Fantastic experience: I took the Basic Rider Course after a friend recommended it. I usually try to learn things on my own but I’m glad I took the class. It was worth the time and money. I was able to learn and make mistakes in a controlled setting with feedback from coaches. I don’t think I could have created that environment on my own. It was really well done.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely 100% the best experience working with Andy and Dale at the ogden East coarse this last weekend. From thier knowledge and experience to the was they explained things, I would rate the class 10/5. My sister in law and I both took the same class. I brought my own motorcycle and they helped me to learn how to handle it better than I thought I was already riding. I already feel like I'm a more experienced and safer rider thanks to these guys!

Fantastic experience: I highly reccomend this course. I went to the South Jordan location and all instructors were professional and very helpful. Going from zero experience, they did a great job at helping me establish a strong foundation for which I hope to keep building on as a rider.

Fantastic experience: I took the basic rider class with coach Nick. He was friendly, professional and super helpful. He helped me with techniques that were tougher for me, and gave me great insight on how to improve. I left feeling so much more confident on the bike. They had an awesome motorcycle selection and the class was so much fun.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I took the basic rider course over a weekend. They provided a variety of bikes to fit everyone and had helmets available. The instruction was top notch, Mindo and Vidur were amazing. The exercises and content were well paced and prepared you well for the rider exam at the end. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about riding a motorcycle, the life you save might be your own!

Fantastic experience: Took the BRC1 last year as a person with zero experience being on any type of motorcycle. The staff was awesome. The course was great. Just finished BRC2 and still can’t say enough about this team and what they do. Covers all your questions and needs. Knowledgeable. Sincere. Truly want to help people be comfortable and safe on all bikes.

Fantastic experience: The course was fantastic! Cory, my instructor, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the drills and to demonstrate what we were supposed to do, so we had a visual of what it looks like before we did it ourselves. Even if you’re not sure you want to take this course, just do it! It’s so much fun!

Fantastic experience: I am a grandma with twenty grandkids, 58 years old, only 5 feet tall, and had only two mini lessons from my husband before I attended the basic course at the Lehi location. The two coaches, Twila and Clair, were wonderful, knowledgeable and playful but took the responsibility of teaching very seriously. I knew I was in good hands! I loved how the course literally began from the very beginning and taught how to even just rock the bike back and forth and then built up from there. The second day we were already doing u-turns, weaving and emergency breaking. I left the course having passed the driving test but also with the knowledgeable of what I personally need to work on. I am excited to take another course on my own bike to gain even more confidence!!

Fantastic experience: I just took the basic rider course in Lehi this past weekend and loved it. The range of rider skill levels varied a lot in my class, and the instructors did a great job accommodating everyone. They took care of the folks with zero experience and gave helpful tips to the experienced riders. I've been riding for a long time and still enjoyed the class and came away a better rider and learned things I never knew. I highly recommend this course. It's fun and you'll learn a lot. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I came into this class not knowing much about riding motorcycles. I'm glad I took the class cause I learned good habits early. I now feel confident in my skills and I am equipped with enough knowledge to practice on my own. The BRC was a great launching pad for getting into riding. The value of this class is outstanding!

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing class to get into riding motorcycles especially if you are nervous because you are a new rider or a girl! I was very nervous going into this course as I had no knowledge whatsover on riding besides some videos. The E-course was great to get some preliminary knowledge before going on the actual bikes and wasn't packed with unnecessary information. I loved all the variety of bikes provided, especially the smaller bikes. I felt more than comfortable and safe riding my bike as I'm short and was worried I would have to tip toe. Mindo and Tyler were AMAZING instructors/coaches. Again, I was so nervous going into this course because I'm a girl and had no knowledge prior. But right off the bat they were so friendly, welcoming, knowledgable, and great listeners with any questions or concerns we had. They were great at giving clear instructions on exercises, lessons on bikes and situations we may run into, and ensuring everyone was comfortable conducting the exercises before running them. Additionally, I really respected and appreciated how they gave feedback on how we could be better riders and giving appropriate praise when we would execute their advice. They were not afraid to continue to work with us and keep giving us feedback because they wanted nothing but to make sure we were going to be good and safe riders. They made sure that every single time we were on the bikes, everyone was geared up properly to ensure our safety. Not once did I feel lost, out of my league, or that I couldn't ask questions on anything. The 5 hours flew by because of them and they made the course fun but very educational. These two are amazing coaches and should be valued highly at Utah Rider Ed.

