Fantastic experience: My Overall Experience: Excellent. I was a beginner, with little knowledge and little confidence before joining here. And now am confident with all key points learnings with my DL in short time. Staffs and Instructors: Respectful, Patient, and Polite. My classroom instructor made my learning simple, easy and not to miss out any of the mains. I passed it easily with confidence after coaching. My behind-the-wheel instructor Mr Shaq: Methodical, Very Humble and Patient. His teaching skills and concept of driving was great. Not just learning and understanding, but also practicing with Speed Limit, Lane Change, 3 Point and 2 point Turns, Signals, Parking - Left Parking, Right Parking, Parallel Parking, 8 drive, Highways, Reverse, Safety measures and other important key points to look at, surely makes us confident to drive easily on roads. After numerous practise, I passed my test with good score in first attempt. Happy and Grateful to have such good mentors. Amen ! Surely recommend Desi Driving School +++++. One of the best and most professional driving school to go to. They will make sure you have learnt and practised well untill they feel you are confident.

Negative experience: every appointment the man was late, on my third lesson he was 30 minutes late. He gave little to no actual driving tips or advice and was consistently impatient with mistakes. At the end of my third lesson I still couldn't park. It was mostly aimless driving and at the end when it came time to park he would just take the wheel from me. I didn't even bother showing up to my last 2 hour session because I knew it would be a waste of my time. If I didn't think they would make getting my money back a new lesson in misery I would have asked for a full refund.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience yesterday. The staff inside is friendly and very helpful! I went there for my drivers test and I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know the route we’ll be driving, but they reassured me that the instructor will give me clear instructions and gave me a link to watch a YouTube video that helped me prepare and understand the route a bit better. My instructor, Will (I hope I get his name right), was fantastic! He gave clear instructions and I was even able to ask him a few questions before we started the test. If you’re looking a place to do practice driving or your test, this is the place!

His name is Shaq. He is a polite, polite, and wonderful person. He has great experience in teaching driving. He taught me how to drive, and I thank him very much for teaching him and encouraging me. He was so polite in telling me even if I made a mistake, he encouraged me that I can do it, and I did it. I would recommend everyone to go here. They respond quickly on text and I’ve never had any communication problem with the school itself. They adjusted the lesson timings according to a timing that worked for both of us. Fantastic experience: I will give 10/10 for this school if you are new to driving. I was trained under Mr.shaq sir. He very patient,motivative, friendly and taught me learning smoothly. He did provide me tips which are helpful in driving. My final road test was also good and I got my license with no issues ☺️. Communication over call with the office was an issue here as I had to followup with them a lot. Once communicated all staff is cooperative and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I took a driving lesson with Shaq and he did a great job providing instruction. He taught me how to parallel park and I am now a more confident driver because of him.

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful experience, Mr. Shaq is an amazing instructor, so patience, calm and professional, he built my confidence through guiding me into service roads and tollways and I passed the road test with no time thanks to him, now I'm about to receive my driver license through mail within the coming few days.

Positive experience: I have no issue with most staff here, but there is one specific driver instructor who made me uncomfortable since the moment I got in the car. He is an old man who wears a cap and has a long white beard. I had barely started the car and he started giving me an attitude saying if I knew how to adjust the wheel position and would raise his voice when i was trying to look for the little latch to move it. I had him on my fifth lesson (highways) and he would raise his voice telling me various instructions all at once and made me feel very nervous to the point where I had a panic attack. On my seventh lesson which is the final lesson, everything was going well but I was uncomfortable the moment I found out he was my instructor for the evening. Once we got back to the driving school, I was trying to park and turn off the headlights, but he was being rude and told me to turn off the lights repeatedly but I couldn’t because I felt under pressure. I had my hand on the key and he basically moved it away aggressively and turned off the car and muttered something under his breath. This made me mad so I told him “You dont have to take your anger out at me” and I raised my voice which was embarrassing because there was an observer in the backseat. We argued there in the car and I told him how he made me feel pressured instead of telling me calmly to do something. I was having an anxiety attack due to all of this, he denied everything I told him and proceeded to say “I dont understand why youre yelling at me”. I ended up saying “I’m sorry” because I hate arguing, especially with an adult. I have video proof of him yelling at another student while driving on the highway from my 5th lesson. I don’t think this is very professional knowing teenagers are just wanting to learn to drive without having to deal with a moody instructor.

