Negative experience: I had 3 classes They have some horrible trainer My trainer was hot headed and kept braking and was rude. Everyday they send a different instructor. The first 2 instructor were good but the third one was terrible. I don’t remember his name but Like he kept braking and was kind of seemed frustrated and mean. This was my third day driving, I don’t know if the driver expected me to be super trained. But he was terrible, he needs to learn to be calm. I hope enterprise driving school teach the trainer how to teach.

Fantastic experience: Had a good training session with Luis he’s amazing. Highly recommend! Initially got assigned a women instructor but she’s not so patient and was giving strict but not necessary driving instructions so I had to call to change my instructor and that’s how I got to train with Luis. He’s easy to work with and teach the essence of driving test in a very easy and intuitive way which was a tremendous help for the parallel parking and k turn, he’s also pointing out the bad habits when I was driving (I had driving license in another country before) if you’re looking for a school to pass the road test then he’s the one he would teach you how to perfectly meet MVC’s requirement especially with the parallel parking.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Melissa. She patiently prepared me for the road test explaining all details. I’m first time driver with zero experience but Melissa was able to prepare me for the test. I took 2 classes with her (one hour and forty minutes each) and 40 minute practice before my road test. I would recommend this school and personally Melissa to anyone! Today I passed my test very easy and with no issues.

I genuinely believe I could not have done it without him; I learned a lot throughout my driving lessons, and his regular words of encouragement boosted my confidence and made me feel very safe and comfortable. As a new driver, I strongly recommend Mr. German Guzman to anyone beginning their journey. Fantastic experience: Luis was an amazing instructor. I only had a short training session right before my road test and it was exactly what I needed. He taught what I need to remember in a very easy and intuitive way which was a tremendous help for the parallel parking and three point turn. I highly recommend the short training session to those who already know how to drive but have to take the road test again. It really helped me to fix my driving habits (signaling and turning the steering with one hand) before the test and also how to perfectly meet MVC’s requirement especially with the parallel parking.

Negative experience: I believe the more important for their It is money payment and cash preference *** I never got any agreement document and the first thing they asked it is cash in front. They are No worry about good service or experience to the customer.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t pay a penny for treating me like that. Can’t judge instructors by the knowledge, because I did not even get the chance to drive. However customer service is horrible. From the office to the instructor. Felt like they just want to get money out of you, not give a good service.

Fantastic experience: All that I can say is that Brandee is the best instructor! Her kindness, patience, knowledge and execution of how and what needs to be taught to her student drivers helped my son pass with flying colors. She was such a joy to work with and she really knows how to communicate and connect with her students. She was recommended to me from the parent of a former student of hers and now I can see why. Brandee is everything that you would want from an instructor showing your child how to drive. I put my trust in her 100% and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great driving instructor! Negative experience: Called to ask about pricing at 5:45 and they kept me on hold which is fine. Called back after fifteen minutes and they answered but then hung up the phone on me. A simple “give us a call back tomorrow” would’ve been nice. That was rude

Positive experience: I paid $200 for rental car for the road test and 40 mins practice driving before the test. We met at the dmv in Lodi. I didn’t take any driving classes. That includes $50 deposit. The instructor was very knowledgeable and it helped me a lot to pass the test. The only thing that bothered me was my appointment time for the test was 2 pm and they told me to come at 11:20 and they didn’t let me know until 18 hrs before the test. Not even less than 24 hrs. So it was hard for me to make plan for that day. And of course 11:20 too early for the test so I ended up taking the road test at 12:10. I didn’t have to come that early I don’t understand why they made me come so early.

Fantastic experience: With the help of the instructors I was able to pass my test I failed my first time due to parking, but they really helped me learn how to properly parallel park. And I was able to do it the first try on my test! They are very patient and kind. Especially Brandee she’s the sweetest and reassuring . She really helped calm my nerves.