Negative experience: If you are a beginner rider and are looking to get comfortable on a bike, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! The instructors at the Lehi location will get in your face and scream at you for the smallest thing, they have no interest in actually teaching you anything. This company cares only for you money, they don’t care about your safety or if you learn something new. They do not honor there refund policy. I only went to half the class before leaving as suggested by the instructors and they said I could be refunded. The office lady Sarah is no better than the instructors as she was very rude and quick to be unhelpful. This business is not a place to learn or a business to support. They only have interest in teaching the students that bring their own bikes even though this is a BASIC RIDER COURSE. Seeing as this is the most beginner class you can get into, they do not cover any basics of shifting, balancing or anything important to actually get comfortable on the bikes. I highly recommend anyone trying bikes for there first time to go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Between not honoring policies, rude behavior, condescending treatment, having grown men scream in your face like they’re 12 year olds and the lack of any real knowledge gained, I sincerely hope this business shuts down and soon. Unless you have a motorcycle or have been riding for a long time and just need the brc for insurance and license, do not go to these people for any type of education as they provide none. You will essentially waste your hard earned money to be screamed at by a bunch of losers.

Fantastic experience: The basic rider class was great. It was my first time riding, and with their instruction I was able to be successful with the driving tests at the end. Changed my idea of how I thought riding was going to be for the better and definitely taught me things to be safer out on the road. Would definitely recommend them. Also for any military stationed locally they offered very generous discounts.

Fantastic experience: Awesome!!! I’d never ridden a motorcycle before and was a little apprehensive about getting on one. The instructors were amazing. They walked us through step by step and by the end of the first day, I was ready to go motorcycle shopping. Lol! I’d highly recommend taking this course. I intend on returning and taking additional courses in the future.

Fantastic experience: This class was so awesome!!! I grew a love for motorcycles in South America and finally driving a motorcycle was a dream come true to me. Strange and Dillon were spectacular teachers and had a lot of knowledge, humility, patience, diligence, belief in their students, great organization, professionals, amazing, funny, chill, and super cool! I highly suggest this MSF course to anyone as it is short, sweet, and clear. The price was well worth it because of the professionalism, knowledge and experience gained, and finding true reasons to ride motorcycles. Just a few days after the MSF course, I passed my DLD Motorcycle Test and got my motorcycle endorsement on my drivers license. And this weekend I’m buying my first bike! I thank God for the many miracles he has given me for helping me in my motorcycle path. Suggestions to new riders: Have fun! Don’t be so scared and just go for it. Make mistakes and learn from them. Always be positive and simple. Don’t compare yourself with other riders. Be safe and have fun again, again, and again. Take the 650cc class, it’s not that much harder if you are confident. P.S. If you scream “woooohoooo” it makes the class so much funner. Look at the pictures, it’s so good. Tan bueno.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! The instructors are great. I was the only one in my group with any experience (minimal but still) and I was amazed at how well they taught the group the basics while giving me some room to just get better and break bad habits. It’s stressful for a brand new rider to climb on and they make it fun and easy to learn the basics. I know there aren’t many options for MSF courses around here and it isn’t fun to give up an entire weekend to learn but if you are interested it’s a great chance to learn on a motorcycle without a huge investment in a bike and gear and the stress.

Fantastic experience: I've been riding 30+ years but decided to take this with my son who is new to riding. I thought I was a great rider, but I definitely was missing some basic skills that will help make me safer. Instructors Clair, Fedor, and Tyler were exceptional instructors and I feel way better with my Son riding after this course.

Fantastic experience: Signing up was easy, the team was very helpful and classes were paced correctly to the rider. The instructors were understanding of my circumstance and openly worked with me to accomodate me without any issues. Would use their services again without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: This course is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. The coaches are so fun, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Utah Rider Education communicates so well that I didn't feel there was anything they did not mention and there were no surprises or stress throughout the whole process of signing up and preparing to ride. This course will give you a big advantage when learning to ride. I believe this is the best way to learn to ride and would honestly like to see it required for anyone who wants to get their endorsement. I had so much fun and would recommend this motorcycle driving school to anyone interested in learning to ride or just getting better.

Fantastic experience: Great class. Coaches were awesome and did a good job preparing us for the riding test to get licensed. Although I thought I was a decent rider, not sure I could have passed the test the first time without the class. Well worth It from a safety standpoint as well.

Fantastic experience: Attended Sunday’s advanced class with instructors Nick & Dale. Immediately figured out that these guys really enjoy what they do and are also very knowledgeable and do a great job teaching skills, techniques and strategies to assist students in being safer and more skilled riders! This was a great class which was my first but definitely not my last! I went in with the expectation to learn something I didn’t know and these guys exceeded my expectations by far! Great instructions, great feedback from instructors and an overall great experience! Money well spent! Thanks again for a great day and excellent instruction from staff! Fantastic experience: I’ve loved all of my courses through Utah rider education. I’m likely going to be a yearly student to stay brushed up on my skills, learn new things etc. they’ve also been helpful when I had something come up and needed to reschedule they’ve been a dream! Most of all I get personal feedback on how to hone in on my riding skills, which increases my safety and leads to more hours on my motorcycle. The feedback is incredibly beneficial because it’s specific to me, my motorcycle, and really helps things click! My most recent instructors Andy (soo helpful and gives amazing reminders that stick in my head) and Dale (he taught 2 of my classes- perfection in the form of a safety minded man who loves motorcycles) we’re absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: My rider coaches, Briggs and V, were very friendly and helpful with everyone in the class. They took their time to explain the different exercises and make sure everyone knew what the current objectives were. I would highly recommend the class for everybody, but especially for new riders. It was a great experience and I learned a lot!

