Negative experience: My experience with the driving school was mediocre, if I didnt call them I would have not known that they had already set up a road test appointment, and its hard to miss a call if you have an iphone. I must say I had a great instructor name Misael, I learned alot from him. However, this is my second time failing an exam but this time I know it wasn't my fault, I took 6 class with the same instructor and his assigned car, I was used to the vehicle, day of the test, I notice none goes with their instructor, they assigned someone to take you who I have never seen instruct, and I say it because I work really near by, nothing against him because he was polite. At the test site, I used a faulty vehicle that on the dashboard saids Past Service, steering wheel problems, emission warning yet its okay with examiner, and I say it becausecI thought a car has to be in working order but it okay for it to indicate "Past Service" sign on the dashboard and then when taken to Orangeburg, from start of me turning on the car, it makes a funny sound but yet I was able to move forward, almost past my test but once again the car has a jumpy acceleration that caused to touch curb which mean automatic fail plus I hit brake hard because didnt expect that scrape sound. Mind you I was used to a no problem with the car I practice in Washington Heights where theres always heavy traffic, never had that problem. Just feel you scamming your community by giving drivers on their road test, crappy cars that has jumpy accelerations, and their secret helpful parking trick, which I wont expose but honestly if you see the licence plate in the middle of passenger side as you reverse it will help. I learn alot from my instructer but its a trend from driving schools to give you a crappy road test car vs what you are practicing in. I rather ask someone I know to help me get familiar with their vehicle and accompany me to use it for road test. UPDATE They have no interest in admit that their cars are in need in service although in Spanish, they tell me its my fault for failing not their cars. But okay I see their cars like casinos some people get lucky maybe I am the problem. Still would rather ask a friend to lend me their car. Once again they got great teachers but shitty cars for road test. Warning you will not use the same car you practice.

Fantastic experience: This is the best driving school I have ever been to. The while staff treats you like one of their own. They take care of you and genuinely want you to succeed. Special shout out to Mcguyver, Johnathan and Alexa. No complaints whatsoever. If you need to get your license, this is the place to go!

Negative experience: One of the receptionists I get in contact with is extremely unprofessional it's unbelievable, Ive checked in and asked multiple times about the availability of road test appointments via phone (since I failed first test, its also been 8 months and counting of me waiting for another reschedule so far), first they ask for my name then they'd either put me on hold for a while and hang up on me, forward me to voicemail when i try to call back, or lie and say they'd call me back and never do.. so then im left with no answers. The only positive by far with the school is how quick i learned how to drive, not sure about anything else or the 5 star reviews.

Fantastic experience: I'm really happy with my experience at Easy To Learn Driving School. I had never driven in my life before and after one month I now have my driver's licence in my pocket! I took a 10 lessons package, plus a pair of extra lessons with McGuyver, the driving school owner, who gave me a lot of extra tips for the driving test. I took class with Mcgvir which is excellent driver and help me a lot with my road test and make me feel confident in myself. I’m a nervous person which I though I was going to have a hard time to be able to drive because I took class before with another school on the Bronx when I didn’t know how to drive. I was unexperienced driver at that time. The instructor from that Bronx school expected me to learn everything in one day which makes me give up and never trust a school again. which was not correct, I decided to take driving class practice with family member but, is not the same because you don’t drive everyday. Until I felt I was ready to go back with a good school again. two person I knew recommend me Easy to learn driving school. I recommended easy to learn driving school because they take their time with you to learn how the streets work and prepare you for the road test. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend coming to this school. This was one of best experience I had especially coming from a different Driving School. I love how they’re very attentive to what you need and will actually tell you what you’re struggling on and make you redo it until you get it right. They’re very good with your schedule. If you have to do classes early in the morning, they will make accommodations for you. Their staff is not only friendly but they’re also highly skilled. McGuyver specifically was the best with teaching me more and he recorded video where I went over them it help me a lot in seeing what I did wrong . He was very patient with me and went over what i did wrong and will make you like go over it until you get it right.

