Fantastic experience: What an amazing company. For years, I have been trying to get my license in my home country and here in the US but had various obstacles occur in my life that has made it to be seemingly an impossible task. However, Chris, my instructor, made the impossible, possible. Chris went above and beyond what was expected from an instructor. He didn’t just teach me the rules of the road and how to park, he taught me how to believe in myself. Which, for someone who lacks confidence and is anxious in driving, is half the battle. He was patient beyond measures, and was the most caring person I have ever had the privledge to drive with. Thank you Chris for all you have done for me, not only with helping me get sucessfully pass my road test, but for the impact you have left on my life. Your kindness and encouragment will never be forgotten!

Fantastic experience: My 16 year old daughter took hers online. She could work on it at her own pace. Customer service is great! They reply in a timely manner. Driver instructors were great, patient and super helpful. I do wish I would've know that she could take her finale driving test there. My youngest will be taking the same course! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was panicking because of my own error, and was a bit demanding and difficult. Kylie was so patient and understanding and really helpful. She helped me with my issue with patience and grace. Seriously, this girl deserves a raise! I did apologize for my behavior. She was so gracious during the whole thing. UPDATE There was a unique problem with my sons account. Kylie and I worked together to find the relevant information, and she was then able to completely resolve our weird account glitch. Seriously, Wright, this girl is a major asset to you! I don't super love Wright (it's alright), but I'll work with Kylie any time. I hope you realize how valuable she is and compensate her well! *Kylie and I don't know each other and have never had any interactions outside of Wright customer service.

Negative experience: I wish I had not selected this company for my daughter’s drivers education. Cons: if you run into problems, You can only communicate with the company by text. Their partners are in charge of their tech and do not have the correct contact information for the company. The drivers Ed portion is only good for 6 months, but the drives are good for 1 year. This is not clear during the signup process, I thought we had a year. Now I had to pay another $100 so my daughter can finish the course. I understand that I should have read all the information more closely. It’s hard to know what I might have read 9 months ago. The limited timeline is not anywhere on their website or in the follow-up emails the company sent me. I was texted a copy of their policies today so I could see that this was my mistake. Honestly if I had known this, we would have finished the course and I wouldn’t be dissatisfied, because I never would have had to try to reach a person to get help. It is difficult to schedule drives outside of school hours. I’m worried about the proctored exam, but hopefully scheduling that will go better. Pro:: the driving instructors were very very nice. Scheduling drives during the school day was easy. Because the drivers were so nice I have increased my rating to 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: Kylie Scott was such a great driving instructor for my son. She was very accommodating. My son came out with so much confidence in his driving skills and I also loved how she was so easy to communicate with! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kylie really came through for us when the instructor for the Vernal area wasn't available. She came out to Vernal to do the driving sessions for my son herself! He enjoyed them and learned a lot! He also did really well with the content from the online course, despite having to redo a few of the modules because of some technical difficulties.

Fantastic experience: Just did my first driving lesson with Christine, and I couldn't have had a more positive experience, she was nice, calm, enjoyed talking with her. She was good, and consistent with instructions, and great with correcting bad habits.

Negative experience: PLEASE do NOT sign up for this school, so frustrating! There is not a person to talk with, just stupid via chat and take too long to get back to you. It’s an expensive program , it doesn’t worth it. Because of a family emergency I had to cancel one of my driving sessions and they charged me $50.

Fantastic experience: We knew we didn't want to waste high school class time with school drivers ed so we have had 2 sons go through Wright for drivers ed online and driving with an instructor for their in-car driving. Both were great to work with. Other reviews seem upset that you have to text or email customer service. You do have to email or text customer service however, every time we contacted customer service via text, they responded in a timely manner. In fact they reached out to me to address a concern my son voiced to the instructor during an in-car drive over the weekend before I even had a chance to reach out to them. They are super easy to work with and went above and beyond every time we reached out to customer service. The driving instructors were nice and great to drive with and they had a lot of options for in-car driving to fit every schedule. The online classroom experience was easy to follow and fun to learn along with. All around a positive experience for both of our sons and us as their parents. We don't have any more kids needing licenses but I would and will recommend using them for anyone needing private drivers ed. 10/10!

