Fantastic experience: I recently took my driving test here and had an excellent experience. Sarah provided friendly, professional service throughout. Based on both my positive experience and my sister's previous visit, I highly recommend this location for driving tests. The entire staff was helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I chose Mile High Driver Training for my son after my niece had a good experience there. My son took the 30 hour online course and permit test, and now is taking the behind the wheel course.The instructors have been great! They are informative and friendly in real world driving environments. Chuck and his staff are knowledgeable about the requirements for young drivers, and helpful with scheduling. The office is located next to the DMV, which is a bonus!

Negative experience: Very disrespectful manager. She called me a liar and said I was making stuff up when I mentioned seeing a guardian and a student exit their vehicle with the instructor. All I asked was if I could ride with them and it turned into a big altercation after trying multiple times to end the conversation she kept going. She also mentioned that people only leave bad reviews when they fail. Welp I have my license already and am leaving a bad review so don’t let them fool you with that. They also informed me that having someone else in the vehicle besides the student and the instructor is cheating and a federal crime. Well the issue with this is on 11/26 around 11:00am-12:00pm I seen 3 people exit a loaner car that they let students use if they don’t have their own. The people that exited the vehicle was a student, guardian, and instructor but when I asked to be present during the test and explained this situation to them I was called a liar and was accused of making stuff up right off the bat. The lady got very loud even after I tried multiple times to de-escalate the situation. She forced me to wait outside (in the snow) and then about 10 minutes later came out and said if I’m cold to come back in as long as I’m not “making up stories” I respectfully refused and she rolled her eyes didn’t say anything after I thanked her and she walked back in. Don’t waste your money here the place and the manager specifically is very sketchy.

Negative experience: These people will fail you just so you can come back and pay another $70. They failed me because my anti lock breaks engaged barely while the roads were snowy! that's the only reason they had! The staff was rude and very unprofessional! Skip this place unless you want to pay double or triple. Went to a different place and passed with flying colors!

Fantastic experience: Took my son to this location for his drive test. This was my last son to get his driving test, using this company many times I could not say enough thank you enough. All the girls are very professional. I highly recommend this company to get your kids driving.

Negative experience: They seem to be interested in bringing back people for retest to earn more. Couple of red flags 1. They accept only cash and no receipt is given 2. Feedback is so inconsistent and if you rebut the feedback they all resort to “ we are only doing the job” Feedback like you stopped for pedestrian crossing. Which is a NOno and may cause accident . Totally absurd. Turn indicator went off before you finished the turn which means you have to again switch in the turn indicator. Common sense is that turn indicator gets off when I have turned fully and car realises I am straightening the car. Too slow going at 35 in a 45 is not a crime. I can understand if it less than 30 and hindering traffic. Worst experience. Never will recommend anyone to this center. Cheaters.

Positive experience: I had a really bad experience with an older man who I think I remember his name was Paul during my driving lessons in the summer of 2023. Firstly, he yelled at me for not practicing outside of the class hours, even though I was balancing 40 hours of school, 20 hours of sports, and up to 16 hours of work per week. He accused me of having no motivation to drive, despite the fact that I paid for two very expensive classes out of my own pocket. His anger and yelling before I began going 60 mph on the freeway (for the first time ever) gave me intense driving anxiety. At one point, he told me that “even though you seem like a mild-mannered person, you drive like you have suppressed anger.” Whatever I was doing to cause that passive-aggressive comment was completely unintentional, and he didn’t even bother to give any helpful feedback after making that remark. Then, he complained about his boss accepting Pakistani students and made racist comments, saying that Pakistani people lack motivation, will never improve their driving, and will always be dangerous drivers. It was shocking and uncomfortable to hear something like that… He also seemed to have some bias against older students saying that “they think they can drive and it’s a waste of time to teach them when they have no will to learn” I think this was also geared towards me because he did mention that I got my learners permit at 16 instead of 15 years old and I didn’t pay for their online car safety class?? In the end I ended up bursting in tears because of the passive aggressiveness and uncomfortable situation he presented towards me… Overall, Paul’s behavior really discouraged me from taking more lessons or ever returning to that driving school. I definitely wouldn’t recommend him as an instructor. And I chose to say this now because I’m looking currently for classes elsewhere… I just hope this feedback helps anyone looking into this place and helps Mile High make some reflections about their staff. Thank you :) PS. Front desk staff were very kind, polite, and informative to me and my mom

Negative experience: Terrible service and one of the instructors were cussing inside the building. Feels like the are racketeering, only accepting cash then failing people. It’s a scam Do not go here!

Negative experience: SCREW THIS PLACE, THEY JUST SCAM YOU OUT OF $80. If I could give them a negative -10 score, I would! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! First of all they do not ever answer their phone, which is very unprofessional. They only accepted “cash” which was a red flag, no paper trail for transactions. Waited almost an hour just to give a test, I’ve worked for the highway department my entire life and have no driving record, they still somehow failed me. Went to American driver academy the NEXT DAY and passed with flying colors. Please SAVE YOUE MONEY and DO NOT GO HERE! You’re better off going to American Driver Academy at the DMV! Hope this helps!

I’m a person who looks at reviews but don’t always take a review for what it is because I’m that person who will take that chance! I’m glad I went with Mike High Drivers Training (Northglenn) office!! They absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations!! If you’re questioning where to go, definitely go with them!!

Negative experience: Definitely don’t recommend this school. They don’t let you pass until three times. They just want earn more money from you even they say it’s not. And they only take cash so they can do something under table . I was failed by them two times and I passed it only one time after I changed to another driving school .

