Negative experience: Do not use. Did not provide services that I paid for. They never answer the phone or emails. They also lie when to you when they actually do reach out. Still waiting on a refund from 2023 or services provided. This would be 0 stars if I could rate them that low

Negative experience: Do Not Waste Time Or Money With This Company! I paid almost 700 dollars and got no service. I was told that I'd get a refund and I'm still waiting. I've been dealing with them since 2022

Negative experience: I’m trying to schedule an appointment but the phone number is no longer in service and the website is suspended. Anyone else experiencing that?

Negative experience: Do not recommend this company at all whatsoever. Nothing but problems with the material we purchased and when reaching out to support via email it takes 7- 10 days to get a response with no resolution for problems. Calling on the phone is even worse. Please beware!

Fantastic experience: Tim was a great instructor for my daughter’s test. He made her feel comfortable and not nervous. He had a great attitude and joked and laughed with her. I highly recommend him!!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Crenshaw is amazing! So far he's conducted the driving test for 2 of my 3 daughters and I'll be bringing my 3rd back when she's ready. He's very patient and kind. I highly recommend this company.

He is so kind and patient. He really explained to her beforehand what she needed to be prepared to do. Highly recommend bringing your teen driver here for their road test!

Negative experience: It’s no surprise this company is bankrupt. Unreliable, not paying their employees (told to us by the instructor), and completely inept when it comes to communication. If your want your child to get a driver’s license, they will do that. It was a joke. The test was literally 3 speed bumps. But if you want them to learn to drive, don’t pick this company.

Negative experience: Scammers! My son paid $155.98 for a practice test & a driving test in May. When my son called to confirm his appt the day before they told him that the instructor no longer worked at the company but no one bothered to contact us with an alternate date with a different instructor. Due to needing to reschedule, he then had to wait a month and half. Today, he was informed that he could not do both on the same day with the same instructor. However, they only had one instructor working at Niceville, Fl. and they never contacted us to make alternate arrangements so that he could do both. When we asked for a peril refund they refused stating it was their policy to not refund his money. The only option they offered was to keep his money and issue him a voucher that he could sell to someone else! I spent over 2 hours in hold today trying to resolve this matter and was placed in hold indefinitely. In addition I was told a supervisor would call me back in 5 minutes and that was over 3 hours ago! Don’t give them your business!

Negative experience: I hate leaving reviews in general but this needed one. Absolutely rude. I scheduled and waited for my appointment for a month. I was supposed to have it Saturday July 1st at 12:30 pm. Today June 22nd, I received a cancellation email. Why? Idk. I called and was on the phone for an hour and a half trying to figure it out and I kept getting the same “I’m not sure why” response before the guy on the other end hung up on me. I just wanted to reinstate the appointment or move it, as I’ve literally been waiting this whole time. He was very rude, hung up and now I guess I’m supposed to reschedule for 4 weeks from now? This is ridiculous truly. Please do better

Negative experience: Please beware. I never leave bad reviews, but I experienced pure fraud here. I signed up for their 4hr driving lesson package for my son with some extras. They advertised a Pensacola location, but when I went to schedule his times, I was told that location was closed and that we'd have to travel 1.5 hours (one way) AND they wouldn't refund our $. In addition, even if I wanted to do that, I could only book appointments for that location in person. So, I'd have to drive 3 HOURS round trip JUST TO SCHEDULE THE TIMES. I was told a supervisor would call me to discuss a refund, but I couldn't call them, and I've yet to receive a call. I sent an email and the reply was about the "high demand", so it might take awhile. It takes a lot to make me angry, but this is insane. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: Unable to reach anyone by phone. No return phone calls to schedule lessons. No shows on scheduled lessons. Instructors quit and lessons are never rescheduled. Unable to reach anyone at their physical location. Multiple emails left unanswered. Payment is taken upfront, so the consumer is out the large amount of money this company charges when lessons are never received.

Fantastic experience: I had Mr Tim for my driving test examiner. He was very kind and understanding with clear instructions during my test. My test was 20 minutes but felt like 5. Unfortunately they are under staffed so at times the door is locked when there is only one test examiner out on drives. But be patient and wait until they come back and you will not be disappointed. Its worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her driving test here since the DMV is booked out for over a month. Her tester was soft-spoken and calm and immediately alleviated her nerves. She passed with flying colors and is laughing at herself for being so nervous!

Negative experience: this institute is a scam. They take your money, schedule appointments and don’t show up. You call over 20 times before you get someone on the phone. I paid a little over 50% deposit and they have been cancelling my daughter’s appointments. It’s been over 2 months and she hasn’t been able to get on the road. I requested my money back and they have refused to refund it. #scammers

Negative experience: Have came to this location twice this week with all door locked even went to the back to see what was going on there was no sign that said they were closed I even checked online and it said they were open till 7. I called this place afterwards 4 times no one picked up I called one more time and someone from Pensacola answered?? She then tells me they are open and have a appointment right now but does that mean they have no front desk receptionist..? I called again today and guess what. Someone from a Jacksonville office picks up I have no idea how to get a hold of anyone here and I need help driving.