The morning of my test Mcguyver (owner) took the extra time to review all the maneuvers and turns just so that I was 100% confident going into the actual road test. We reviewed traffic flow, safety protocols, the tricky stops, turns and parking - he made it all so easy because of his clear explanations and practical demonstrations. He has a wealth of experience and teaches you all the necessary tips that you will hold on to beyond the driving test to help navigate real world driving scenarios. Fantastic experience: This driving school was everything I could have asked for and so much more. As an international student who has never driven before, I decided it was time to get my license. A friend recommended Easy To Learn so I swung by and booked the 10class package. I am so incredibly glad I went to this school and no other. They booked me for a first class the next day, and were very flexible and adapting to my schedule and timing. McGuyver specifically has been an absolute hero throughout this process, as he teaches with patience, and while he is very precise making sure you are ready for the test, he remains patient calm and supportive. He points out mistakes without making you feel like you are not doing well, which was helpful in not getting frustrated but really enjoying the process of learning a news skill! I learned very quick thanks to him, and I took the test this morning, around 2-3 weeks after my first class and passed first time with only one minor deduction. Could not have done it without this driving school. I can without any doubt recommend this establishment!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing driving school. Staff is well organized and facilitated the process. I had failed my exam twice before and this time decided to come to this driving school. I had instructors Macgyver and Junior , who were both amazing and made sure I had the rules of the road down packed and most importantly stay at ease while driving. Fantastic experience: I used a different driving school before this one and they set me up to fail. This school however was much different. I took a long time deciding upon a new school and easy to learn had competitive pricing and excellent reviews. The office staff was very helpful and prompt when dealing with all the different parts that needed dealing with. Junior was my instructor and he was very chill in demeanour but also very on top of it which made the experience that much more relaxed, which helped me overall. (Especially when passing my road test) Everyone there was professional and wanted to help. I highly recommended this place to anyone who needs this service.

Fantastic experience: Finding a good driving is one of the most difficult things to find. Luckily, my cousin introduced me to Easy to Learn Driving School. The process from start to finish was helpful. The office assistants are extremely kind and guide you along the way. I had the pleasure of having Jefrey as my instructor. When I first started my lessons I knew nothing of driving and was extremely fearful. Jeffrey was very patient with me and helped me with my fear of being behind the wheel. If there was something that I was doing wrong he made sure that was able to perfect it, so I can be a safe good driver. Driving in NYC is crazy and Jefrey helped with that confidence. With his instructions and guidance, I passed my road test on the first try! If you’re looking for a good location to learn how to drive I would recommend Easy to Learn everytime.

I came all the way from up state a 5-6 hrs drive and honestly it was worth it. I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this driving school deserves all positive feed backs. Yacary, Kelvira, and Mary provide the utmost professional customer service. They are consistently pleasant, welcoming, supportive, accommodating, and patient. Negative experience: I booked a lesson but the driver didn’t show up everytime even after I waited for 20 minutes. So I booked a second lesson but the driver didn’t show up again. So I booked a third time and the driver still didn’t show up. I asked for a refund but their office won’t do it.

Fantastic experience: I never pictured myself becoming a driver. In fact, whenever people would ask me why I did not have my license, I would answer, "Pretty girls don't drive, we get driven." At some point, I had to drop the act and learn the trade. Easy to Learn Driving School made all the difference. My instructors were responsible as well as easy-going, and management was on top of all of the scheduling/fees--I even received a special discount on an individualized, lesson package. I failed my test twice, which I take full accountability for. However, no matter how frustrated I was about these failures, Easy to Learn did not give up on me. My instructor, Yendy, believed in me even when I did not. After my third attempt, I received the call saying that I had passed. Not only do I have my license, but I also have a skill that I will use for the rest of my life. Thank you, Easy to Learn Driving School!

