Fantastic experience: I know I'm a rather unique case when it comes to a driving school. Being 38 at the time of writing this, and having had my permit before (and thus some practice from years ago) where my life got in the way of me getting my license before. However I feel every point of view is good for something like this, so I will share my experience. I took the weekend morning class that ended December 7th, via the adult enhanced package that included the knowledge and road tests as part of my enrollment. My instructor for the classes kept to the topic of each lesson very well and kept class interesting even for someone of my age. The people behind the desk were all helpful and really nice to me. My in-car instructor I had for my drives was really helpful and easy to be around each time I was behind the wheel, talking about my skills, where I need improvement, and just chatting when there was a gap in the instruction during some of the transport. I had no comfort issues with her or anyone else. Lastly, the instructor who conducted my road test was fair, kept things clear and gave me very helpful words to improve my driving after I passed the road test. I took the course because I knew I would learn and hold onto the knowledge for the knowledge test much better in a class room setting than with just the book, and I was proven right. Thanks to this course I scored 40/40 on the written, and a 96 on the road test. It was worth the 8 weekends being up in the morning to attend class, pass my tests, and then as of yesterday (when this was written) having gotten my temporary driver's license while my real card comes in the mail. I would recommend 911 Driving School of Everett to anyone who feels that a class would be the best bet. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking for a professional and helpful experience. Everyone I encountered had a friendly and welcoming demeanor, which made the learning environment very pleasant. My instructor, Mr. Jeremy, was particularly exceptional. He provided me with clear and concise instructions prior to the road test, ensuring that I felt confident and prepared.

Negative experience: I should have read the reviews before I enrolled my kid at this location. Beside one instructor male with glasses,I think is name is Joe..which he's amazing and he's been nothing but kind to us,the rest of the team is awful. The big Mexican lady at the front desk couldn't be more rude and dimissive. Not to mention the russian or whatever she is that while checking the test score snatched the paper from my kid and kept giving bad stares. These people really need some training in costumer service,being kind doesn't hurt anyone.. I don't recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: DO NOT GET THE RUSSIAN/UKRAINE LADY! Shes unprofessional and 9/10 she's not going to pass you. It was my first time taking the test and she gave me a 76. I retested the next day with a different instructor and passed with a 88. My new instructor was amazing! I forgot her name but she was the absolute best! She made me feel really comfortable. So the 5 stars is for her.

Negative experience: The reason why you can't find me on your records is because I want to keep my identity hidden. The Russian grader is extremely rude and I believe my review would help others be aware and cautious coming into this department, 100% of my encounters with her has been nothing but negative and the company has done nothing to improve or discipline her. I advise you get your license/permit else where. Update: a line should be drawn between professionalism and flat out rudeness, if I could describe my experience (in which I have) 99.9% would agree and did agree there was no professionalism in my prior experiences but just disrespect. You can be professional without being disrespectful and rude...which this company has a difficult time accomplishing. Each employee is the face of your business and instead of getting offended, making excuses to cope why not hold members accountable. I'm aware I don't have a position of authority but reviews were made for criticism and improvement of a company

Fantastic experience: I glad to get my driver lisence with you guys,Horn Barret is good instructor, he follows the law.He kind and sympathetic instructor.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. I came in needing help and the two front desk ladies didn’t even bother to greet me. I overheard them insulting customers in English while the customer spoke Spanish. This is why teenagers should not be left in charge. Other than that great place and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here, Joe is a great guy and a great teacher, he helped me get through all of my drives and tests, I feel I’m safe driver, and a confident one thanks to 911 driving school.

Fantastic experience: As an older driver, getting my license, (I let it expire long ago) I met kind and accommodating people at this school. I can only imagine how well they do with our young new drivers, being informative and answering any questions needed. Thank you for being a company that understands how daunting this new skill can feel at any age and setting fears at ease.

