Fantastic experience: I needed to get my license quickly. They fit in lessons within a 2 and a half week period, with the skills test in the second half of that third week. The instructors are all very professional, calm, and knowledgeable. The business' cars are insured for student drivers. This was probably the best way I could have gone about getting my driver's license, and I am very thankful for their expertise and help.

Negative experience: This has been one of the worst places were people get treated bad specially that instructor you have she went and gave the driving test and the whole time kept making sarcastic comments about the situation if persons go here is for a reason you dont have to remind them how poorly or nervous they look! the first thing she said once we got in the car was I can smell who is gonna make it and whose not!!!!! What kind of service is this! When in the first appt for the class she made another lady walk out because of her attitude and made everyone feel STUPID!!!!!!! I would NEVER come back here if thats how you treat your clients because its not FREE!

Fantastic experience: I could not have asked for a better driving school experience! They have been nothing but kind and helpful throughout my driving license process. I went to them for an initial query about the driving license process for adults 25+, and they explained all the steps so clearly. I enrolled in the 9-hour private driving lessons as soon as I got my learners permit and got the best driving instructor! Throughout the lessons, she always guided me in the right direction and was incredibly patient. She made sure to correct any mistakes that I made on the road immediately, and also gave additional tips on becoming a responsible driver. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn how to be a safe, responsible driver and wants to get their license!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to look for a driving school in order to take my road test instead of the DPS and I am truly satisfied. The staff were friendly and informative on how to be prepared before your appointment along with any questions. Roxanna, the driving instructor was very helpful, kind, and patient! Negative experience: The worst driving school in Houston! Don’t even go there for free! If you pay them, get ready for the fact that you will have to adjust to their schedule, not them, the instructor, especially one Mexican woman, will behave with you as if she was doing you a favor. I bought the most expensive package, as a result, the lessons can be shorter by 15-20 minutes and no one will explain or warn you about it. They’ll promise to work out next time and won’t do it. Situation: call at 9 p.m.: - tomorrow your lesson starts at 1 p.m - Okay, no problem The next day’s call at 12:30 p.m - Your lesson starts in 15 minutes to work out the time of the previous lesson - I can’t, I’m still at work - well, since you refuse, the time disappears, no one will return it to you Terrible, incompetent employees do not adhere to the curriculum stated in the program at all! NEVER GO TO THIS NASTY SCHOOL!

Fantastic experience: I took private driving lessons here because my parents were to scared to practice with me. I like how lax the environment in. I was very comfortable driving with the instructor. She was calm and patient when teaching. She gives thorough advice on how to drive better when I made mistakes. After just 2 lessons, I felt more confident when driving. If you have specific concerns or want to get better in a specific area, communicate it with the instructor, they’re very flexible with the lessons. Overall a good experience. I personally would recommend.

The secretary was incredibly friendly and helped to ensure that I had all the documents that were needed in order to complete my DPS road test before my appointment time. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a smile by the secretary and was given clear instructions regarding the forms that needed to be completed. She was courteous, answered all my questions and kept my paperwork organized. My driving examiner Roxana was phenomenal! She was friendly and provided clear communication in what she would be testing. She was very calming and all the anxiety that I had previously went away as I completed my road test. Fantastic experience: Moved here in US 3yrs ago with zero driving experience in my entire 29yrs of existence..On my 1st yr here, my husband tried to teach me how to drive but we ended up fighting so we both decided to find a driving school instead, but pandemic hit so i had to postponed it..Early this year, i finally found the courage to do it so we searched online and found cypresscreekdriving.. We were impress by their very good rating and reviews so we called them, inquired for the details & went to their office to book my schedules, filled up all the forms and paid.. Everything went smoothly from my 1st day till my road test.. Changing schedules is a piece of cake too, just call them anytime.. Ms.Roxanne was my instructor and i really admired her patience and dedication in making sure that i get it right.. She also administered my road test and i passed it(YAY!)

Negative experience: It’s good if you need same day road test but too expensive and only get one try driving . Charging more than other places that give more tries and charge less. The instructor was nice seem to be marking just random things.

I took six classes with instructor Roxanna who was very calm, patient and provided constructive feedback. The lessons were comprehensive, they included parallel parking, vertical parking as well as driving on the freeway. Overall, they were very professional and helped me pass the test on my first attempt.

Fantastic experience: I called first thing in the morning and they fit me into their schedule. When I went everything went smoothly and the front desk lady Denise was super nice and comforting, she was so sweet!! And Mrs. Roxana the instructor gave very good input and really clear instructions, she was super sweet!! And let me know I had nothing to worry about, which was really comforting. Negative experience: Wow the lack of professionalism is astounding. After witnessing one of the "instructors" cross three lanes with no indicator(blinker) as well as over solid painted lines *while on a cell phone*, and politely recommending driving the billboard for the company correctly the driver proceeded to verbally berate me at a red light. By the way, I AM quite a good driver! (Considering I actually follow the rules of the road by using my blinker, choosing my lane ahead of time to be in it, being courteous of other drivers) Your condescending tone was a great way to start the day though!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this place more highly. The staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and considerate (shoutout to Mariana who made it as easy as possible to schedule and keep track of all of my driving classes). They did a lot to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (hand sanitizer in the car, throughout the office, mask requirement, COVID-19 forms) and each service is offered in Spanish and English. I went here for a lecture class, for my written test, driving classes, and my driving test. They made each of those easy, straightforward, and engaging. Ms. Roxana is an INCREDIBLE driving instructor and my experience with her was the highlight of my patronage. She is very intelligent and experienced; she gives direct, specific, and straightforward instructions and critiques yet she is also patient, personable, and friendly.

Positive experience: I'm planning to do my road test with you but I need to know if you can change my address too, because I got my Lerner license from Dallas in 2015 then I traveled outside the US and now I'm moving back to Houston so I need to know should I go to the dmv or dps first to change the address then do the road test? or you can do that. Fantastic experience: I scheduled same day appointment with phone call in morning. Lady answering the phone is very helpful and quickly set up appointment for the driving test. Once I reached the place, it's few minutes paper work and everything is organized to make you relax and be ready for test. My test instructor "Roxana" is wonderful and she patiently guided me through the test process and gave me tips after the test. I highly recommend this school for anyone taking road test or learning. I feel bad for my testing inspector because she has to sit in my car which has no air conditioning and it's super hot day in Houston...but she was very understanding .. thanks again for great experience. Fantastic experience: My experience at the Willowbrook branch of the Cypress Creek Driving Academy was excellent. I made an appointment for my road test on the phone. This was followed by an email confirming the appointment and informing me of the documents required. The fee was reasonable. I used the school’s car for the road test and it was in good condition. Ms. Roxana, the tester, was very professional. I was then given a white sealed envelope for presentation to the Department of Public Safety for issuanc ok of my driver’s license. I would definitely recommend this driving school

Fantastic experience: Customer Service outstanding. Different options available which is great. My daughter enjoyed her instructor. Instructor was great at correcting driving and constructive criticism. Knew how to talk to her. Recommend this place highly.

Fantastic experience: I am a student driver here, it is a great program for new drivers, very helpful. The instructors are very informative and kind, they will help you fix mistakes and give you advice for future reference!
