I am a proud student of this school and I highly recommend anyone who is learning to drive or needs to brush up on their driving skills to consider EZ WiLL. I purchased three driving services and passed my DMV Behind the Wheel test with few errors. The instructors are dedicated and friendly. My Instructor made sure I felt confident in my ability to operate an automobile safely. I can now drive anywhere in California. EZ WiLL holds a special place in my heart.

Negative experience: What a horrible, unprofessional service. First, we specifically scheduled for a Spanish speaking instructor and then they didn’t send one. Every student is late getting home because the next student HAS TO DRIVE THEM HOME - ie they are too cheap to actually provide the classes you are paying for and they are using the “instruction” time to transport themselves around. In one instance, the next student didn’t show up and they refused to drive our student home for TWO HOURS essentially holding her hostage. Then, she failed her test because of a flashing yellow light they knew was on the exam and they openly admitted they knew it was on the test but didn’t go over it in instruction. I am only writing this review because despite all of these mishaps they refuse to take her to test again without us paying again. I would only use this service if you like wasting your money and time.

Fantastic experience: If you want to improve your driving skills for the behind the wheel test then I highly recommend this driving school because they will show you all the things you will need to know for the test and how to become a better driver. The reason I say this because before the entering the driving school I already failed twice my behind the wheel test but with the driving instructor they went over my fails and improved in those areas because when I took the test again I passed with them and you will notice an improvement for your driving. so I highly recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Taja was an amazing instructor for my son who went to another driving school and did not get the proper training to feel comfortable and be a safe driver. It is my first time taking a driving school class, so I was very hesitant and very skeptic. My friends would tell me “oh no it’s too much money” or “they could teach you what we could teach you” , but I took a leap of faith. I search the website. I went through a few driving schools and I read the reviews on EZ WILL DRIVING SCHOOL. And, a lot of people were satisfied and they had a lot of ratings too. But, it wasn’t just the reviews they got my attention. It was the driving packages, and how they teach you. The in-depth education and how they explain to you. They also offer online driving school which that was a big plus. I think it’s huge for them to have extra stuff for drivers to be able to feel comfortable on the road. I am very glad that I stood by that leap of faith chance and took a chance on the EZ Will driving school it was perfect. It is perfect and by far the best driving service I’ve ever had in my life. I’m very glad that I chose this one for my first experience .Since I am left with only good memories and only good memories more to come. I will be taking freeway classes after I get my license and I just love this place. People are very very educated on the driving rules and the etiquette on all the roads. Negative experience: The receptionist Jody is rude. She lacks communication skills. The establishment will cancel and / or reschedule your appointments but then charge you when you need to reschedule. People recommend this business because it's black owned, but being black owned is not a reason to treat and / or talk to customers like their business is not wanted or needed. I'm glad I experienced this now so I won't waste my money taking my son next year. Horrible service. I'm so disappointed.

Negative experience: Honestly I chose this driving school because my brother said it was good and he drives perfectly now BUT, I sadly got a TERRIBLE instructor, Ms.Doris, she is the Spanish speaking instructor and man… please choose someone else. Ask for your refund because I regret having her. She blames you for the mistakes she makes such as : I was driving and she accelerated in which we ALMOST ran into a house. Then distracts you half of the time instead of instructing. Honestly I’m sure the English speaking instructors are better than what I got.

Fantastic experience: Ez pass is the place to go for driving lessons. It seems like people had mixed success with their instructors, but I loved all 3 of the instructors I had. Nelson: Really focuses on nailing parallel parking. Super chill dude, so friendly. Elliot: He gears everything towards the test. Every time you mess up he'll tell you exactly what you did wrong and say, that's 5 points, that's 10 points etc. He would also do practice tests with me during lessons, telling me how many points I got and the things I needed to correct next time. I found this really helpful! Jose: So good! He actually went to the road test site with a student and shot a video of all the turns they make you take. He showed me the video a day before my test so he could walk me through each step. My boyfriend used ez pass too and the instructors would usually let one of us ride in back while the other was driving. We both took our road test at Cunningham park yesterday and we both passed! Thank you ez pass!

Negative experience: Missed my driving test because the driver never showed up. They didnt even call to notify me so I could make another arrangment

Negative experience: I don’t write reviews but this has to be said. This company doesn’t value your time. My student driver was more than an hour late coming home. We had an appointment to make but had to miss due to Wills schedule. So if your time is valuable to you think twice!!

Negative experience: The first class went well until the second class, his slot time was 2-4 and my son did not make it home until 5:30 pm. I called the office to see when my son would be home and I advised them our agreement was 2-4. One thing is traffic another thing is using my time to pick up another student along the way on my time! Wills response was its on our schedule not yours! Sufficient to say my son will not be finishing up with this company. Buyer beware that your kids may not make it home at the agreed upon time.

Fantastic experience: What a great driving school. I really can’t find the words to describe just how great they are. The instructors were friendly, patient, clear with their guidance and most importantly consistent. I tried many times to learn and never found my groove. These guys found it for me and I enjoyed every single lesson, so much so I booked another few lessons just to hone my skills and spend more time soaking up their knowledge. Don’t hesitate - if you need to learn or have someone that does - use EZ Will Driving school.