Negative experience: Worst customer service, the girl who answered didn’t wanted to give me her name and at the end because as a customer I have the right to know to whom I’m speaking, I think that she just gave me a random name but anyway I want to let people know that it’s ridiculous this agency charges $40 every time and the policy is rescheduled 24 hours prior but what happens if you have an emergency, your car doesn’t work and you can’t figure out what is wrong and you call and they want to charge again, this is stealing peoples money they get advantage of the necessity to get their license and I think DOL or WA State Department should regulate this policy and help their residents!

Fantastic experience: My experience with this school was the best personally I did not know how to drive at all but my instructor Barett did a great job with me, he was very helpful and calm and fully supported me.There were times I felt like I can not and I want to give up he saw that and he did not let me to.I can now drive behind the wheels because of him I can say God bless him I recommend the school for every one

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience today.I had booked an adult lesson and while I reached there the instructor said I needed an id with photo since my permit didn't have any photo which was not mentioned anywhere while I booked this.I live 8 mins away from this school and the instructor said if I could come back with my photo id within 20 mins he would take the lesson.I reached there 2 mins late as there was a lot of traffic.He said he will not do the lesson as I was 2 mins late and asked me rechedule by paying another 40$.People should be more kind and empathetic.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly front desk girls, always smiling and very welcoming! The girl with black hair is very kind, the blonde one was very helpful, and the brunette was very considerate. Recommend this place for everyone!

Negative experience: Is it possible they don't let people pass the written test!?!? Didn't take any classes there, can that be a reason? Or it's just money? By the way, they charged me all 3 tests although the third one is allegedly for free. Failed 3 times in a row, I am 100% sure I didn't have more than a 3-4 wrong answers every time I failed. Why they do this? How can I prove I didn't fail?? I'm going tomorrow again, will be studying all night although I went through all materials 5 times. Will give an update.

Fantastic experience: I took a warm up plus road test with them. My examiner was Oksana and she was amazing. The entire process was very smooth and I was done in an hour.

The school made sure everything was great. The instructors were so nice and patient with me, which made me feel really good when I was driving. They were always there to help and support me, which made a big difference. Plus, the school was really flexible with scheduling, so it was easy for me to fit lessons into my busy life. The cars were always in good shape and the prices were fair, which was awesome. They got me ready for the road test really well, and the people at the office were super clear with all the paperwork stuff, which made it all less stressful. Negative experience: The workers at the counter are friendly. The worker who controls the testing and performs the evaluation (blonde hair, elderly) is selective about the candidates. I've been taking tests for 3 days in a row, three times a day, and she never once let me look at my test after grading, and she allowed that to the person who reviewed the test before me. The same older woman is unkind and unprofessional: she comments on the candidates' personal references, uses the phone and talks freely with whomever she wants, thus deconcentrating the candidates. Basically, she thought she was a professor or a judge whose decision could not be reviewed or questioned. The recommendation to my friends will be negative. And yes, the first two times on the day you take the test, you pay for the test to the school, and the third is free. You do the tests on paper.

Fantastic experience: I spent a lot of money and wasted valuable time to get a good driving skill training before I found this school. This school was a Godsent and was great value for money. During the training Jeremy was very professional but friendly, made me feel calm under pressure and was able to guide me through the steps in a very calm manner. I was able to see immediate results and just passed the exam after only 2 days of training with him. I would highly recommend 911 driving.

Fantastic experience: This was an outstanding driving school for my teenager. With most places only doing zoom-only classes last year, we chose to have him enrolled here (despite a commute) because they had in-person classes. Their instructors were knowledgeable, professional and engaging. Based on our positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this school if you’re anxious about taking your drive test. I’m 32 and have been putting off getting my license for years due to anxiety. Had a lesson with Barrett a few weeks ago to see what I needed to know to pass. He was calm and nonjudgemental, taught me how to parallel park flawlessly, and told me I was ready. Today I took the test with him. He said he remembered me, looked me in the eyes and told me to take a deep breath, that I was going to do great. Thanks to his previous lesson and words of encouragement today, I passed! Thank you so, so much Barrett!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. I did the driving exam the same day that I went and I didn't have an appointment, that was amazing. I totally recommend it, especially with Frank! He is very kind and patient and that made me feel confident when I did my test. I passed it! He speaks a little Spanish and that helped me a lot!

