Negative experience: Absolutely the most rude and disrespectful driving school you can go to. Their team will not schedule driving time for your student if their life was on the line. We have been waiting for over four months since the start of this course for a single drive time date. They do not take calls; they do not answer texts; they do not respond to emails. I'm half convinced this school is a complete scam or front for the mob, if not for their building seemingly having real people working there. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL IF: -You need your drive time scheduled before the learners permit expires -You don't want to deal with exceptionally rude staff -You would like any form of communication

Fantastic experience: The school is the best, honestly I just finish my course and they were so patient with me. They teach me a lot of stuff that I didn’t know about driving. All the classes were online and I was so happy because of my work schedule. I am grateful for you guys.

Fantastic experience: My grandson did the on-line driving class. They made it very easy and passed it with no problems. After finishing the class however he has been trying to schedule his 6 hour drive time with no availability. Has called everyday and no one picks up. I called also and got hold of someone around 3pm. I was told that they don't do any of the scheduling. Said the website is updated every Wednesday and Friday and he would just have to keep checking. The drive time is marked no avaliable dates from now (March 2024) all the way thru August and cannot see beyond that. It should never take that long to complete a driving class. Very disappointed with this company. Once they get paid they don't care if you get your drive time or not. UPDATE: he has now received a call from Abba explaining that it may take a couple of months for his drive-time to happen. Thank you for replying to him so quickly. I just wish this was explained sooner

Fantastic experience: Me and my brother did an online class here, and it was quite interesting. I've finished my driving lessons and it's safe to say I learned a lot. I'm still learning though and hopefully getting better. The instructors are very nice and understanding :D

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give them one star. So let’s start off by saying this. I paid for this all up front and then they tried to say I owed them money when I tried to transfer driving schools. This driving school/ company does not have their stuff together at fall!!! I graduated from the class April 2020 and it token them a year to even do a drive time with me and that consisted of me constantly reaching out to them and them not getting me booked. They took me driving one time in 2021 and said they would hurry up and book the rest of my drive times with me before my learners expired so I could hurry up and get my licenses and that did not happen. They told me that they were booked up from Covid terribly bad but still continued to take other new members driving? Would you want to play catch up with the other ones? Well when I went in here to see when they could finish my driving they said I would have to do it all over again and that I would have to pay and that it was my fault that I didn’t get my drive times finished. Claimed I owed them money and everything else. Multiple times they didn’t show up for me to go driving when I was driving only 4 blocks away or when I showed up there the driver was not there it was always an excuse. I do not RECOMMEND them at all. Read the other reviews. All I wanted was a refund for the drive times. Clearly wasn’t my fault. Owner and schools lack of their own effort. Remind you the one time they did take me driving she told me to get over when I couldn’t and then she yelled at me for something that was her fault. They lack communication very badly. They just want your money.

Fantastic experience: Ive actually attended this school twice! The first time was during covid and I moved so i wasnt able to make it to my drive times. When I moved back to Brooklyn I decided to reattend this same school. Both times I had the absolute pleasure of learning from Ms Stovall, who is deeply well educated when it comes to driving but also teaching it. Every subject and topic, every single word even; they’re all a conversation so that everyone in the class, teacher and students, are all understood and we all make sure we’re understood. This time around I did both the PM and AM classes, which meant I was able to the pleasant experience of learning from Ms. Karen. Although it was only for a couple classes, and im drowsy in the mornings, I could tell Ms Karen was extremely patient and also well adequate in her ability to teach and lead her class. I absolutely can not wait to start my drive time and would not have chosen any other place than ABBA

Fantastic experience: Just finished my required 30 hours of Drivers Ed , I enjoyed both my instructors very much they made me feel very comfortable and the real life examples made me get a better understanding. Remember Driving is fun but it's a Privilege not a Right.

Positive experience: Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I took my class online so there was room for technical issues but the instructor still did her best to make sure each student was involved and connected with the class. For the BTW, my first one wasn’t good at all and that’s the reason for 4 stars. I don’t know what it was but the instructor acted cold and like she didn’t want to be there and failed to mention things to me as a first time BTW driver. I did the last two drives with the owner and it felt so much better. I was at ease and I felt 10x more comfortable with her than with the other instructor. I would definitely recommend ABBA Driving Academy because one bad experience didn’t drive me away.

Negative experience: My son did the driving school course and he pass it. He paid and it take about a month to get a email back to schedule time but he tried to set an appointment to take the driving time. It not letting him. So, this mom is not liking it. And when he called and also email them to get a link to set up a driving time they told him that they forgot to sent him a link through his email. And he not liking it either.