Fantastic experience: Great set of instructors for this class. Not sure what I was going to get into but it far exceeded any of my expectations. I found my bike could do much more than I thought. I came away with things to practice and continue to learn techniques. I went with my son and we plan on doing another class next year, in the cooler months.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the Basic Rider Course on July 8-9, 2023 in South Jordan and I have to say I had such a great time. I rode dirt bikes as a kid but got out of it. It had been 20+ years since I had been on a motorcycle of any sort. I had been interested in riding motorcycles as an adult but did not feel I had enough knowledge or skill to set out on my own. I'm so happy I found Utah Rider Education because I had such a good time learning. I definitely still have a lot to work on but I feel so much more knowledgeable than I did. The instructors were great! Literally always positive and encouraging with helpful feedback and guiding you to correct improper technique. You get observed and graded in a final test that represents the MSF regulations. One person in my group unfortunately did not pass. So they are not just giving out the cert. But I highly recommend this to ANYONE interested in seeing if they will like motorcycle riding. It is so worth it, and you will feel welcome. I cannot say enough good things about this course and i'm so glad that I took part in it.

Fantastic experience: Great ration of instructors to students. Took the intermediate course and it was absolutely worth every penny. The instructors not only pointed out the bad habits I've created over the years, but also explained why those habits can be dangerous out on the road. I'll continue to practice the knowledge that was shared with me. Which should allow me to continue riding as long as my body allows. Thank you for all of the great advice and tips on how to stay safe and ride easy!!

Jason and Kyle were stoked to be there and able to explain and teach things to all skill levels from beginner to others who’ve been riding for years. The class was very fun and you’ll walk away with new skills no matter how long you’ve been riding. The bikes provided were all very well maintained and in great condition. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The Experienced Rider Education course was extremely helpful in defining, teaching and practicing skills to make me a better and safer rider. The two instructors were awesome and very helpful. If you think you're good enough to not take this course, you're wrong. Fantastic experience: I took the Basic Motorcycle Rider class… I have been riding dirty for over 30+ years on 900cc and 1200cc bikes. I’ll be honest I was not looking forward to the beginners riding course, but I knew I should get my M- endorsement, & didn’t want the pressure I knew I would feel going through the testing at the DLD. Nick, Bear & Sarah made the entire experience fun! They also gave me some pointers that absolutely helped increase my skills! They are skilled, and keep things fun throughout the entire class. That made this worth the 2 days of 8am to 1pm classes worth it! I did the 200cc riding skills test & passed. Got marked on the u-turn… that was embarrassing (only to me). They were very encouraging. I passed the 200cc, then took the 650+ skills test… I nailed it! Even through the u-turn!!!! Went to the DLD took the 25 question written test and I am now a legal motorcycle rider!!! Special shout out to Nick for giving me some very helpful tips! I HIGHLY recommend Utah Rider Education courses! Do it!!!

The coaches I had, Kyle and Twila, were awesome to work with and helped me a lot to get rid of bad habits and get into the good ones. I recommend doing this, even if you don't plan on being a biker. You will learn to be more mindful of safety and be more alert as a regular driver as well. Apart from the serious business of learning, you'll have a lot of fun riding some motorcycles.

Fantastic experience: I was highly satisfied with this course. I had my permit before taking the course and I was timid when riding, I was never having fun when because I was so nervous. After taking this test I ride with confidence knowing I have the basic skills needed to ride a motorcycle safely. They taught new riders who didn’t know how to use a clutch on day one and by day 2 they were able to swerve/weave between cones without touching them! They made the course extremely fun as well, if you needed help they would tell you and be encouraging about it. They never got mad they just told you what you could do better. I will definitely be taking more courses, not only for the information but for the fun! If your debating about taking this course I would highly recommend it! :)

Fantastic experience: Recently took a BRC at the Lehi location and was supremely impressed with the program and coaches. The eLearning component prior to the course gets everyone on the same page prior to arrival and speaking the same language which means more time for skills practice. Our coaches, Nick, Briggs and Thor were excellent, clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing that knowledge. I can confidently say that every rider of every ability will find value in the BRC from Utah Rider Education and I would highly recommend Utah Rider Education. Fantastic experience: 10/10. These guys know what they are doing. The coaches were great and had me riding in no time. They taught me a lot past what would be found in a book or video, and tailored their instructions to help me work on my riding difficulties. I feel a lot more confident on a bike, and I look forward to all the riding I will be doing in the future.