Negative experience: Dear Wright Driving School. While the in-class portion was very informative and easy, I disliked the driving part because of one instructor; BRANDY CARTER. She was very talkative, speaking the entire ride---This isnt a bad thing, however, she also does micromanage you during the drive. The thing that bugs me the most was the fact that she gossips about her drivers. She told us about all of her previous drivers, and how they were either good or bad. She told us we (myself and other driver) that were were doing good, and were better than most of her other drivers. After speaking to some of my friends, who also had her, they told me that she had said I was a bad driver and repeated the cycle of gossip and being two-faced. I think that this is professional inappropriate and overall not a great thing to do.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. First problem is their website is awful they have no phone number and they do not answer any texts no matter how many times you text. Second their program is also faulty. Every time I opened the class it would glitch. Third when I would try to do in person driving they claimed none were available. After three months of texting and calling or more like trying to text and call because there were no responses I decided to drive with someone else. I figured they would put my drivers ed that I did in my record and surprise surprise they didn’t. I went to the DMV and they did not give me my license because wright did not do what they said they would do. So after hours of calling texting and emailing I left the DMV. Do NOT use this program. It is a SCAM!!! They should not have the name wright driving school it should be called wrong driving school.

Negative experience: Wright Driving School was Wrong for us. 1. Customer Service from what I can tell is non-existent. You cannot talk to anyone - you text and wait, and in my case I am still waiting. My Son took and passed his on-line test with Wright and after 5 weeks we finally received his certificate postdated to yesterday. Perhaps my 15 unanswered texts was the catalyst but I will never know as they have still not responded. 2. In prepping for the actual on-line test your child is required to complete 20 or so separate modules. Executing the modules however was fairly glitche... and if a glithce does happen you go back to the beginning - often times without saving any work completed. 3. I would look somewhere else.

Negative experience: We had used wright driving school in the past and had great results it was amazing for my oldest son. They switched programs this year and the new program is awful. My son’s drivers Ed studies get interrupted by random security question prompts and is forced to take a ten minute break at random times. If the security question isn’t answered correct it deletes his entire progress of the whole course, he dreads logging in to work on this program. For the amount of money we paid I wouldn’t sign up again not for the program they use now.

Positive experience: Kylie with Wright Driving School worked very hard to coordinate our son’s behind the wheel lessons - and was responsive when we had concerns that arose during the scheduling process. Ultimately my son was able to complete everything he needed to on time - with a few hiccups that were related to behind the wheel availability in Park City. Kylie really came through with what she promised to do. For that, I would recommend.

Positive experience: Wright Driving School was a good option for the driving requirement. I was able to get my son scheduled for all three of his required driving sessions upfront along with the 3rd party test drive. The challenge we had was with the online course work. My son had numerous log in issues and we could never get help from anyone at Wright. They use a company called Improv to facilitate the coursework and for over three months we had to chat/email the Improv support team to have them send a link that would work for 24 hours at a time. There were a few times when it would not save his progress and he would have to call/email/chat improv to get fixed.

Fantastic experience: I took an online course and it was amazing they helped me a lot !

Negative experience: They screwed my nephew out of getting his license for two months because they canceled his final driving session. I would go somewhere else.

Negative experience: So I have 2 drivers and we cannot even use the online class. Its been broken for weeks so we cannot progress. I have been able to text with the support line but they can only say that their vendor is having problems. Also when October 2023 was released it was already FULL with no driving slots available. I don't know whats going on but I have two very unhappy learners who are very stuck.

Positive experience: Definitely a little disappointed with this experience, especially if you're down in So. Utah. Some challenging communication. In-care training could have been better. Optimally, the driver would take you on the same route (or close to it) where the actual test occurs. My child failed the test 2x at the DMV and eventually we had to hire a private 3rd party tester for $50. I asked for a partial refund to cover the $50. They were nice enough to do this. So that is appreciated.

