Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the 2 hr class to learn stick shift! Fabian was my instructor and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. We went over how to shift up/down through the gears, park, precise clutch control and how to quickly stop in an emergency. The lesson was split between practicing the basics in the parking lot and then applying what I had learned out on the main roads. Overall a phenomenal experience and a great introduction to anyone who is interested in learning how to drive manual transmission cars!

Fantastic experience: My brother Gabriel was trained in this school and what can I say… the service was great and they presented me with a lot of options. My younger brother it’s 2nd generation so we are a hispanic family but he’s not interested in learning Spanish but this wasn’t a problem because they have bilingual instructors so it worked out perfectly. Also the vehicles they have are not The newest but they are so easy to drive that it makes it actually fun to drive and in my opinion the best learning tool it’s an old school car. Now they are 3rd party certified by the DMV to provide people with the WRITTEN test and the actual ROAD TEST, you can use the cars of the school for the test and that way you save weeks if not months of dealing with the dmv. What a loved the most about the service was that they always stood with us trough the entire process and provided all the knowledge and support to achieve the goal . 100% recommended and don’t miss out of good responsable and professional training because they seem to really care about people. Thanks to fabian his father and the instructor fir all the support they gave my brother. He ended up being a really safe driver and we couldn’t be more proud of him and having peace of mind have no price. Negative experience: Literally a waste of time, Sebastian was absolutely great with showing how to prepare for the test. The driving instructor that graded the test doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing from finding your information in the system that took 30 minutes or more then his grading is so off. This place was a rip off and a waste of time. First of all I paid 221 for two days after being convinced when I only got only a day and just the test. I will never recommend this place to anyone, going to the dmv is the best route because you’re not wasting your money. Oh and other thing why do you have to pay the $55 prior to knowing you pass or not. I’m just irritated at the entire experience

Negative experience: I took the test on 01/9th. Even though I did everything perfectly Fabian told me I failed because I stopped on the stop sign for 2 seconds instead of 4. I showed him the official Florida Drivers License handbook stop sign rules which it clearly says: “You must bring your vehicle to a complete halt at the stop line” he was still saying 4 seconds and because of argument continued he called 911 and asked a officer to learn the rules even though I clearly stated him that I don’t want to bother police for this simple thing. He didn’t let me go and in the mean time other instructor was keep telling me: “Boy you talk too much.” , “You missed the other stop sign too” which is; I turned left before that sign, Even their own instructor doesn’t know their route. And when the officer came he told the same thing that what I stated and he added: “Time that you wait on a stop sign is doesn’t matter as long as you come to the complete stop before the line and check your surroundings.”. For how long that I can check my surroundings as a experienced driver in a small parking lot? 20 seconds? And then Fabian said: “I failed him cause he didn’t stop on the stop line later on”. There was no stop sign over there, it was just a line! This place is a scam only thing they trying to do is sell you lessons for nothing. And instructor have a very thick latin accent in English very difficult to understand him. They rude and greedy very unpleasant experience use other local driver schools.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school; everyone involved was incredibly patient and supportive throughout my driving journey. As a complete beginner, I completed my driving exam in just six lessons. My instructor, Nylan, deserves special mention for his exceptional patience and thorough guidance. He made sure I felt comfortable, never once causing any discomfort. I truly appreciated the calm atmosphere during lessons and even during the test. A solid 10 out of 10 recommendation!

They pay attention to every single detail to make you feel comfortable and confident like observing the student personality so they can match you with the right instructor. You will be driving from the moment they pick you up even if you never drove before. They will teach you and observe what are your weakness and they wont stop until you do it right.They are no money grabers, they really care and they will be your cheerleaders in every step. Fantastic experience: Carlos was a great instructor, he was patient and taught well. I had little experience with driving in Jamaica before I came here. That says a lot because in Jamaica we drive on the left side of the road and the steering wheel is on the right side. So driving here was the complete opposite for everything and it felt weird I had to keep reminding myself to keep on the right side of the road. Carlos did a great job in helping me remember, I did the three (3) day package and was ready for the actually test after the third day. Super excitied to say I passed CONGRATS! to me I'm proud of myself and I'm grateful to CHAMPION DRIVING SCHOOL that gave me the push I need to make this possible. Fantastic experience: I just finished the 6 day program yesterday with Fabian as my instructor, I also took my test for the time yesterday and passed. I could not be happier, Fabian was an awesome instructor. I was a bit anxious about driving but he was encouraging while also still teaching and correcting me. The course definitely helped me develop the confidence that's necessary to be on the road, if you're looking for a driving school, I highly recommend this one! Fantastic experience: This driving school is awesome. The owner, front desk and driving instructors are friendly and great to work with. I had Carlos and he was an amazing teacher, strict when it came to safety which is good. He is very funny and a great person to drive with. I would most definitely recommend this instructor and this school. They work with you and it’s their job to give you the tools to pass your test and yours to pass the test.