(Saint George) The instructors Nick and Strange are phenomenal very patient and knowledgeable, they make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable with the bike they've picked. The bikes they provide are in good shape. I Would highly recommend any riders from beginner to advanced take one of the classes they offer, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: The class was great. Teachers were funny and helpful. Patient and helped us to get up to speed even tho both my wife and i were new to the motorcycle ridng. Two days and we were able to complete the basics of the course and feel confident for taking a real ride.

Fantastic experience: So stressed before I got there. The e-course before helped a little, but the instructors were amazing and the Basic rider course took you from not knowing anything to being able to ride around. I am not saying that this will make you an expert, but you know the basics and have some confidence which will help as you ease into riding and practicing more.

Fantastic experience: This was a great course to take! I would highly recommend it to anyone that is going to start riding, or hasn't ridden for a while and is planning on getting back into it. It's a very basic course that gets you through the state requirement for the riding portion of the endorsement. The ability to start on smaller bikes then take the test on a 650 was helpful in learning the coordination and feel of the exercises without having to learn how to handle a huge bike at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Twi and Kyle were outstanding coaches. I left the BRC course with a passing driving test score and a lot more knowledge and awareness AND respect for motorcycle riding. I feel a lot more confident in my ability to go out and ride my bike safely and with more competence. I recommend this course to all riders, new or experienced. Fantastic experience: As an experienced rider taking there BCR1 class I actually learned a huge amount and the instructors were amazing! I enjoyed ever second of it! I would highly recommend them for any of there classes or even a good refresher before the riding season!

Fantastic experience: Friendly coaches, really good at presenting material in easy-to-follow ways. Instill focus and importance on the task at hand, so students don't get distracted by the test. 650cc+ testing is a great opportunity right after taking the course!

Because they provide helmets and cycles, I didn't need to risk wasting money on gear before I was ready. The class is a great place to ask questions and get exposed to info before spending the dough. Also, once you complete the class, you can just get the license done at the DLD and then start testing motorcycles. The instructors are very knowledgeable and uber experienced. They try to make the experience fun for everyone while also demanding proper technique and safety. After the 10hrs are done, the test is easy to complete.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly kind and patient instructors. I had never sat on a motorcycle prior to the class so it took a bit more time for me to become comfortable with the basics. Even so, the instructors took their time with me, giving constructive feedback and kept me with the pace of the class. While I still have plenty of practice to do on my own, they gave me the fundamentals to build upon. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Nick, Clair, and Strange and they were all amazing! URE has a perfect balance of professionalism and fun and you can tell all of the instructors really enjoy their work and riding. The office was also very professional and kind; I only sent them one email but they responded within 30 minutes. I learned a lot in the BRC and I'm excited to start riding on my own soon!

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience with great teachers that helped a ton whenever you were struggling. So much so that when a bee flies down your shirt they help you put the kickstand down, take your helmet off, and get it out while helping you relax lol. It really was a great experience, they are all kind instructures and want the best for you. I feel much more confident now in my abilities as a rider and would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to ride a motorcycle on the street.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great. The rider coaches made the msf basics class interesting and fun. They are very knowledgeable with the teachings and made sure we realize no matter how much we think we know, we can do more to improve our skills. I'll be coming back for the brc2 also the advanced class eventually.

Fantastic experience: I did a private course in Lehi and it was the best day ever. Coach Nick is the man! He was so friendly and personable and helped me improve on techniques that I had questions about. He taught me more than any of my buddies or even YouTube can teach me about riding. Take it from me, take the course, it will be worth it. I was so prepared after taking the course that I took the written exam a couple of days later and I am now endorsed to ride. Fantastic experience: I had so much fun taking the Basic Rider Course! Highly recommend their classes if you're looking to get a motorcycle endorsement. Well worth every penny to have training from qualified, fun and professional coaches! Class sizes are small (10 riders) so you can get the attention and help needed to learn the basics. A great selection of bikes that were all top notch. I was able to practice with a bike that was the same type as the one I'm looking to get, which was very helpful. I suggested my kids take the class just for the confidence and sense of accomplishment it provides!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the basic riding course. I am a new to riding and I learned so much from this course! The instructors made the two day class fun to learn, And don't let the fun part fool ya....They took the rules for safe riding very serious and were very good at giving feedback to each student as to what they could improve on or what they did right in every exercise. Even though it is a hands on group course they somehow made you feel like you were in a one on one class getting the BEST Basic Riding course experience possible! The bikes Utah Rider Education provided for students to use during the basic riding course were in Excellent condition and they had quite the variety of bikes to choose from too! If you are having any doubt about taking the basic rider course let me settle this right here TAKE THE COURSE! You won't be disappointed!
