Fantastic experience: I take the driving test at Kirkland 911 driving school, the examinor Mina is very kind. My English is not very good, the amazing things is the examinor here use Google translator to help me understand the driving rules. I am very grateful of that.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the whole office, employees of this driving school are highly professional and kind. The scheduling and payments went smoothly. My warm up plus test drive were especially encouraging. My instructor, Austin Cruz was patient and knowledgeable. I am always stressing before any exam and he created focused environment where the stress went away as we drove. He also debriefed after the drive. Although I have been driving for a few years outside of USA, I believe I learned new lessons.

Fantastic experience: October 7th, I had a freeway drive with instructor Austin, it was great he helped me get over my fear of driving on the freeway and driving in general. after that 1-hour session I feel way more confident on the road. He taught me tips on how to remember what to do on the road, he connected driving to my personal hobbies. and helped me get way better at driving. would recommend freeway drive with him, he's very patient and calm.

Negative experience: Took a driving test on June 29th and was failed due to a dangerous action which was two wheels on the curb while PLP, but I know that only one wheel touched and I readjusted, but the tester claimed that I had two wheels which qualifies as dangerous scenario apparently and then again creates the scenario “your word against my word,” in which I knew that only one wheel touched, not two fyi, but again the tester decides and has an incentive to make money off of me. My parents later called again, but received very poor customer service where the person at the front desk raised their voice immensely. Overall a very bad experience and just wait and do your tests at the dmv.

Fantastic experience: I took a driving test at this location back in October 2021, and was blown away by their professionalism and thoroughness of the whole process. I don't remember the name of my instructor, but she was very calm and sweet. I was quite nervous for the test as I had failed once before, but she made me feel comfortable and confident. Finally, I passed the test with flying colors and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this location for anybody looking for a driving school.

Fantastic experience: I just took my knowledge test on Jan 10, 2024 and driving test & 30 minute warm-up here at 911 Driving School of Kirkland on Jan 16, 2024. My instructor, Mina was very helpful. She was so kind and insightful throughout the whole process. During the 30 minutes warm-up, she made sure I feel relaxed and reminded me the drive test expectations and what are being tested.