Fantastic experience: Very good driving school that not only taught me to drive and get my license in a short period of time, but my instructor Thomasz made me comfortable behind the wheel and helped me strengthen the areas I struggled in.

Positive experience: This driving school is okay. Decent prices, however the instructor Carlos is rude, curses, and just a horrible person to be teaching. He was not helpful at all and tried to bully a child. I was able to get the issue resolved, thanks to Fabian who finsihed my lessons, because of him I was able to pass my test. This driving school needs to get rid of Carlos, and promote Fabian. Poor guy had to answer all the calls, teach me, and another person who was taking a traffic class. I was able to pass my test which is great, but if you do go here beware of Carlos! Ask for another instructor right away.

Fantastic experience: Fabian from A Champion Driving School was very pleasant, patient, and calm. He is also very knowledgeable about the rules of the road and ensured his knowledge was delivered in a calm and reassuring manner . I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing driving lessons. His assistance in finding me an appointment with a third party was much very much appreciated and was also done extremely quickly, something which has become even more difficult to do during the pandemic.

Negative experience: Terrible instructor. After a week of classes suggested my wife not drive on highways. My wife actually drives worse now than prior to the classes. Instructor screamed at and insulted my wife during classes. Shorted us an hour of class time. Instructor takes smoke breaks during class time.

Fantastic experience: I am not one to write reviews often, but A champion driving school is way over 5 stars. Not only was Andrew my driving instructor absolutely amazing, he was patient, understanding and showed me what I needed to work on. Even during a pandemic, Fabian worked with me and worked his hardest to find me an appointment to take my test. Before my drivers test, Fabian went over in detail everything needed on the test, but also useful knowledge and tips for future endeavors. I passed on my first try! If you are ever considering A champion driving school, I would highly recommend them. I also want to state that I have read some of the negative reviews and have never once felt uncomfortable in any way by any driver. I will recommend this driving school to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: This school was completely invaluable with the service they were able to provide. I have never been on the road before, and within 3 days, and 3 classes, I was able to complete the drivers exam. Thanks in particular to Fabian for being a really solid and caring instructor. He noticed right away what I needed to improve on, and would ensure that I was able to get it right. I have a lot more confidence driving now and have no issues, I would recommend A Champion 100%

Negative experience: Whatever you do, DO NOT use this driving school especially if you have a teenage daughter. So verbally inappropriate! I had to tell my daughter to block the instructors number on her phone.

Fantastic experience: I took 3 stick shift lessons with Fabian to prepare to drive in Germany and I found them incredibly helpful! We went around the parking lot, on back roads, and main roads, so I felt very comfortable driving while I was abroad.

Negative experience: Nelson is a good teacher for learning how to pass the driving test but TERRIBLE for learning how to drive. He's a nice enough man and preps you really well for the test, but he is extremely inattentive and unclear in his instructions. Whenever I had questions about driving that did not pertain to what I would be tested on, Nelson said it was not necessary and moved on, (for example I asked about parallel parking and how to use the emergency brake; ironically enough, during my driving test the examiner asked me to pull the emergency brake--luckily I was able to figure it out on my own in the moment.) I also found Nelson incredibly unprofessional--he took SEVERAL personal phone calls while I was driving during all three of my lessons with him, he showed up half an hour early for one of our sessions, and when I was done with our final session, he sent me the link to write this review and WATCHED ME so that I would be pressured to give him 5 stars (I have since deleted my 5 star review and replaced it with this honest one). Trust me, the only reason Nelson has such high reviews is because he is watching his students while they are writing the reviews. I will also warn English speakers--DO NOT work with Nelson unless you are fluent in Spanish and plan to communicate with him in Spanish. Even if you understand an intermediate amount of Spanish like myself, you will struggle if you are trying to communicate with him in English because, even though he is completely proficient in English, he has a very strong accent that can be incredibly difficult to understand, especially when trying to learn how to drive. On several occasions I had to ask Nelson to repeat his instructions 3 or 4 times and it created a lot of undue anxiety for me while trying to focus on driving. I also misinterpreted his instructions a few times because I could not understand what he was saying, and then Nelson accused me of not paying attention. I passed my driving exam which is why I am giving them 2 stars and not 1, but seriously, Nelson is a nice person but a difficult , unprofessional instructor, especially if you want to work with him in English.

Beginning with Tom at the desk he was very patient, calm, understanding and respectful no matter what problem I was having he would try to help to the best of his ability. Fabian would also give affirmations which is a huge confidence booster and made sure to give all the tips he possibly could. Fantastic experience: I was put in a position where, as an adult, I needed to learn to drive from scratch in a short period of time. I grew up in a country that wasn't so reliant on driving, but that's not possible in South Florida. The roads are a manic place, and it definitely gave me anxiety about even just starting. Nelson immediately put me at ease, and in no time I was driving my work route and even on the highway. Fabian gave me my final lesson before my test, and I went in full of confidence, and passed first time. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you've been putting it off like I have.
