Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with 10 and 2. The online platform is easy to navigate, the instructors were great, and my teen had a great experience.

Negative experience: I'd assume that this driving school is mostly highschool aged people, but the drive times and accommodations for these young people DO NOT reflect that. This school is NOT helpful for scheduling conflicts, they'd rather fail their students than make accommodations.....possibly a tactic to make more money....

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service. They don’t give you the drive times until the day before class starts, and if they don’t work, you cannot get any money refunded. They are making my daughter miss a half day of school for a drive, or she will fail the entire session. No Friday or Saturday drives offered that week, and they will do nothing to help me accommodate one drive, which has to be within a certain set of dates. My older daughter used the school, and had no issues. Clearly the school only cares about money, and has no interest in the best interest of the students.

Positive experience: I had a good experience at 10 and 2, I felt I learned what I needed to know while driving and what I learned wasn’t confusing in any way. I felt that the classes sometimes were long, but you do learn a lot in the 2 hours per day that you are there. My teacher Ms. Morson was cool and made the class more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I had took one lesson from carol, she is absolutely great coach, so calm & supportive, then she referred Brad for my driving test, I was so nervous on my test day, but he is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to keep me calm ,I have been lucky to have him as my examiner and thankful to him for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. Fantastic experience: I came a little worried about this class being slightly boring, or not knowing anyone. I was very soon proved wrong and ended up loving it. Coach Allan made it very fun and always kept the class alive. He made many jokes while keeping us on task and being a really great teacher.

Fantastic experience: This is our second time using 10and2. We will be using them for all our 6 kids! I have a daughter that has come medical needs and they were very helpful in accommodating her needs and making her feel comfortable!! Rachael was very helpful in helping me understand all the documents I needed to gather and once the segment 1 class has ended. She even followed up to see how it went. She helped ease my mind and explained expertly what the next steps after segment one were and the rest of the graduated permits, because I was so confused. This company really cares and wants each student to be successful as they take this exciting next step in their lives. The driving instructors are top notch!

Fantastic experience: My son has had an amazing experience ! His instructor was patient and complimentary. When he was sick and we needed to reschedule, Rachael in the office was super helpful and really compassionate. She made it easy for us to understand what we needed to do.
Fantastic experience: I am a new adult driver who did not take any driving segments or adult driving classes prior to practicing with my permit and taking my road test at 10 and 2. I had my road test with Don. I was able to pass the parking portion with only a couple of errors during the parallel park, but the driving portion had me very stressed out and I honestly made a lot of mistakes I wouldn't normally make. Don seemed to understand how nervous I was, and was very gentle throughout my test, giving me intructions well in advance. Afterwards, he was very thorough in critiquing my performance so that I knew exactly what I needed to work on moving forward. To my surprise, he still passed me despite my performance being heavily impaired by test anxiety. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for the positive experience I received and for being passed on my first attempt, especially since my hopes going into it weren't the highest for the latter. Even if I ended up failing, I still would have retaken it again through 10 and 2 because of my satisfactory first experience. Thank you, Don!

Negative experience: This school is a BIG SCAM. THEY SCAM YOU OFF your money. I live in FLORIDA and there is a school with same name. I sincerely wanted to pay the school with same name in Florida and I paid by mistake. They would not refund me the money, even though no classes have been scheduled and no calls were made to Michigan school. I have requested several times, that it was a confusion because of same name, but they would still charge me. After a lot of requesting, they charged 35 dollars as penalty and refunded the rest. Why penalty, I did not even avail the services. Non refundable charge is when you sign up and dont attend. This was not the case. This was a simple confusion due to same name.

Fantastic experience: Ms.Morson was an amazing teacher and driving instructor! In class, she taught everything that was needed and made it fun and engaging. While driving, she always made sure to point out my mistakes that I made and made sure that i know the rules of the road. Overall, it was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Ms Morison was a great instructor! She explains things clearly and engages her class with questions and material. We have sufficient breaks and the pacing of the class is nice as well. When driving with her, she explained things very well, when, where and why we do maneuvers. She helped correct mistakes and was supportive.

Fantastic experience: I passed the driving test and I am very happy with the instructor and the conduct of the driving test. Joe Hayes is a sociable and nice person who knows his business. Everything was at the highest level, starting from communication and the whole driving test. I recommend 10 And 2 Driving to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience from start to finish, we did Segment one, two and took our test through 10 and 2. Mr. House is the absolute BEST!!! He is calm, patient, experienced and informative. My daughter absolutely loved her experience with him. I highly highly recommend this program and him. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place, very professional. I took two lessons from Rozsa, Brandie, no doubt she was an amazing instructor. She taught me each and everything very patiently and clear all my confusion and points about road test, she helped me to overcome my fear on freeway and explained me alot all the reference points for parking very patiently again and again, loud shout out for her. I highly recommend her.

Brad is an excellent teacher- he understands how nervous these kids are and puts them at ease. Made it way less stressful.
Positive experience: Mr House was really cool he made these lesson that are really boring more fun. Hes really funny but also a good teacher which I know because I got an 100 on the test. Also it was good meeting people from different schools.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience through and through with this school! Signing up for adult lessons, I was very nervous as I had barely an experience on the road. Rob was wonderful and made me feel at ease, and truly taught me a lot each session we had together. I feel much more relaxed and have gotten the courage to schedule my driving exam. This school was easy to work with, and worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: We have been very happy with the program at 10 and 2. Our son has a learning disability and they were very accommodating and understanding to his challenges. He was always greeted with kindness at classes and drives. I asked countless question and Rachael was always there to help guide me through the process. She returned emails and calls quickly as we navigated the program. This process can be overwhelming, but we were supported every step of the way.

They really have a passion for teaching teens how to drive and in a safe and comfortable environment! My daughter's instructor Miss Carol was amazing and made her feel so comfortable driving. Fantastic experience: I bought driving lessons for my daughter Hannah. I feel this was the best school for her . They worked with me on our time slots because of our busy work and college schedules . We had Victor as her instructor. He was professional and he has her ready for test. She learned so much.
Negative experience: Good driving opportunities however they should lead by example. We're in the middle of an ice storm. All schools are closed. Authorities are telling people to stay home They cancelled all driving lessons. However they decided there was no need to cancel the classroom sessions. The classes end at 9:15 in the evening. Road conditions are deteriorating but it's still okay to have classes. A driving school should teach not only skills but good decision making. Clearly they failed on the second item. Totally unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: i had brad for my drivers test, before this test i had orginally took the test in waterford and i have never been more stressed and anxious, the instructions were unclear and the instructor was so unprofessional and impatient. when i come to novi it was the best decision i have ever made. i felt so comfortable, i was a little anxious in the beginning, but brad helped me push through and guided me, he had hope in me and gave me complete reassurance, he was soo nice and calm the whole time. he truly cares about his students and wants them to succeed. i dreaded coming to this test, but once i got comfortable i was confident i would really recommend taking your test with brad, but i have heard amazing things about everyone there. i couldn't thank brad enough.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved 10&2 drivers Ed! I loved the way that on the first range drives, despite the instructors being firm, and very careful, they were also kind, considerate, calming, and extremely helpful! When I first drove at the range, I struggled with turning and I needed help desperately. That all changed, after I had Mr. House. He walked me through step by step, what I needed to do in order to be the best, and safest, driver that I could possibly be. I loved the way that he taught me carefully and patiently, how to use my mirrors as reference points, and was able to significantly improve my driving. I would recommend this program to any driver, by the time you’re done, parents rest assure, your student will be driving safer than you could imagine!
