Despite having only a month of driving experience from five years ago, I passed my road test on the first try after just 10 hours of lessons. Every tip and piece of advice from Elias and Jose is invaluable—they prepare you thoroughly for both the test and safe driving. As a small business, they may not always answer the phone right away, but don’t worry—leave a voicemail or send an email, and their office manager will get back to you within the next day. To better adapt to Massachusetts' driving environment, I purchased the 6-hour + road test package here. I am incredibly grateful to Elias and Jose for their patient and thorough instruction. Both José and Elias were great and explained thoroughly all of the main points of the test. Because they were able to identify my strengths and weaknesses quickly I was able to focus practicing the aspects where I was lacking. Because of that, on the day of the road test I was able to feel prepared and relaxed. They also speak a variety of languages which helped me out as Portuguese is my mother language and I was able to communicate easily. I would definitely recommend this auto academy!

Negative experience: i’m gonna assume this is a scam because i went to the address and the school wasn’t there. i called the phone number they have listed & no one answered. i even called the number in the picture that they have on top of the car and it doesn’t even ring. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

The 5 class+sponsorship package is a great deal, you will definitely be getting your money’s worth as they guide you through the exact technical skills that the RMV will be testing you on. Fantastic experience: I had my license but never really had a chance to drive. I was looking for someone to guide me while I practiced driving around the city. I consulted about 10 driving schools before finding PP, and none of them were as patient and kind as PP. If English is not your first language, don’t worry—you can understand Jose perfectly. I enjoyed each of our sessions, and my confidence gradually grew. I’m very thankful to Jose. He’s also a fun person to talk to, with many cool international experiences. I should also mention that they definitely have the most reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: Make sure you consider this school as your first choice they are very accommodating and are able to drop off and pick up as well. I learned so many techniques with Jose when I first meet him I did not know how to parallel park or do a 3 point turn. I do consider there package I took 6 classes and learned so much within that time. Jose was patient and very knowledgeable. His brother Elias is also a great instructor. I learned a lot from him as well. Was able to pass my road test today because of parallel parking driving school Thank You guys so much for pushing me when I didn't have the confidence. Fantastic experience: Literally just passed my road test and came here to say thank you to parallel parking driving school who helped me pass this test. It was on my first try. I have to also mention that they were not only patient but kind but payed attention to every detail when I was driving with them. They made sure I got it right and even when I thought I knew better they broke it down on what I was doing wrong and how it would cost me the test. In addition to their necessary criticism, they also took notes and let me know when I was making progress. Fantastic experience: The best driving school in Boston. They deserve 10 stars, not just 5. I passed my road test in first try, all thanks to Elias and Jose, who got me fully prepared in 10 classes. For an absolute beginner like me who had never operated a vehicle before, they were very elaborate in teaching me every minor aspect of driving a car while making me feel comfortable behind the steering wheel. The are also quiet flexible and prompt in scheduling classes and pick-up/drop off is at major locations inside the city limit (could be your home address too!). I am so happy to have gained a new life-skill, which I owe to my teachers Jose and Elias. I will go back to them again for highway driving lesson since now I have my license! I would highly recommend Parallel-Parking Auto Academy over and over again, to absolute noobs and somewhat-experienced learners alike.

Within weeks, I was able to pass my road test on the first try! José and Elias are amazing teachers- very patient and encouraging. The style of teaching simulates what testing environment will be like while also making sure you’re becoming a well rounded driver. When I first started, I was overly anxious and could barely tell the break from the acceleration. Now, I’m confident in my skills and ability to not just pass the test but also be a great driver. Don’t look any further if you’re searching for a driving school- I did my research and found this to be the best for cost and reputation. They also pick you up and drop you off at your desired location- a big plus! After taking the 6-hour course, I can confirm that learning to drive with Parallel-Parking Auto Academy was the best decision I could’ve made. Tips I learned for the road test: - Know how to adjust yourself during parallel parking (if you’re too close to/ far from the curb) - Know which way to turn your wheels uphill and downhill (my fav mnemonic is “the Doctor is always Right” - Downhill/ Right) (Uphill/ Left) - Know your hand turn signals (Right/ Left/ Stop or slow down) - Remember to stop at a T-intersection - Remember to not block the sidewalk when entering/exiting the test center - Always check your blind spots and always use your blinker - Even if you’re nervous, drive (safely) with confidence - Lastly, breathe and proceed. You’ve got this!!!

Negative experience: I would have loved to take a lesson but unfortunately no one picked me up or called me the first time I scheduled a driving lesson. I called in and was told I was never in the schedule despite the fact that I paid online and emailed my permit along with the date/time I preferred and received an email confirmation. I called asking why hasn't no one picked me up?! I received an apology and agreed to reschedule. This time, 10 minutes before my lesson I received a call about needing to rescheduled. I should have been offered a free lesson at that point! very unprofessional.

I was hesitant at first on how to proceed until I called the Parallel Parking auto academy. After a month of hesitation I finally started classes like now or never. I had taken my classes with josheph and Elias. Josheph is your elder sibling next to you and Elias is your best teacher (10x), patient, will make you calm, give you the correct instructions you need and how to properly complete your maneuver's. If you are like me an International student here at Boston and need your licence just call Parallel Parking auto academy. You will be set-up with your classes and driving test PS. don't get agitated on road test day, I was really anxious there, like it's raining do I go more slower or what if the examiner felt he was in danger or mark me on rash driving. But the road test went really well. I took mine at Mattapan RMV Road test centre
