Negative experience: Very rude!!! Odalis has the worse attitude, I arrive on exact time and she didnt open the door for the people outside not to even give an explanation. Horrible service. Would not recommend. Explain the policy to your customer and provide explanation to the people that pay for your very expensive service.

Negative experience: This place is a scam they failed my son didn’t get out of the parking spot. No instruction and then the employee failed him on a cone violation with out instructions.it appears this is a serious scam.Maybe is we were Latin we would be treated professionally. This location is a ripe off stay away

Negative experience: This company is nothing but a third party money scamming corporation. I drove from homestead to A street for 30 minutes. The rules and the skills were not read before I started the test, and I was failed for hitting a cone, which I did not know were placed there as part of the test. I was not even able to get out of the parking lot. There was no instruction and the cones were deliberately placed there inside of the lines were, normally I never would’ve even hitten a car. It is a scam that is employed to make it easier to get you out and take your money. Do not spend the money on them.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE this driving school. We had a terrible experience trying to work with this company, both with the instructor and the customer service. We signed up with this company because we needed weekend training for our 16 year old. Site says they work weekends, and the first instructor did for the first lesson. Then she decided she did not want to work weekends. The office said she does work weekends when we complained, and said we needed to work it out with the instructor. When we scheduled weekday lessons after months of back and forth, and then had to cancel due to school activities, we were forfeited on 2 out of 5 lessons. Now the office is hanging up on us when we call to try and resolve. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and please PASS THIS ON TO OTHER PARENTS! Reviews on their site show a 4.8 rating, but pay close attention... they are all from 2019. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!

Negative experience: This is the worse possible place to deal with. If they can't answer simple questions over the phone, I don't understand how they expect to provide actual customer service. I wish i could give 0 starts, I highly DO NOT recommend.

Negative experience: This site is a sham. I set aside today to take the entire course. I paid extra for the audio version but the audio doesn't work properly. No audio in the Brandon testimonial. And when I went to the written version, the testimonial played along side the narration so it was impossible to hear. Then the program erased all my programs. There was no response after asking for help. I have now requested a refund. I will look for another traffic school program.
