haber aprobado mi examen de manejo. Fui con mi auto pero ellos también ofrecen alguilar uno para hacer la prueba por un buen precio. Fantastic experience: The lady who was testing me is very kind and made me feel comfortable, she’s also bilingual and the office was very cozy. They are way more friendly than the people at a DPS/DMV.

Fantastic experience: I took the road test service only, when speaking over the phone Lucy was knowledgeable and informed me of all the documents needed in order to take the road test. After arriving at the agreed time, she proceeded to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive (the also offer car rental at an extra charge) during the road exam I was very comfortable and happy at the outcome, now I’m on my way to get my drivers license at the DMV. Thank you Lucy!