Fantastic experience: I just took my Road test and passed!!.. I highly recommend this school.. I was super nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and I can’t tank them enough

Negative experience: SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! they will not schedule you for at least 6 months and then cancel what you do have scheduled. I ended up getting my license in the 9 months of waiting for my classes to start so when I asked for my money back they refused. Not only did they refuse but when I disputed it they created fake documents saying I had completed my appointments!

Negative experience: We paid this company for services in October 2022, everything was going well until the person who was giving lessons started to cancel appointments due to sickness. Rescheduling was nearly impossible and during the time that we were waiting to hear back from the company as they were in the process of restructuring their business. The last communication we received about the rescheduling was 22 November 2022. I sent follow up emails and tried to call but didn't get a response until February 2023. I contacted them on 17 January 2023 to inquire about our missing lessons and test and did not receive an email until a month later. On February 22nd 2023 we were contacted by the company to see about scheduling the lessons and driving test that were not fulfilled, and they stated that we would get first priority. After replying on the same day that we had availability anytime in the month of March with the exception of one week we received no response, I emailed them again on 5 March because we had not heard back and as of 21 March, we have still not received any communication. At this point they owe us two lessons and a driving exam. I asked for a refund if we could not be accommodated, but again no response. I hate giving bad reviews to businesses, because I understand things happen and situations can sometimes be difficult to manage. But I think it is absolutely ridiculous that we have been waiting so long for responses or recoupment of funds.

Fantastic experience: Mr.Tim was extremely nice and welcoming! I felt comfortable from the second I walked in couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!!

Negative experience: If you want to be totally frustrated....try and get a hold of these guys. My 17 years old daughter paid her own money to only get 2 lessons when she paid for 5. Nobody calls you back. When we did have lessons they were usually late or changed the date on us. Update: no lessons for my daughter and it’s been 3 months. Scam company. Fantastic experience: Super place to get some driving lessons and take your Florida Road Test!! We used their 1 hour lesson and road test with their car in December 2022. My daughter liked the driving instructor. She got a great vibe from the All Florida staff. Did the one hour of practice and then took her road test. They use the same make/model car for both, so easy way to learn and test. After she passed the test, it was off to the local County office to get the license. We found it way better than sitting in line at the local Florida driver's license office for the test and paperwork. Our County had only one test site at the time, and they sometimes backed up for 5 hours to take the test. This way, it was a scheduled appointment at a real provider. Highly recommend! And don't be afraid when you have to pay before anything gets done. They are reputable and above board! I even had to change the appointment time, and that was done with ease.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife had our 1 hr practice test + road test at their Niceville office. Adrienne our driving instructor was very nice. She was very patient and helped us passed the test with ease and confidence. Our examiner, Elba, was very professional. Even though my wife was very nervous driving, she made her feel comfortable all throughout the road test. We’re glad that we knew about this driving school. Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous about my daughter's driving test and since I am military, I was only going to be in the area for a few days. I really needed her to pass the test on her first try. I purchased the 2-hour practice test followed by the driving test. We had a friend do this before, and I read amazing reviews, so we tried it. My daughter had Syquoia, who was funny, interactive, and professional as an instructor. Her examiner was Elba, and she lived up to her reputation! Thanks for helping make sure my daughter can safely get on the road!

The ease of scheduling an appointment online and taking the drivers test for a 16 year old made an already sometimes stressful event so much easier to facilitate ! I highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Scheduled through the Niceville CC office 2 months prior to test with All FL Safety. Apparently, it was the wrong schedule and address. After being told by All FL Safety our appt didn't exist once we called cause no one showed up. Drove to the local office and waited for them to open on July 4th! Tim greeted us and explained not to worry about any of it. Was glitch in the system. Got us in immediately for the driving test! We cannot thank him enough for going above an beyond! If your child needs a driving test, I highly recommend Tim!

Fantastic experience: I did my road test today and my instructor is Ma’am Elba K. At first I’m so really really nervous and then Ma’am Elba talk to me and said that it’s ok to be nervous but just a few seconds because when you're nervous you can't think straight. After she said that to me I gained confidence and she talked nicely to me which is one of the reason that I love her. She said that I’m so good at my maneuver and she’s so proud me of me because I drove a manual car. If you want an instructor I highly recommend Ma’am Elba. She’s so kind, sweet, and help you do things that will gain you confidence. I highly recommend All Florida Safety Institute Niceville. If I would rate my experience it’s gonna ba 11/10.

Fantastic experience: I had four driving four hours driving and one hour road test with Aeriel. She is very professional, highky qualified Instructor and very nice person.. She explained everything in details in an accessible way. I have four more hours driving lessons with Trimane. He is also highly qualified Instructor, has very kind perdonality. With four hours insyrtuctions from Aeriel and another four hours from Trimane I was able to pass the road test. I learned a lot from both Instructors. They, Aeriel and Trimane are best Instructors.

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s driving exam at the DMV was canceled due to weather and they weren’t going to be able to reschedule her for another month. We walked in at All Florida Safety Institute and they were able to schedule her for the next day. They were very professional and kind. My daughter had a great experience and said she felt less stressed than she thinks she would have been at the DMV. The whole experience was quick and easy and she had her license the same day she took the test. Very pleased!
