Fantastic experience: It was a great experience and I was kinda nervous it felt like a cop sitting with me while I was at it but I liked the experience and until then I thought I knew the road sign rules but it turned out I was ignorant and thanks to Siddiquee, who was my instructor. I’ll recommend Alo Driving school always.

Fantastic experience: The Mr. Siddiquee who’s give me the road test but he recommended me to take the Mock test and I prefer you guys to take the mock test or practice test before the road test because the road test isn’t about drive is about the rules of drive.

Fantastic experience: Siddiquee i took both the road test and the mock test while nervous at first siddiquee helped me out by pointing out what i was doing good and bad. The mock test helped me pass as i was more aware of where i needed to fix overall 10/10 experience he was great.

Negative experience: Do NOT come here. I went in to take my road test and was planning on only taking the road test without the pretest which costs more. However, before going I read some reviews on here saying that they’re money minded and will only pass you if you take the pretest along with the road test. Upon arrival I was strictly almost only given the option to do the pretest and was afraid that if I didn’t pay for it, I’d get failed for the smallest reason. I passed my test but, I would recommend going somewhere else as this place isn’t so professional and the instructors are hard to understand. Mid test, the instructor reached over to turn on my AC without asking or telling me at all. After passing the test, he practically forced me to go on google and give him a good review that included his name which I shortly deleted after so that people won’t go there.

So, to get the required drive test for the Texas driver's license, Alo driving school is simple the best. No fuss, no muss and super efficient. Even being experienced, ask for the pretest. It's absolutely essential. The instructor will guide you, giving the instructions, tips and knowledge you will need for the test.

Negative experience: Paid my money for my daughter we never got on the schedule asked for more details since was offered didn't add up to what was on the website and was treated rudely for asking for more details both were out of line I told her I won't hold up anymore of her time still waiting on my refund should just dispute with my bank instead.

The two gentlemen who were my instructors were so kind and understanding. This a professional establishment. For those who say all they care about is money, not true at all. They even wanted me to wait to try again tomorrow because they wanted me to save money, but I was stubborn and wanted to pay full price to get to try again haha. They are awesome!!!!!! Highly Recommend!

Fantastic experience: ALO Driving School is really worth it! However, it may seem pricey but actually helps a lot and got me my license fast. The people are straightforward and makes it easy to understand. My instructor Joy was really nice and thoughtful. He makes sure you don’t get overwhelmed on a mistake you have done. It was a really simple process and really easy to pass the exam! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to get your license right away!

Negative experience: I do NOT recommend Alo Driving School to anyone. Their main goal is to make money. My teenage son has been driving for over a year and practiced a lot on local roads and highways. I took him to this place for his road test when he turned 16. These guys repeatedly forced me to pay for their training class + road test, and I told them that I want only the road test, as I am very confident of my son's driving and the practice he did. They reluctantly took him for the road test and showed some silly reasons to fail him (so that we will take their lessons / test again with them). They charged $80 for teen driving test and also $5 TAX on top of that. 2 days later my son went to actual DMV / DPS location, and he did GREAT in the test and got an instant temporary license. I wasted my time and money by going to this Alo Driving School. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this driving school. They are so many alternatives who are more genuine. Thank you. 1) Very rude people 2) Do not speak English 3) Scream at people 4) Money minded 5) Their cars are smelly, No AC, badly maintained 6) Not the best location with construction and road work happening

Negative experience: He was very rude and trying to over charge for road test. He charging for a mock and and actual road test in one. He will fail you for any little thing.

Negative experience: Bad experience from the start. The instructors have a very poor English knowledge and they are very money minded. The guy who takes test puts paan in his mouth that it becomes hard to understand what he says. From the beginning he will start screaming his instructions, and while taking the test, the instructor is supposed to be calm and repeat the instructions if not heard properly the first time. If you try to ask a legit question, he will start screaming. During a stop, the meter is supposed to come to a complete halt or Zero but he will fail you saying that we have to count to 4 Mississippis. Nowhere in law does it say that we have to count to 4 Mississippis. Also, I want to mention that they will help you pass the test especially if you're a bengali. I would give 4 stars rating for the 6 hour class, because that particular instructor was good and his English was much better than the one who takes road test. But everything else is just a big red flag. If there's a negative comment, they will say that you were not our student whatsoever but in reality they don't keep their documents properly filed. They discard those. Full scam.

I remember going there with my 30 driving hours and Parent Taught completion certificate, however, I didn't complete the Impact Driving Course videos which is a necessity. Fortunately, I was still able to take the driving test the same day. The staff helped me complete the videos in no time on their own computer. I would definitely recommend Alo Driving School as a location to get your license!

Fantastic experience: It is really good place to learn the driving and give your test. Even if you are beginner and you are afraid that you will pass the test or not, they will teach you every necessary things with patient.

Negative experience: Just don’t go! Waste of time and money! Firstly if you pay for the test without demo, they will fail you and ask you to retake because they want money. And secondly if you pay the full price with their car and everything it’s $140 and that is the worst maintained car, the AC won’t turn on until 10 mins after you start the ignition and the instructor keeps yelling at you, he doesn’t understand what we tell and all he does is yell. I’ve been driving since 8 years and he tells me I don’t know how to drive. They will just lower your confidence even if you’re driving perfectly and the instructor literally yells and he doesn’t even know the difference between a signal and an indicator but confidently yells. Unworthy.

Negative experience: Firstly, don’t go there. They offer the highest rate package they have. Secondly, the car they provide is scrap, the AC turns on 10 mins after you turn the engine on. And thirdly, he keeps shouting ‘brother, brother right signal’ when he’s supposed to say right indicator. He thinks he knows how to drive but he doesn’t. Unworthy and a waste of time. DPS should ban them. Never suggesting it to anyone. And one last thing, I passed the test but they try to fail you if you take a lesser cost package.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to their driving school thinking the best because of the good reviews but I promise you it’s not what they say. If the instructors are having a bad day they will get physical and be extremely harsh in the car. I know many people who have literally gone home crying because of how they were treated. Also if you are using their cars to practice anything, especially the teen driving classes, be prepared to be in a musty smelling car for two hours with no AC, brakes that barely work and low tire pressure all the time. The cars don’t have any maintenance and they have stopped multiple times in the middle of the road while you’re driving. And to top it all off; they don’t explain to you any of the paperwork they give you. I went to my DPS appointment (appointment I had waited 4 months to go to) only to get sent back because they couldn’t do their job correctly. In sum, don’t go to this place, you can find BETTER and CHEAPER places that will not waste your time.

Fantastic experience: In and out in 45 minutes with a passed road test. 135$ for a practice test and a final road test using their rental car. The lady assisting me was accommodating, helpful and an experienced trainer. Highly recommended to those looking for a good driving school or to appear for a road test while avoiding the hassle of going to a DPS center for the same.