Fantastic experience: This was an awesome experience for me, and for my son who is getting his license. The Wright driving school made this experience seamless and went above and beyond to get us scheduled. My son is a better driver because of his experience, and from a parents point of you this could not have been better.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than five stars. Jake, the general manager, went out of his way to help us. We are stationed over seas and had to get our 17 year old his license. The online class was super user friendly. Next came the driving with an instructor portion. After explaining our situation (we only had three weeks to do the instructor driving lessons and driving test), Jake understood it, and Jake personally scheduled the instructor driving lessons ensuring that it fit our schedule AND he scheduled the test. His staff was professional and easy to work with. Jake was awesome!!! He said that if we prepared our son the best we could, his staff would do the rest to ensure that our son learned the skills needed to successfully pass the test. His word held true. Our son passed on the first try and got his license. I would recommend this company to anyone! In fact, I am thinking of having my next child do it through them. If you are thinking of this school, I would say, "DO IT!"

Negative experience: Idk how the program is here, but I can imagine it's any good if their teachers drive you off the road and almost cause an accident due to them almost missing their exit. Very unprofessional. Vehicle #19.

Fantastic experience: Very responsive to inquiries. Fast and reliable services. I took my road test with Wright and I passed it. The examiner is very friendly. I would recommend their classes as well. The exam location is at East Central so it’s convenient for those who live in Sugarhouse and nearby neighborhood. Again 5/5

Fantastic experience: With my son doing school from home we didn't know what we were going to do to help my son get his license. A quick Google search brought me to Wright. Their prices were lower than the others I was looking at. I did everything online. It was super simple to sign up and schedule his drives! The instructors have been beyond amazing. Taking the time and having the patience needed to help my son's anxiety. The staff was even more helpful when I had a slight issue. But of course they went above and beyond to help me. I would HIGHLY recommend Wright Driving School!

Fantastic experience: Love this program! It is so convenient to take the courses online at your convenience. And if you ever need anything the chat option is very customer friendly. We also had a great experience with a customer service agent who was able to find a much earlier testing appointment for my very excited soon-to-be driving daughter so that she could get her license the day after her 16th birthday.

Fantastic experience: I had three sessions with one of the most amazing driving instructors and educators. Kylie was one of the kindest and honestly great person to get pointers and driving instructor I could have ever asked for! She assured me that I would be safe driving on the road by myself, shared great laughs and conversations with me and now I feel 10x safer on the road and even more comfortable on the road than I have felt before! I wish my driving session would have but ended because it was a great experience and I learned so much I am now really excited to get in that road safely! Thank you Wright driving school! For one of the best drives and experiences!

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, one of the BEST customer service teams in UT. If you're starting the teen driving process, you have to work with Wright Driving School.

Negative experience: The instructors are extremely biased towards students and will fabricate reasons to prevent them from finishing the class. They also lack any teaching certification whatsoever, as well as basic empathy and communication skills. There is no system in place to regulate their behavior, and they will not be held accountable for their actions. The instructor Kylie in particular has consistently exhibited this behavior. When confronted, she will play the victim, instead denying any and all responsibility for her childish and inexcusable actions, instead blaming her students when an issue brought on by this behavior emerges. These people are liars and cheats, and will not hesitate to do both as long as you pay for their "service."

Fantastic experience: They were fantastic and really accommodating. Online stuff was easy for our son to complete, and in-person drives rarely had more than two kids, so he got lots of drive time. When it was convenient, the driving instructor often let our son drive himself back home, so we didn't have to pick him up! In addition, there was a glitch the paperwork required for him finishing his course, and they bent over backwards to make it easy. Totally worth the $!

Negative experience: I've edited my review. Wes Mora was amazing and helpful, but any communication with the service is a joke. They don't return calls, emails, chat requests and this has been on multiple occasions over several months, not just a one off occurrence.