Fantastic experience: I received speedy learning from my instructor Mr.Sanjay; he taught me all the critical things and tips to be mindful of when driving. Passed the test in the First attempt. She had Two different driving instructors both were professional and patient testing instructor was looking really polite. Office staff was really nice and helpful .highly recommended

Negative experience: I feel the upmost importance to write this review to let everyone know how heartless and unprofessional this company is. They have a simple rule that their contract you sign at the beginning for classroom and driving sessions are to be completed within 1 year. After classroom course is completed, your child needs to obtain a permit. Due to the pandemic, DPS had appointments backed up 6 to 8 months out. Once we obtained permit, the company had a voice mail that you could leave a message and let you know you can text the same number. I left message on answering machine as well as text message to set up driving lessons. No response was received. Then I try following up via phone. Now there is no voice mail and only rings. I work 12 hour shifts and calling is the only way I can try to contact due to hours worked. This occurs for 2 to 3 months. At this point, I think the company is out of business. I finally get a chance to go to company during business hours. They are open. I proceed to explain and plead with them to get my son to be able to start his final driving sessions. The management team states the contract date has expired and there is nothing they can do. There could have been a simple exception made to allow the driving sessions to be completed due to the provided circumstances. They do no not care. Poor customer service. Heartless. Now since my complaint they have magically turned back on their voice mail to where customers can leave a message. As for me, the money if lost and we are advised to go somewhere else. Please note : This is a horrible company and are out for only the $$$. Also note there is a older gentleman that puts on classroom sessions that openly made fun of a student with a speech impediment during class. Now even though that party has not come out in open to complain, I feel this is necessary to be let known. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter's driving test was scheduled on a day that turned out to be a nightmare weather-wise, with thunderstorms and street flooding all over the area. Even though the staff had to overcome several challenges to simply get the doors open that day, they knew how important it was to get my daughter's test done and were able to jump through hoops to make it happen. Can't thank them enough for the great service!

I have had lessons with two of their instructors, Billy and Shaq and both were amazing being incredibly patient and offering me advice where I needed improvement. Negative experience: The instructor behavior is very good, but the official staff is very impolite and have no ethics and moral. They can’t print even a single page, two woman working in the office has to be terminated immediately. I don’t know way I can’t reply to your comment, but I will add more explanation here. Communication is one of the important thing in running a business at least they should communicate in a good way.

Negative experience: Quality of service has gone down. I put my child in this driving school a couple years ago and never had a issue. Now my 16 y/o is taking classes here and may I tell you they are so RUDE. I was on the line for a very long time as soon as I was about to hangup they answered the phone. I asked to schedule a driving time but they interrupted saying I have to do the parent driving log first and I mention how I had it done already. They said sorry can't book driving time until NEXT month due to short staff and it was "TOO BAD' before I could even say anything they HANG UP!!!

Fantastic experience: While there had been many different issues with the DPS office desi driving school was there to help make sure everything was corrected and I was able to receive my license. They have amazing service and teaching and they help make sure everything goes accordingly.

Positive experience: I bought their package of 8-hour in-car adult driving lessons and driving test. The process was smooth. They sent me messages the day prior to my appointments to remind me about my appointment, which I think is very good. Instructors there were all very friendly and patient. One thing I wish was different is that they could have informed me about the Impact Young driver certificate before I got there for my driving test. It was said online that it was only needed for learners younger than 24 so I didn't think I needed that for the test. I was never informed in person about that by the school either. They let me take the test first and come back to submit the certificate later but it was a bit time-consuming for me to have to come back just to submit one piece of paper. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Whether you are attending the full school experience or just taking the driving test, they help make sure that you have all the documents you need to be prepared and share tips with you to make sure you do your very best. They have cones set up in a nearby parking lot for you to practice parallel parking whenever it’s convenient for you. Both of my kids used Desi and I would not go anywhere else. Thanks Desi!!
