Fantastic experience: Thank you to friendly driving for arranging drug and alcohol class on such short notice. The instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable making me feel confident. I am glad I chose this school!

Negative experience: Poor management. We tried to get information over the phone. They insisted that we come in to the office. We had to wait almost an hour only for them to not be organized. It is currently January and they don’t have any instructors available until April but they want all the money today. We will be finding better options. Update: their response below is a clear sign of what kind of customer service you will receive.

Negative experience: This is the worst place ever. I HAD class yesterday when I logged on the zoom meeting ID didn't work. I called the office and no one answered. This is very unprofessional. They are very unorganized and chaotic. Please go somewhere else. They steal your money very badly managed.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this driving school. They called us to sign paperwork after classes and driving time were complete, but weren't there when we arrived. We confirmed another appointment and showed up only to find the staff had no idea what was going on. They were disorganized and rude, keeping us waiting. After 40 minutes, the manager still hadn't arrived, and the staff member didn't seem to care or help at all. And she said it was impossible I came before and no one was there, ma’am watch the tapes and check yourself . You don’t talk to a customer like they’re delusional. If this isn't resolved before the driving test, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. The time wasted here is ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere to save yourself the headache.

Negative experience: Don’t use this driving school. They are complete rip off and took advantage of a poor elderly woman trying to help my grand daughter get her drivers permit. They didn’t honor their contract and took almost a thousand dollars from me. The attorney general office is aware and I’m going to get my money back!!!!

Negative experience: Fraudulent and unprofessional. If I could give less than one star I would. I Paid in full for my child’s driver education course only to find out a week after he completed his classroom time that they couldn’t schedule his drive time until 4 months out. And to top it off the person that does the schedule is off due to surgery. They have been backed up for months and neglected to disclose that information prior to taking my money. A waist. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not it.

The management team and Ms. Sonia provided great customer service and really were on top of everything. They got things done in a timely manner. You will love Mrs. Brown the teacher. She is funny and very enjoyable.

Negative experience: My first experience was a phone call to get a little more information that is not listed on the website only to have a female employee answer being very short and rude. She responded to one of my questions answering "yes the $325 covers your behind-the-wheel courses as well" however after reading previous reviews one stating he would charge extra for the behind-the-wheel courses, very confusing. It did not seem as though she wanted to answer my questions so I quickly ended the call with a "thank you".

Fantastic experience: Ms. Sonia was the best, easy going, funny instructor ever. She got me in and got me out. I passed my driver’s test today and I’m so excited and thankful for her keeping me encouraged and Mr. Knox and Mr. Tyl’s great advice. Negative experience: Of Course the amount of payment allure anyone to the school, the reality is you will definitely spend the same amount of money when you go to other well organized professionally run diving schools. They are quick to take your money without informing student the onroad driving lesson schedule is fully booked two month out. Once the class is started they will inform you the driving lesson will not happen right away, but if you want to go ahead do it early with extra fee they will book it for you. The extra fee worth paying it to other school which are well organized doesn't cancel on you. The cancelation is another issue you have to deal with. Strear away from these place if you have a choice.

Negative experience: Scheduled my classes, then on the first day of class. They couldn't find my paperwork and payment. They said they rescheduled the class but never called me. I got my refund and went to a better and more professional school.

Negative experience: I really don't understand how they have such good views. They are an unprofessional group with poor management. They waste time during lectures, she takes calls during lectures and wastes half of the time with unnecessary chatter . An hour lecture is spread into 3 hours just for them to waste your time.

Negative experience: Their office is very unprofessional. They sometimes do not even show up to the drive time session because they are unorganized or the driver was simply late. My instructor was late to every drive time and I had to schedule an additional hour for another day because of how late the instructor was one Saturday. The instructor did not even show up for that additional hour so now I have to go back to their office just to schedule another hour (they only let you make appointments in person). The sessions are supposed to be 2 hours but you are lucky if they run for that long. Take your money elsewhere, because the poor customer service and lack of professionalism is not worth what you would be paying for.

Fantastic experience: They are great people, calm, understanding and all that for a very reasonable price. They talk to you 1 on 1 when necessary. Multiple class times etc.

Negative experience: Idk how they got so many good reviews, but they must pay for them. The instructor Mrs. Sonia was late to every class by at LEAST 30 minutes, then would complain there wasn’t enough time for the curriculum. They lie about their instructed drive times, saying they don’t have anything open for months UNLESS you pay an extra $100. Oh and don’t listen to them if they tell you to pay on the first and last day of class! They need all $300 before you start and will charge you an extra $25-$50 for “late fees” if you listen to that. Don’t waste your money or time being frustrated here.

I was able to finish and get my behind the wheel lessons out the way quickly, that’s the only good thing I have to say . The driving school has poor management. The younger guy that works at the desk and answers the phones is rude ,ignorant and lack in basic and professional social skill. Everyone appear to hate their jobs or doesn’t want to work. Everything is unorganized, sometimes they couldn’t even find my paper work or receipts of payment when going into the office as well as my name being spelled incorrectly on multiple documents . The office is dirty and reeks of mildew with a plant that grows all around the office , it’s creepy and nothing about it looks or is sanitary!!!!! If your looking for a school for a cheap buck, this is it.

Negative experience: Friendly is not something I found with them. Run away if you’re looking for decent and little quality service. Nasty and unprofessional service, not having any helping mentality, rude and mean sometimes.

Negative experience: Please beware they will take your money without telling you its months of waiting for to get an appointment for your 6 hours of drive time. My son finish the class late August went up there within 2 weeks time cause they don't schedule over phone to be told they could schedule in December. They could have told me that over the phone so I didnt have to waste gas. Once I arrived there, there was a car just sitting there doing nothing which lets me know you have time. The office has a foul smell and is very dirty, very unorganized folders and paper work every where no pacific order took her a while to find his paper work. The lady didn't even check for a September schedule and refused to do so. This place is a waste of time. I smells horrible and has terrible communication about schedules
