Negative experience: ****Update to respond to company’s response. Days, I did reach out to you with the number you provided at least three times to try to schedule you as the instructor. No luck whatsoever with a response back from you. I ended up paying for another driving course through Drivers Test Now Driving School at McKinney location. The instructor was AMAZING and my son learned so much even in his first lesson. Signed up for five- two hour lessons for my son. The first three two hour lessons were all cut short by at least 30-45 minutes. During one of my son’s driving time, the instructor, Dipu gave someone else a driving test while my son just sat in the office. During the short three lessons he did receive, my son literally drove down Eldorado and back with no driving instruction at all, like if you need to turn left, there is a dedicated turn lane. Dipu was on his phone the majority of my son’s road!! We did not finish the remaining time there, since it was such a waste of time. I am baffled as to how they have good reviews! I wasted $600 for them to gain money and the consumer to get absolutely nothing in return. Horrible service!

Negative experience: **WARNING** I walked into this driving school a few weeks ago asking about getting the DPS driving test for my daughter. I told them we were doing the parent taught driving program and she is getting her 30 hours of driving with me. The employee here tried to tell me my daughter needs 7 hours of instruction from them and 7 hours of driving observation from them to get the form DE-964 to get her license. This is almost a $500 package. My daughter downloaded this DE-964 form from ACEABLE when she finished her online course. I don't know if this employee didn't know, or if this company is trying to scam people, but if you are doing the parent taught drivers ED for your kid, do NOT let this place scam you. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Hadi was my driving instructor at the school. He was patient, knew his stuff, and gave clear instructions every time we had a lesson. Thanks to him, because of his lessons now I can feel confident on road. Also, the person who took my road test Mr. Tushar was very encouraging and also informed me about my areas of improvement.

Negative experience: Many uneducated people work here. They do not understand how to treat customers. They only care about money. I recommend you never go there.

Fantastic experience: Since i don't have a car but knew basic driving, I wanted to gain car knowledge and practice different types of parking(parallel,angle, reverse), I was nervous about how strict my instructor would be, but Hadi made it so easy. He picked me up from home and dropped me back after lesson. He is an awesome instructor, he explained it so well, he even used pen and paper to explain me different scenarios which we incur while driving. I would 100% recommend him

Negative experience: This company is a complete disappointment. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and unreliable. They didn't show up for my daughter's driving lesson even though I confirmed the reservation. Don't waste your time and money with them.

Trust his methods, he can seem intimidating or harsh and is very tough on you but he taught me to drive confidently on any local road in just an hour when I had literally 0 experience driving. No joke I had never driven before and I had on class with him and I was able to drive on a highway, turn and drive like someone with way more experience.

Fantastic experience: PSA: NO I AM NOT A BOT BUT READ VERY CAREFULLY: If you like tough teachers and challengers go here they will ensure that you get everything you need my name is kymone and my teacher name is Mohammed hosssin (I highly recommend), and I went here passed in 2 days I took 2 classes and then the test this place is amazing most reviews are sensitive and can’t handle honesty my teach Mohammed did get frustrated with me for making the same mistakes he corrected me on 3+ times but he was patient this place is amazing would recommend for new drivers just remember they will be honest with you i had no issues was in and out every time and teacher ensure your ready you have options to pay I used card there is a fee the best advice I can give new drivers is leave your emotions at home and realize this is their personal vehicle also not they have 6+ students a day not they are not always on time my teacher showed up late 1x never again just be patient

Fantastic experience: I had no prior exp for driving but Mr. Kaisar was very patience to teach me lessons. He not only helped me in learning, he built my confidence so well on the first day itself. Even I had one class with Adib and he was also very calm and explained every step very clearly. How many times I asked for a retry they were always patiently tought everything every single time. I recommend them with a 10/10 score for any new learner. Thanks for all the tricks and tips that made my life easier. He had a lot patience with me since it was my first time driving on the road and I haven’t had any experience previously. Actually I felt confident since the first class and it was something that I liked a lot. I strongly recommend to take classes with Kaisar even if you are a beginner.

Fantastic experience: Kaisar - he is the man. I know it is a tough job giving a car to a new learner and sitting beside him on the road. It is easy to loose ones temper when the learner makes mistakes while driving. I have never seen any driving tutor who is so patient like Mr. Kaisar. Being in this job and having this level of patience, encouraging his students are much appreciated. I enjoyed his classes. He speaks to us a lot which other tutors miss. In other driving schools, I have noticed, they simply give the car to us and they do the control of break mostly and control steering as well most of the times, directly make us drive on main road first.. but this guy is completely different. He speaks, makes us feel driving, goes step by step. He is genuine to his job. Road test made me a bit nervous but I could pass it finally.