Fantastic experience: Today, I obtained my driver's license, achieving a perfect score of 100%. Kurt's calm and amiable demeanor put me at ease during the warm-up session, instilling confidence in me. As a result, I approached the driving test without any anxiety. Interestingly, this was my second attempt with 911. My initial experience (with a different driving class) led to failure due to the instructor's rudeness from the start, which heightened my nervousness and lowered my confidence. Fantastic experience: I learnt how to drive within 5-6, 1 hour drives with my instructor Jeremy! He was very nice and calm when teaching. Positive experience: 911 Driving was very comprehensive. Sometimes that could make it hard to listen but Barret was really good at making it fun while still making us take it seriously. Though, trigger warnings for on-screen deaths presented in the slides would be appreciated. I'm glad there's a new female driving instructor though, I (Acer) have past memories that make me nervous around men, which isn't very helpful when driving. Having a female driving teacher removes that fear and allows me to focus.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a zero star for their phone service. It was a horrible experience. I called them and asked them available time for the driving skill test but she was not able to tell me available time until I register and pay online and she wanted me to call back for appointment. I did everything and called them back and try to make an appointment and she said they don’t have availability this week but they had next week and I took that time. But she called me back in a minute, said that time was just taken. So I was like ok then I want to refund but they would charge me another $25 for a refund. OMG what… Now I have to pay $25 from my money that I already paid for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend to use this school services- they were professional and attentive in any level!!!! They answered quickly, make an appointment for me at the same week, and answer all of my questions. I came to do the driver test, I was very nervous (I usually nervous in any kind of tests), and the instructor- Barrett was so nice, and so kind, that he gave me the feeling he really want me to succeed, and so I did:) above all Barrett was very professional, he prepared me for all the steps of the test, and I felt very ready. And the test can be done on your car! Which is a great advantage!!

Fantastic experience: This place was a 10/10 they were very helpful in getting me to pass and always motivated and helped me become a better driver. Every single driving instructor was super polite and welcoming and the instructor I had which was Frank and he was truly a great gentleman and super wise and truly an expert on the road teaching me very well and helping me improve my driving skills super quick. Not only were they all great people but super kind to military personnel which they honor greatly. Such a great experience at this school!!

Fantastic experience: So glad I chose this place!! People and instructors there are extremely friendly and happy to help! Amazing service. Instructor Berret Horn (who teaches lessons) is very engaging and well humored. He makes sure that the classes are never boring and tells many great stories that are sure to make you laugh out loud. Berret’s teaching style is efficient and never gets old! That guy definitely needs a pay raise. He is the best instructor by far! Very funny and interesting, classes are always fun and a joy to attend! The people there in general are very calm and patient with you. I learned a lot of things I didn’t know before from the classes I attended. Definitely worth the money! In person drives are easy and not stressful at all. The instructors teach in a inclusive and engaging way. Employees are very friendly! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be greeted by friendly instructors who help you learn and improve. Experience here was great! I only have good things to say about these people! I am so glad I chose this place!

Fantastic experience: Beyond great and fun school, especially good teachers and education classes. They make it easy to learn and remember the curriculum due to having a unique style of teaching . I especially loved that they make it known clear as to what is needed to study and what is exactly on the test . Barrett you always made class online fun and made me actually look forward to it. I will always recommend 911 Driving School over any other school .

Negative experience: I paid a lot of money of driving lessons and the lady was very mean. I didn’t learn anything, had my confidence shattered and made me nervous while driving. I don’t recommend that lady instructor, you’ll just waste your time. Some instructors are good but that lady made me feel so anxious and lost my focus while driving. Now I prefer getting an exam from a different place. Edit: you are right, it was my wife who attend but using my account to write the review.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever After scheduling a driven test for the next day i was told that i was not going to be able to reschedule because it was not within 24 hours, after explaining that it was impossible for me to have called ahead of time because i scheduled it for the next day. So they stole 35 dollars from me but taunted me saying i could still use the car. When scheduling the interview i was not told of any refund policy that stated they can just keep my money. After looking at their competitors i noticed that there was a much cheaper option just up the road so i called them back and requested a refund on my rescheduled appointment. To which they told me they would be charging me another 25 for a refund. IN WHAT WORLD SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK! The manager was rude and all of the workers are numb droneing types. In total they stole from me 56 dollars And drained my bank account to 0 2 times

