Fantastic experience: the office is very fast and efficient. i enrolled and and finished within 10 days. the instructors are very calm and understanding. there is no tricks or unclarity. i suggest taking the 30 min warmup. it really helped me. overall a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to take your road tests. My wife and I passed our road tests from here. The instructors are very good at their jobs, super patient and help you calm your nerves before the test. They helped my wife prepare for the test during the warm up session as she was worried despite having a lot of Canadian driving experience. I recommend taking the warm-up session with the road test to get acquainted with the route, the test vehicle etc. helps a lot. Finally, Monroe is a very nice and beautiful town.

Acudimos a esta escuela porque es una de las más populares en el estado y porque escuchamos ellos cuentan con un instructor en español para el driving test, para nuestra sorpresa dicha persona de nombre María tuvo una actitud muy nefasta en todo momento con nosotros, gritando, hablas do tan rápido que es hasta incomprensible, sobajando tus habilidades no se como espera que tengas buen desempeño de esa manera no puedo creer como una escuela tan de renombre como 911 driving school pueda contratar personas que no tengan el sentido de atención de servicio, aprobamos el examen pero nos retiramos sin la posibilidad de recomendar este lugar a personas que desgraciadamente inglés no es nuestro primer idioma y buscamos esta alternativa. Definitivamente no volveré y no recomiendo presentar tu examen de manejo en español aquí.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up my son, for the driver education class at 911 Driving School of Monroe, and we are very happy with the experience. The instructor, Craig, is a real police officer with a lot of experience and knowledge. The lessons were clear and easy to understand. all the instructors for behind wheel lesson were patient and made sure my son felt confident about driving. Also, the price was better compared to other driving schools, which was a big plus! I feel good knowing my son learned from someone so professional. I highly recommend this school and Craig as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at the driving school, especially with my instructor, Craig. As someone who moved from India, learning to drive in the U.S. was a big challenge for me, but Craig made it so much easier. He was incredibly patient and kind, guiding me through every step. I took several classes with him and had a warm-up session right before my actual road test, which gave me the confidence I needed. Thanks to Craig, I passed my road test on the first attempt! Special thanks to Lisa and Jamie at the front desk for being so accommodating with my schedule. My main instructor, Micah, really boosted my confidence by trusting me with my driving. He made the lessons comfortable, knowing I was nervous. He's truly the BEST! I also had a lesson with Ramiro, who was a lot of fun and helped me feel more at ease. Today, I took my test with Jamie, and she made the whole experience so comfortable that I wasn’t too nervous. Fantastic experience: While my son didn't take driver's ed at 911 Driving School of Monroe, I truly wish he had. Due to unexpected circumstances, it became crucial for him to get his license within a week before school started. I reached out to them via email, explaining our situation, and received a call within a few hours. At a time when every other local school was scheduling 3-4 weeks out, the staff at this school were incredibly understanding and empathic. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. The owner and staff were able to schedule his test that same afternoon, despite us not being clients of record. Their willingness to help was a breath of fresh air, especially in a time when genuine kindness is so hard to come by. They did this out of pure compassion, without any focus on profit. When it's time for my daughter to take driver's ed, we will absolutely be coming here. I wholeheartedly recommend 911 Driving School of Monroe to anyone needing driver's ed or testing.

The location is super convenient and the facilities are top-notch. After driving in Dubai for 14 years, I moved to the US and quickly learned that the driving style here is different. Fantastic experience: After moving to the US, my father needed to obtain his driver's license. A friend recommended the 911 Driving School. Despite my father's limited English, Craig's patience made it easy for him to understand. Craig was friendly and respectful, thoroughly explaining the exam expectations and the best ways to demonstrate the necessary skills. With just one lesson and some additional practice, my father successfully passed the exam. I am very pleased with the school and highly recommend it to everyone, including older adults.

Fantastic experience: Kind of a late review but I felt the need to give a review. All of the staff and teachers were very nice and helpful, and they easily helped me pass the driving test and written test which I did in my first attempt. Overall, for any new students looking to register for this school, I highly recommended it. (P.S if you want to have a higher chance of acing both tests pay attention in class and also get the 30 min warmup if you're taking it for your first time even if you think you got this.)

Fantastic experience: I was looking for 911 school to pass the driving exam and all the schools in my area were unavailable for 3 and more weeks, I called Monroe school and they offered me the date in 4 days - thank you, Lisa for accommodating my needs! I chose a warm-up option before driving test and it was a great help, the instructor was explaining the details of the exam and what was expected from me as a driver, we even practiced some of manoeuvres and then the exam started! I can not believe I passed! Thank you, Monroe 911 school!!

Fantastic experience: I took both tests here. The turnover time is super fast - I called in the morning and was scheduled a same-day knowledge test. I was also given the option to do the road test on the next day. Craig was my instructor and he is very nice. The instructions were very clear and there were no traps or tricks. Overall I would recommend this place for both new drivers and people who have a foreign driver's license and need to get a new one in the States.

Fantastic experience: I originally had my son signed up for drivers ed at another school in town because of the location convenience. My son also needed in person instruction. A few days before the session was supposed to start, they called and said there was a schedule problem and my son would need to start with the next session. No problem although we were disappointed. The next sessions same thing happened! Turns out my son was one of 2 people that were wanting in person instruction and the remaining enrolled were via zoom. They said they were trying to figure out how to make in person work. This didn't make sense to me. This was Thursday and class was scheduled to start Monday. This not knowing was not going to work for us. I stopped by 911 to ask if it would be possible for my son to join their next session. They welcomed us and have been very organized, professional and attentive. My son is very happy with his experience so far and they know himby name when he walks in to class. I asked the other school for a refund right after I stopped by 911. They were very rude, Noone apologized for the situation. Many friends had recommended 911 to me and I could have saved myself a lot of time, energy and stress by signing my son up with 911 in the first place!!

Fantastic experience: I appeared for the drive test here and my experience was very good. Craig was my instructor during the test and he is a super awesome person. Before starting the test I was a bit nervous but Craig initiated a discussion, made me comfortable and then we started the test. The test went fine and I passed the test. After the test, Craig also shared the points where I could have done better. Overall it was a very nice experience and I highly recommend this driving school.

Now as a former student, I can say with %100 certainty that 911 Driving School Monroe is the absolute best that it can get. Craig, Lisa, and the rest of the instructors are not only knowledgeable and bring so much experience, but you can’t help but notice and be effected by their evident hearts and passions what for they do here. They have so much patients, care, and love for each student that walks through their door and they are dedicated to offering the highest quality of drivers education there is. The classes helped me gain a thorough knowledge of all the things that are so important to know as a new driver. The instructors were wonderful, for my drives I had Maria, Paige, and Lisa. Fantastic experience: This is the third different driving school our family has experienced through our raising of our teens and it's hands down the best! They make learning fun for the kids and their instructors are kind and treat the kids with respect even when they probably don't deserve it! They are also very accommodating and responsive to phone and email. We will be sticking with this driving school for the rest of our children.

Fantastic experience: I came in to take my written test and ended up passing on my first attempt. The atmosphere was inviting and they had coffee for customers as well. I expected to schedule for a later date on the driving portion of this process. I expressed my need for the quickest turn around on the drivers test and they made it happen same day. (5 min later to be exact!) It’s always rewarding when something goes better than what you had previously expected! I highly recommend this company and take advantage of their free written pre-testing on their website. 5 Stars!!!!!