Fantastic experience: I was in a time crunch and needed to get a car for a road test. I called two days before and from start to finish, everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating despite my last minute needs. I was even able to come in the day before to make my payment. I arrived at the time I was told to meet my instructor. I hadn't taken lessons because I've had a license and driven in the past, however the instructor and I talked on the way to the test and he gave me last minute tips I needed to remember. And I passed because of those tips; had we not talked I wouldn't have remembered! If you are in need of lessons, I'm positive that you will not only have a great experience learning from wonderful instructors, but you will pass your test and have the confidence to drive. I can't thank them enough and will tell anyone I know to go to them for any of their driving school needs.

Fantastic experience: The young lady at the reception was always very nice and ready to reply to all answers and doubts we had! My boyfriend and I already knew how to drive and we took only three lessons with instructor Junior just to understand how to drive automatic car! He was very patient and keeps continuously to tell you the exact rules to pass the exam! You need just to listen to him! You will enjoy the lessons with him thanks to easy to drive we took license in exactly one month! P.S.: Junior and Jeffrey, we are very happy to never see you again

Fantastic experience: If you’re a new learner and need instructors with extra patience then this is the school for you! They were so professional and so sweet! Especially Mr.McGuyvet and Mr.Rafael. I had literally never been behind the wheel before and after just 3 classes I was pretty much ready for my road test ( which I passed on my first try!) they taught me the ins and outs and everything I needed to know and their tips/ tricks for parallel parking were such a blessing. If you’re in the area and need classes, this is where you need to go.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in NY. I took classes at Golden Key Driving School located at 4847 Broadway and failed the road test. I wanted to go to an alternative school to perfect my driving. A close friend recommended me Easy to Learn Driving School and let me tell you the classes felt like if it was my family trying to help me out. Mcguyver was like my uncle teaching me, he really wanted me to pass. He was extremely descriptive and detailed. He taught me how to drive not to only pass the test. Yesterday, I took the road test and passed. Thank you!

Negative experience: These people are very unprofessional this is the third time I scheduled my lesson for them to pick me up however once the driver called and said that he was stuck behind the ambulance the second time they called and said that I wasn’t scheduled for pick up third time they have me waiting downstairs and around 10 mins after my schedule pickup the office casing staying the same reason for the second attempt that the driver didn’t know that I was supposed to be picked up I also have previous bad experience with them when I first started lesson with this company. Very unprofessional business don’t do business with them.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding school and instructors! I never drove before and they got me ready for my driving exam in less than 2 months (I took one lesson a week). The instructor I mainly worked with (Junior) was thorough, informative and patient. I also praise the fact that they got my group to our road exam early and first on line! I will recommend ANYONE to use Easy To Learn Driving School to get you prepared for your driving exam and beyond!

Positive experience: Without any prior experience or knowledge of driving, I was able to pass the road test and get my license in only two weeks, with only about four hours of practice outside of lessons! Since I had to go back to college after winter break, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to learn in time, but after explaining my situation to them, they were quick to recommend me a package (I did the ten lessons) and help me through it! The lessons were pleasant and helpful, plus they made it super convenient by picking me up at my house for each lesson! I would recommend instructors Junior, Joel, and Jonathon who were all really friendly and insightful, and made you feel very safe on the road. Overall, my experience at this school was great and I'm so thankful to them for helping me get my license in such a short amount of time.

Negative experience: If I can give it 0 I would. Omg this has been the worst experience ever. I took my movie on September 15, they told me it would take 2-6 weeks to schedule my test. I bought the 5 class package, I wanted to wait to take classes before the test. I would call weekly and I never got a date for my road test… it has been 8 weeks and they still have not given me a date. They are rude and it’s not worth it. Horrible service I’m very disappointed I paid all my money in full & I wish I can get it back… WORST DRIVING SCHOOL. no communication whatsoever, I been telling them my permit will expire soon & this means nothing to them, so sick of calling the boss and not answering back.

