Negative experience: I don't know if your instructor was having a bad day or what but I was just at the DMV and the young lady taking the test failed. The instructor proceeds to yell at her and belittled her. We are supposed to tell them it's ok, you'll get it next time. If I was this girls parent that instructor would have had an ear full.

She took me to MVA and I passed my road test once. I definitely recommend this driving school to everyone.

Negative experience: Horrible driving and unsupportive instructors , I’m still traumatized from when I was 16 and my instructor called me stupid and told me I would never be able to drive at ruined my confidence completely. This is a horrible choice for your first driving experience

Negative experience: This place is so unorganized. I took my son there to schedule his driving time and they couldn't find his info we try explaining that he was apart of the online covid class but no one could figure it out.

Negative experience: The worst school ever! They lost my child's paperwork and refused to give her drive time. We had the proof that she finished the course and still they refused! I had to call corporate in order to get her drive time. Then when she finally got her drive time they switched her driving instructor on the last day. It was this instructors first day with the school. The last instructor lectured her for 30 mins before she got to driving. She did mva "car checks" and then continued to criticize her the whole time she was driving. She kept making her stop while driving to criticize her even more. Also she did not drive for her full two hours. My daughter came home crying. I would not give them any stars if I could. Update..... The answer to my review proves the type of unprofessionalism that this driving school has. They need whole new management. Seems as if I pressed some buttons... Also did you all find my daughter's sweatshirt yet? We've been there twice and both times they said it was in 2 different places but we know where it was left. Since you are quick to answer reviews please answer this. God bless

Fantastic experience: I recommend Applechoice to everyone especially to busy people like me. Their teaching is concise and excellent. The course is affordable and they would work with your schedule. I first took the driving course 4years ago, Ms. Scott was my lecture teacher and she was awesome. But due to some issues with other behind the wheel instructors and not having enough time to practice driving, I was discouraged and I did not continue. Fast forward to this year, i renewed my permit and gave myself another try. This time I am ready and have practiced more. I enrolled again last March. I did the online class with Ms. Selina and Mr. Ola. They were both very professional and have made learning more interesting. For the driving part, Mr. Ola was my instructor. He took me to the MVA driving test area and showed me the way around there. He patiently taught me all the things i need to remember for the driving test. Just this week, I am grateful that I passed my driving skills test on my first try.

Negative experience: This place has not answered my calls and has refused to give my certificate. I unfortunately cannot recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: Applechoice staff members were patient, pleasant, professional, and encouraging. My teenage daughter took her MVA in-seat driving requirement class through them, and they also offered the class virtually as well. My daughter learned a lot, and she passed the class. Afterward, I also signed her up for driving classes (Mr. Chris, and Mr. Ola) as well (it helped that they offer fair prices and a flexible payment schedule), and they took her to MVA to take her driving skills tests, which she passed the first time! Yay! We both are very grateful to Mr. Chris, Mr. Ola and all of the staff members. Thank you all for being so caring and patient. You're in good hands with Applechoice Driving School!

Negative experience: My daughter enrolled in classes here and it’s been 3 weeks since she passed the course! They have yet let me schedule any drive time!! I’m always told they are already booked, then I call back days later like instructed to not get an answer or to be told their booked again! Last week I kind of got rude with the woman, I believe to shut me up, she gave her a 2 hour block this past Saturday which they canceled on her at 10pm Friday night!!! It’s been almost a month, my child is fully paid and can’t even get the training she already has paid for!!!

Fantastic experience: The instructors were very thorough, organized, and professional. They worked well with my schedule and aided up to the point of my driver’s test. I was able to pass my driver’s test because of the insight my driving instructor had on what I need to pass. I was also taught road etiquette during my 6 hours of drive time. I felt well prepared for my test and would 100% recommend Applechoice driving school to any new driver.

Fantastic experience: The best place to take your driving lessons, PERIOD!!! I took my computer and driving skill test just one time each and aced both because I had the best teacher and instructor. Plus I moved from Glen burnie to Baltimore after the class and they were so kind to have my instructor come all the way to Baltimore to have me take my behind the wheel practice. Mr Ola is the best.

Fantastic experience: I’ll recommend applechoice driving school to anyone who would like to perfect their driving skills, beginners and anyone else who desires to be a designated long term driver.First attempt I went to a different driving school I won’t mention the name I did my test I didn’t pass it .In the process I met this gentleman by the name ola he made me perfect my skills I hated backing up and he made it look easier and kept encouraging me and teaching me on how to not only pass the test but be a good driver .I can attest today that I can driver anywhere confidently ❤️

Negative experience: My daughter enrolled in this course in May 2021 and attended the online sessions. June no return calls or emails to schedule road time… July no return calls or emails to schedule road time… After making 2 trips to the office in August she was finally scheduled for on the road driving time. 1st day of on the road driving…. Guess what NO ONE IS HERE at 8am 9/22/2021!!! She is missing school to only be stood up on arrangements they setup!!! We called, rang the bell, and knocked NO ONE CAME!! We left at 815 sent an email after numerous calls and banging on the door. Called again and left a message requesting a return phone call. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of consideration, beyond poor communication and subpar business ethics baffles me because they have a 4+ Star rating. I had to take off work and my daughter who is a senior with a full schedule had to miss valuable time from school only to be disappointed and ignored after being Paid In Full since May!!!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They have no problem cramming as many people into the classes as possible and getting payed in full but when it comes to the drive times you are going to be waiting months. You can call them trying to schedule a time and they refuse to call you back and refuse to even give you an idea of when an appointment would be possible. And they will try to gaslight you and make you think you are unreasonable for trying to get the services you payed for within a couple months time. Their response is blaming the pandemic a year and half later but as soon I report them to the BBB the next day they are finally able to call me back and give me even the tiniest bit of info. They really just can’t run a legitimate business. SCAM

Even after the online course was over they kept in touch with me to make sure I have received my permit and follow through with me when I’d received my driving license. I know most driving schools will not follow up with their students after the course was over. The staffs are friendly and they are clear on their instructions which they are providing to you. My wife also when to Applechoice driving school and from her past experience she stated that the services and care which was given to me was a big change from when she went to the school. The course price are very reasonable and affordable even during this pandemic. I was laid off like most during this hard time and I was able to afford it. They’re Amazing and excellent. Fantastic experience: I am a transfer student who needed drive times sooner than my last school could provide. Applechoice is an excellent school. I had my drive times with Ms. Gina (2 times) and Mr. Peter (1 time) and both were excellent instructors who made me feel very comfortable and took the time to make sure I understood everything and helped answer all of my questions. I learned to be a better, more confident driver and all the valuable tips they gave me will be remembered and passed on to those who may need it. Excellent quality instructions.