Negative experience: Do Not Attend This Driving School! My wife started this program at the beginning of December 2021. Once you pay for the behind-the-wheel-training it is as if they forget about you because they already have your money. You will see low star reviews of thoroughly candid responses of the same-like issues, then an onslaught of 5 star reviews as if the driving school is completely perfect. Moreover, by looking at the date of some of these 5 star reviews, it appears as if they're coming from people who never finished the program yet, hmm, I wonder why they would be so generous with the stars, lol. The behind-the-wheel scheduling is horrible. You must completely pay upfront to start the behind-wheel-training. The rude/condescending Hispanic girl at the desk will be more than happy to take your money before she shows her true colors. My wife got her learners permit in January 2022 and provided her availability through their website. I waited months searching through her email for a scheduled appointment. I called and went to the office complaining and thereafter I got 2 behind-wheel-training sessions in April 2022 on SEPARATE occasions, which were only because they were both call outs (a student rescheduled). Then the 3rd behind-the-wheel appointment, which was scheduled, was a month away, smh. Do not believe their issue with students are only available after 5pm, thus availability is limited. My wife did not work! They were aware that her availability was at ANYTIME. They could've called her at anytime and she would've responded like a fireman and we'd be there in 10 minutes. This driving school has caused issues for me and my family because we had been patiently waiting for their lack of participation throughout the behind-the-wheel scheduling. And, if you inquire about it, then the Hispanic woman at the front desk will be very abrasive and difficult for you. I believe she was sabotaging my wife's efforts due to my lack of patience with the school's lackadaisical approach. Do not attend this school. I believe the Hispanic girl prolonged my wife's schooling. They appear to be understaffed. they have 2 friendly teachers that moonlight as instructors, a jaded security guard, and a rude, vindictive Hispanic girl at the desk operating this business. They will fool you with their pictures of a friendly classroom atmosphere on the internet; moreover, I willing to bet that the students know that if they provide a review (probably requested), that it would be in the best interest to give a 5 star review, considering they have skin in the game (already paid + incentive). This school will have you waiting forever to get your license. I will post my review when I feel my wife is free and in the clear of that program.

Negative experience: Horrible service, don't go here if you see this. Had to call multiple times in a span of weeks, sometimes they wouldn't even pick up the phone and all of this just to get my transcripts to go somewhere else. I WARN YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Fantastic experience: Nathan downer - after failing my learners permit 3 times I starting thinking I was just bad at taking test and they always made me nervous but with the excellent teaching of Ms. Stovall I was able to pass my final with a very high grade she takes time to really talk and explain to her students using visuals real life experiences and just goes the extra mile to make sure you get everything u need to be an excellent safe driver. Definitely recommend this program to others

Negative experience: THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONEEEEE!!!! Everytime I call .. I mean EVERYTIMEE I literally have to beat there phone down calling at least 8 to 10 times before they answer (unwillingly) they moved my class to 2 weeks later and didn’t send a email, text, call nothing .. I literally had to beat there phone down 9am (the time the class was supposed to start) just to find out they moved it to a different date. Smh they need to get it togeather and act like they like there job people are spending money just to get left in the dark for weeks !

Negative experience: This has to be one of my worst experiences. It took this school from February to August to finish this my classes and drive time. Also since they took so long they knew my learners was expiring soon and now I have to get a new learners before my actual license. They did not help me I went weeks without knowing what’s going on. I would avoid this school and go to a more named school.

Fantastic experience: Very good driving school. The teacher was very informative and worked well with my son even with an IEP. She took her time and answered all of my kids questions and explain evey answer until they understood. I highly recommend this school for anyone who has a new driver, needs a refresher, or has a legal requirement.

Fantastic experience: At first I had a difficult time but come to find out it was a third party the company uses that was causing all the mess ups. After speaking with the owner/teacher she took time out of her schedule and fixed everything! Plus she helped me pass my driver improvement class in a blink of an eye! Negative experience: Very unprofessional, they talk to you like you're a child . The will not update you until they feel like .The instructor has a nasty attitude and the driving instructor barely be in there so there's no way to get in contact with her. The people at the front desk are very rude even when answering the phone. The instructor car never moves from the Chinese joint so they not on the road. Don't waste your time, dignity or money .

Negative experience: It has been a long time since covid started and they don't have any availability for on the road test. Its going on 2 years and I've ad only 1 on the road course. I highly don't recommend. They need to hire more people to make it more convenient for everyone. You've done already gave them your money and now your just sitting and waiting. Its not fair. My permit already expired once.

There was never a dull moment of just sitting there being lectured because each of those three ladies always included the class. They even made my coach feel very welcomed and my coach was even telling me how much she enjoyed being there and gaining the knowledge that she will now apply to her driving skills.
