Fantastic experience: Great classes, in depth teaching, relaxed instruction in the car from Ron Kato. Clear instructions on what to do and how to operate a vehicle.

Fantastic experience: I drive with Ron Kato, very good driving instructor and I had lots of fun. He’s very straight forward and tells you the right things which is very useful. He’s also there to talk you threw it and help you.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Sharon M as a driving instructor in the Ann Arbor area! She provided excellent driving lessons to my daughter and went above and beyond to ensure she completed her lessons on time. Sharon was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly helpful and accommodating with our schedule. She truly cares about her students' success and made the whole process stress-free. We're very grateful to her for all her support and for being such a great instructor and person!

Negative experience: Our first appointment was cancelled the morning of by the instructor due to being ill which we completely understood. Our second appointment was cancelled due to a disgruntled employee going into the system and cancelling all driving appointments. Again we were patient. My son was called and spoke to someone and got a new appointment time which he confirmed. We show up and they have no idea. The instructor was very nice and called the manager however the manager Dorinda was so rude. No apology, basically called us liars and when u asked for something to be done she said “you are not going to speak to me that way” I was upset but I never said anything inappropriate that would warrant that type of response. It sounds like they need to hire people that care about customer service. I would choose another place to take my road tests in the future. Our experience with them has been a nightmare to say the least.

Fantastic experience: I took the segment 1 class and was very happy with it! It helped me gain a lot of confidence behind the wheel and I feel good about driving. My instructor Ron was great, he let me know exactly what I was doing wrong and helped me to fix it.

Negative experience: I original gave this a 5-star for the great the customer service, but their process for scheduling drives for students is absolutely nuts - it is like the hunger games where parent stay glued to the internet waiting for them to open up new driving times. As of today there are no drive times open for any students to book. When you call them they say new slots will be posted as random!!! This is not the case with other companies that our friends are using - the kids in those other schools got driving slot right away. Unfortunately, not sure I would recommend this driving school. Do better All Star.
