Blessed Driving School

Negative experience: Drove my partner to Blessed Driving School for weekly lessons for 2 months this fall. Staff consistently showed up late, many times without an explanation for why this was. Some vehicles lacked upkeep, which stalled driving time so that these things could be taken care of. Instructors gave unclear instructions during driving lessons that weren’t helpful to the learning experience. Overall, a nerve-wracking and frustrating experience for us both. Safety was questionable and scary in terms of working with a first-time driver.

Negative experience: Friendly people! However, never started any of my classes on time. Had to wait in the front room for 10-20 minutes almost every time without anyone coming out to say hi or explain why we are late. Which also made our driving classes 30-40 minutes long on average. Didn't get much feedback on my driving during the lesson or after. Only crucial driving mistakes got referred. Passed my driving test with them after the 7th class with 92%.

Negative experience: Purchased the 5-class package, but it’s been extremely difficult to book classes because they rarely answer the phone. On top of that, they sent a text message just an hour and half before my scheduled class to say it’s been postponed, with no courtesy call or further explanation. This lack of communication and respect for my time is disappointing, especially considering the amount I paid for this service. I expected a much higher level of professionalism.

Negative experience: I called in the date before asking if they do walk-ins, and then went there the next day but then waited for 2 hours for the receptionist, but supposedly they came in and then took a customer out for there driving test, “so the receptionist is also the tester”, so I had to sit and wait till they tested like 3 different people that came before me and we were 8 people in this tight room with max 8 seats so all the seats were taken just waiting there for hours. And mind you I only came in for a written knowledge test!
