Fantastic experience: PASSED ROAD TEST ON THE FIRST TRY! went to the 167th street location and my instructor was Marilenny! If I can give her 100 stars I would. She was AMAZING! If you're thinking about going here to get some lessons I highly highly HIGHLY recommend her. She has a beautiful spirit and you will be comfortable. She doesn't yell etc she's an amazing teacher and will help you be a successful confident driver. She will answer any driving questions that you have and she takes her time to teach you. AGAIN MARILENNY I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH! THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING THIS WHOLE ENTIRE TIME!

Fantastic experience: The staff was very professional in assisting me with whatever doubts I had. My instructor, Jose Luis, helped me tremendously as I only needed a few classes to pass the exam. He taught me the correct way to easily do parallel parking and 3-point turns so it was easy to do during the exam. I would recommend this location and my instructor if anyone plans on passing their exam on their first attempt!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Cross way driving school for providing me my one lesson and a chaperone to the road test. I was able to pass my road test on August 22, thank you to instructor Isiah and Instructor Aquiles for giving me words of encouragement to pass my test, I will always be thankful for you guys.

Negative experience: Horrible experience waste of money, it looks like they worry about their money more then the clients and the people that pays. And They Said You get 2 Road Test Appointments if you fail the first one the second one would be Free. But the Third one if Yu fail, would be additional $10 every time and then try to switch the prices say 2 things like now it’s 30 for every road test and to book a car it’s 130$ and they told me they provide for that everything once it’s done now everything chances and then they barely show how to drive. They let you do Yu. I paid for the Second Package Deal which was about $400 and went to this Company But Neva Again I Highly Dont Recommend ! It’s Also One That’s Better, Down The Block And It’s Cheaper They Actually Try Yo Teach You Something.

Fantastic experience: Ask for Silverao. Patient, experienced, confident. Took 8 lessons with Noel who would be late and on the phone and failed road test twice. Took one lesson with Silverao and passed.

Ventura met me here at last minute notice. Fantastic experience: Came here for my CDL class A classes. My experience was phenomenal. Those in the office were all very sweet, welcoming and helpful individuals. I met someone new each time I went in to register for another class, but each one provided excellent service. No complaints. As for my instructor, Silverio, he was very very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing and how to properly teach. If there’s also a specific area you want more practice on during your time, he’ll allow you to. He’s been an instructor for many years and is, I believe the one that’s been with the school for the longest. Definitely recommend this school, location and instructor. Fantastic experience: My husband Arturo can't stop raving about the quality of service he received from start to finish with Cross Way. He went to the school to get lessons to obtain his CDL class A license and not only did he succeed in getting it, the cost was reasonable and the customer service that we both received from the ladies in 2 of their locations was outstanding. If you are looking to get your CDL license ask for Junior! My husband was impressed with his patience, professionalism and knowledge. He really made all the difference in the world and the hours are very flexible.

If you buy the first package they drive you to where you need to go and back. Five hour class and road test. Best place to go if you want your license fast.

Fantastic experience: Overall it was a pleasant experience however, I was not confident enough till the actual day of the test when I got Mr. Ramon to take me and a host of others to the road test. in the car as he drove he spoke to us all the way through and explained all his driving actions all the way to the center. It gave me a better understanding and made me more cautious I passed easily because of that. ..thank you mr. Ramon!!!!

Fantastic experience: I paid for the road test and 5hr pre licensing on my own timing, but used this driving schools’ car for my road test for about $85 and I passed. I had a bad prior experience with a driving school nearby however this specific driving school is so professional they keep up with you and they can answer any questions you have for them over the phone before you decide to go. The receptionist was friendly and communicative, I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took the 10 class package and it helped a lot. When the test came I passed on my first. I had an amazing and funny instructor, look for Irsia Jimenez when you come to the school, best instructor there. She will teach you at your pace and will never rush you or pressure sure you so you always feel comfortable in the car. The lady at the front desk, Mimi, is also very nice and very patient with everybody. She is also willing to give you advice or answer some of the questions you have in depth on license problems, scheduling issues, or the schools packages themselves.

So patient yet informative and fun - I didn’t know ANYTHING on my first lesson and I learned so much I passed my road test on the first try! Highly recommend him! Also great school! The receptionist @ Megashia is very accommodating, she always did her best to help me out. I recommend this school, but make sure to ask for @ Silverio or Junior. Fantastic experience: Irsia was my driving instructor ‍... she was amazing... a day before my road test, I had one more lesson to take and there was no instructor... and this was 7pm... but Irsia took time of her extremely busy schedule, took me on the road and became a pretend DMV instructor for the road actual road test and that truly helped me a lot to pass my road test... She’s very serious yet comfortable to be around... she point out all your weaknesses and your strength whiles encouraging to push more towards your goal.... I RECOMMEND IRSIA to allllllll.....

I wasn’t sure About that but at the end it lead to three great instructors, each of whom I learned deal from. In my first try, I passed my test.s So, I recommend them all who are interested in learning with the best.

Fantastic experience: My overall service was great. Christopher Mancero is an exceptional driving instructor though I was discontent with him arriving 35 minutes late to one of my classes so I felt like I received 4 lessons when I paid for 5. However he apologized and informed me it was clerical issue. They also rectified the tardiness with an extra class at no cost. They’re very considerate to their students and will definitely appreciate your business. I recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: GO HERE!!! Great customer service and instructors, but beyond that their trucks are well maintained and serviced. Passed my CDL B test first try with ease. I made the CDL road test myself on the DMV website and literally after calling over 30 schools, Crossway went out of their way to accommodate me with lessons and an instructor in time to comfortably pass the test. If this school is a little far for you, I would make the trip. Because time is money and they do not waste your time. Silverio was my instructor. Great direction, to the point, and honest. I’m glad I made the switch from Ferrari ( the worst driving school in NYC. Don’t be fooled. Look them up at BBB.)

Negative experience: I went here just to see how my driving as outside of my original driving school and the instructor said everything was great. However, the information provided by one of the instructors could've made me fail my exam. As my main driving school taught me another way which I thought was the correct way but since he said (the instructor from your school here) the examiners didn't want drivers to do a specific thing anymore and if I didn't ask this from my examiner on my road test before beginning I would've gotten an automatic fail ! Please update your instructor because he shouldn't be giving out bad information like that. He was also very rude and overly aggressive which I happened to ignore the entire 45 minutes but as professionals if you don't have any patiences then don't teach its that simple. I'm sure you guys are aware of who I'm referring to and it should be a conversation had with him. Thats why some students fail from this school and I'm grateful I don't go here. And he was brought from this location I was told

Negative experience: First day my instructor didn't show up I waited two hours no one showed up, then I was assigned a young boy 19 who was in his phone the whole time he was teaching me to drive. Two days before my test they assigned me another instructor which was excellent but on my last day gave me the young kid again the same day I had the road test failed along with 2 other girls from crossway driving school. Totally disappointed

Fantastic experience: Yay!!!! I just passed the road test today. This school is very good and the instructors are very helpful especially Kennay. Special shout out to my girl Ana (Front Desk)
