Negative experience: We went there to reinstate the TLC plate. The office is located in the same floor as the Uber office. We were walk-in and did not have any prior appointment. They gave us the information which was available on the website. Not much helpful I must admit.

Negative experience: It was painful to see how disrespectfully one of front desk lady was treating everyone . Definitely hell of attitude problem. Mostly people in class were just to keep their license valid like me & few full time drivers.. God knows how they claim # 1 if can’t keep an eye how front desk treating their main source of income (Drivers).