Negative experience: First I walked to coworkers speaking against management, so that is never a good sign. That means that they’re upset with the establishment. My tester gave the most weak explanation for failing me. In my many years, I’ve never failed my test nor have I received any tickets for traffic violations. It keeps money coming in for second and third tries. Unfortunately, you can’t prove that your driving skills are passible. It’s their judgment against yours. Better hope your tester is in a good mood.

Fantastic experience: When I first walked in, let me say very professional and right to the point. I Had a wonderful experience here at this location. I was nervous for my test I honestly thought I was going to fail. But what do you know I passed 1st try. I’m not sure who my instructors were but they were two lovely ladies very helpful And gave helpful notes towards my future of driving. I read the reviews and the bad ones kind of spooked me out. Now I realize F all those bad reviews. The ones that say they are scamming and trying to fail people. Are the ones who actually failed. And who couldn’t take feedback from the instructors. Anyways I appreciate you guys and will recommend this place. Lovely experience. Lovely hard working people.

Positive experience: I don't think I had the best experience at this driving test center. I ended up waiting for more than an hour without being informed about the wait time. Additionally, I wasn't given any instructions beforehand. Although the feedback from the instructor was fine and I left feeling confident in my driving skills, Im writing this review because I didn't connect with this place the way other customers seem to. The service might be suitable if you're in a rush but be aware there are many people waiting. Also, if you're looking for more structure, you might want to try another center. Of course, experiences are subjective.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, 6hr driving course is thorough and informative, online 40hrs is flexible and very affordable, and overall a great experience! Would highly recommend for teens ready to learn to drive!

It was about time for me to get the courage up to get my license and I went in super anxious however when I stepped in all the ladies there were so sweet and patient with me Kathia I believe her name was (my card refused to unlock lol) they made me feel so comfortable and the process only took me about an hour and half maybe it was so fast it felt like! Will be taking my siblings here the atmosphere was so welcoming:) my instructor was named Brianna and she made me feel so comfortable my anxiety shot right down!

Fantastic experience: I’m not going to lie after reading a lot of the reviews, I was nervous about what I was walking into and most seem to be people upset they didn’t pass because I just did my driver skills test and the wait time was very reasonable. I waited about an hour with 5 people ahead of me The lady working the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming upon my entry. They do a great job reminding folks it is cash only and walk-in only, there is also an ATM located in the building. My driver skill test went smoothly, my instructor was very kind to me. He cracked a few jokes, made a little conversation and made my experience so much better. 10/10 I recommend this location for your driving needs!

Fantastic experience: Amazing crew I went the first time ended up failing. They gave me all the tools that I needed to work on. So for the next week I worked on them. I went the second time I had chuck. He walked me through everything. And I did amazing on my second time and I passed. The ladies and chuck so amazing. I would recommend 10 out of 10.❤️ And I want to apologize because Don't remember the lady's names. But they were so sweet and amazing.

Negative experience: Failed a test here and passed a test the same day elsewhere. I believe they are running a scam and failing/exploiting vulnerable people in order to make additional money. Very untrustworthy and rude when I asked questions based on my "failed" results.

Fantastic experience: Quick and Easy. They only Accept Cash and have an ATM inside. Test and wat time is about 30min a person

Negative experience: I gave them the paper that my son had passed his online test. They had him take the test anyways. Cost $40. When he didn’t even need to take the test. This place is a scam. Only out to make money. No ethics here!! Why would I use there from driving school. Edit- Since I can't reply to your comment. I am 100% sure it was your place. I was charged $30 for the first one and $10 for the second one. Then I received the same email as before saying he had passed. Had your team told me he already passed and we should schedule with him once he gets his permit. I would have 100% be writing a different review. However they took the online paper showing he passed it and still let him retake the test twice forcing a $40 unnecessary charge. Not every parent is aware of how the new process works. They 100% took advantage of me.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst place with horrible service and mean people! The lady at the front desk asked for the documents and I showed her the electronic version, but she said it needed to be printed. For that I had to drive back home (because they can't be nice enough to print it for you after offering to pay for them to print it) and when I came back, they said that they won't accept this document and that they needed something else. Why not tell me that it won't work when looking at the electronic version? Whoever is in charge here must not like making money, and it’s absurd that you would treat customers this way. Such a shame of a business and their practices.

Fantastic experience: Took my drivers test with the owner, Chuck, and honestly can say only nice things! Although some reviews may say other wise he was such a kind instructor and described what was done correctly and what could’ve been a little better! I don’t know where people come up with the idea that he’s “scamming”, maybe because of bitterness of not passing, either way it was a great experience here!

Fantastic experience: I am 23 years old and have never tried getting my license due to extreme testing anxiety, today I took my chance and was sooo nervous. When I got there the young girl at the front desk was so sweet. They did have over an hour wait which wasn’t a big deal to me since I had today off. When it came to taking my test I was paired with Chuck who is the owner. Before the test started, he told me what I would be doing and made me feel a lot more calm. Before I knew it the test was over. He told me what I did that was good and what I needed to work on . He was so kind and patient. If you are like me and are super nervous, don’t be because this place is sooo good! So convenient and cheaper than others. Thank you so much Chuck for helping me conquer one of my biggest fears in my life.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous coming here after reading some reviews but this place is awesome. I was only waiting for maybe 10 minutes. My instructor was a very nice lady who gave awesome instruction. before I knew it my drive test was over. I passed! One thing to note they do only accept cash but they do have an atm.

Fantastic experience: first off, the owner was such a cool guy. Instructions were clear and the setting was relaxed/ low stress. . My only complaint would be the wait but I can't even say that was bad. They gave me a time frame and I came back when they said and was tested rather quickly.