Negative experience: I bought a 5 driving lessons bundle and took the 5 hours class. They told me they would let me know within a 6 weeks period when my road test was going to be. I asked them to schedule my driving lessons when they know my road test date because usually when they schedule a road test, it doesn’t happen until a month. After almost 5 weeks waiting for them to schedule my road test, I received a call from the supervisor asking me if I can take my road test in a week and I told him I wasn’t ready, if it could be scheduled for 2 or 3 weeks after. Two days after the supervisor called me, the front desk lady called me telling me my test is on Saturday and I haven’t even take a driving lesson. They scheduled me even earlier than the supervisor had said. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE!!! To make the long story short. Most, if not, all of their instructors are rude. They will and I guarantee that your steering wheel will be moved by their hand. They don’t allow you to drive for yourself when you’re with them. On the day of my drivers test, they drove me all the way to 75 Dutch Hill Road, Orangeburg, NJ. I was also given a car that was extremely sensitive breaks and very jumpy acceleration. On the day of the test, before taking off to it, I was pressured into taking another lesson right before with the “new” car. Needless to say, YOU SCAMMED ME AND THAT IS DIRTY! I work too hard to just have my money swept out of my pockets.

Fantastic experience: Prior to beginning my classes with Easy to Drive Learning School I wanted to learn how to drive but was so nervous that when I started I could barely go more than 5 MPH! However, the experienced teachers at Easy to Drive Learning School were patient, kind and let me learn at my own pace. Most importantly they instilled both a confidence in me and my ability to drive so that I was able to pass my drivers test the very first time! Again, I could not thank Easy to Drive Learning School and all the teachers that helped me along the way. For anyone looking to learn how to drive, I could not recommend Easy to Drive Learning School enough!

Fantastic experience: THE BEST! Thank to them I passed my road test in the first try. I took ten classes with them (I had different instructors all the time, but that is because I needed to get my license before my university started in September). They were very supportive and accommodating. So look no further if you want to join a driving school because easy to learn driving school actually makes driving fun and a very meaningful learning experience. They want you to be good and safe drivers. The people are very sweet and genuinely want you to pass the test! I had my road test scheduled yesterday and the director said that "I want you to pass" and they scheduled two classes for me (because I had two more classes left in the package I had taken) in the morning before my road test. The slot gets filled fast (because it is the best in the area)- so hurry up if you want to schedule appointments :) Thank you easy to learn driving school!

Fantastic experience: Took 8 classes over the course of two months and passed my road test on the first try! Victor was a great instructor! Employees were always communicative and clear throughout the entire licensing process. I recommend getting packages for your classes as they will include everything you need like the 5 hour class and the ability to use the schools car for your exam (it’s definitely more comfortable using the car you’ve been taking classes with). They also schedule the road test for you, so you can avoid the hassle!

Positive experience: I’ve been going here for a while and each time I’ve gone, the staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment the same day if need be! I have a very busy work schedule and bounced around with different instructors. Hands down Jefery & Marleny were the BEST!

Fantastic experience: Had I come here, I would have been driving years ago. I took my road test twice years ago and failed on account of my parking. Came here and on 5/24 I passed my road test! if you have issues with parking and are discouraged this is a good school. Overall I found everyone to be pleasant especially the Owner and his Daughter. My instructor was Victor he was very good with me as well. Gear, wheel, signal, mirror, blind spot.

Negative experience: Everything with them at the beginning was perfect. Igino was my driving instructor and he was great. Always professional and made sure I was comfortable. However the girls that work there are very unprofessional and rude. Just got off the phone with the office and one of the girls just hung up the phone on me. They messed up my road test date and didnt even bother to apologize for it. I had taken a day off from work and now I have to ask for another one because they messed up. For a whole week they knew they had messed up my date and did not even bother to call and inform me. I was the one that had to call the office to figure out what was going on. Towards the ending my classes everything was just horrible. For my last class they switched my instructor and he was so rude and pushy. Everything that I was doing was wrong for me, and even wanted me to take extra classes because he said he decides who takes the road test and doesn't. Overall I am very sad this was my experience because the reviews on this site are great but wow they sure fooled me. IF THIS REVIEW WAS FOR IGINO ONLY THEN HE GETS 5 STARS! this establishment though is getting 2 and that me being nice.