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. Great staff. There’s lots of badges posted on the wall from every state that is very enticing to look. Highly recommended to take your written exams and driving skills test and of course the lessons ( though we only did the written and driving test ). More power and God bless 911 driving school. Fantastic experience: I had my driving test today and I passed. Frank was my instructor and he was really helpful ,patient and knowledgeable I had the the 30 min warm up and during those time I learned a lot and I felt comfortable during the test.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best driving school! Frank was the most patient and knowledgeable instructor, he had a way to communicate with my father-in-law who isn’t fluent in English. Nevertheless, the road test was passed with flying colors, we’re so grateful! P.S. the school itself looks like a museum with all the law enforcement patches from across the states and pictures on the walls. Frank told us he’s been collecting them for 40 years now! Also, we came with the preschooler and were happy to find activity books for the little ones

Fantastic experience: I had my driving road test last Tuesday and I PASSED. A big thank you to Jeremy, my instructor. He was amazing.He was really helpful and kind during the warm up session I had before the test and during the test as well. We went through all the test requirements and he taught me every single thing that I need to make sure before the driving test. That made my test much easier and made me comfortable during the test. He has such a wonderful character and a calming vibe. You can tell he is a kind soul. Before the exam he gave very thorough instructions. Fantastic experience: Amazing workers!! I barely had any driving experience so I bought 10 lessons. My driving instructors Kurt & Frank were both extremely kind and patient with me. I was able to pass the road test my first try! I definitely recommend this school!

Fantastic experience: I took my skill test here and passed in the first attempt. Frank was my examiner. He is such an amazing guy! Before taking the test he patiently explained to me what all to expect during the test. As luck would have it, a runaway dog came in front of my car during the test. Fortunately, I slammed the brakes on time, averting disaster. I was quite tensed throughout the rest of the drive. But Frank gave clear instructions, helping me calm my nerves, and ultimately clear the test. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Went here for my knowledge test and my driving test on 09/28/21. I was very nervous for my drive test, the instructor talked to me before hand and asked if I had any questions and explained what to expect. He made me feel very comfortable, even though my nerves were high as most people taking the test. I recommend this place for any of your driving needs.

Fantastic experience: Even though my driver’s Ed course was taught via zoom , I learned a ton and I was able to ask questions and get clarification for anything I didn’t understand. Both of the instructors on zoom, Jess and Mr.Frank , were very nice and engaging. They taught us what we needed to know with a little bit of insight from their own personal experiences. When I came to the school for my drives, the people at the front desk were super nice and the place just has good energy. My primary driving instructor , Jeremey Haines, taught me a lot in very little time. I felt comfortable, he provided constructive criticism that helped me practice my driving skills outside of my one on one drives. He was very clear with directions and he made it easy to understand what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. It just feels like he genuinely cares about what he’s teaching you and your progress! So, if you can, book him! All in all, this school and it’s instructors are great! I definitely feel like I have the knowledge I need to practice safe, defensive driving. Great school :)

Fantastic experience: I gave driving test in this center, my instructor (Frank) is very knowledgeable, after my exam he explained me my mistakes and where he deducted. I passed the test. He gave me one photo copy of my results. I like the transparency and had a great experience. Definitely recommend this driving school and instructor (Frank).

Fantastic experience: Jeremy is the most patient instructor! I did all my drives with him. He makes you laugh and makes the drive a lot less stressful! I highly recommend this driving school and Jeremey as a driving instructor!!

Positive experience: This place was pretty good! They were fast about getting your information and getting you into testing. Just note, it is hard to get a driving test on the same day as the written. But there's no appointment necessary for the written, only for the driving. The people that worked there were pretty nice and fast as well. Overall good experience.

Fantastic experience: Frank is the most amazing teacher. He is 100% clear with his expectations and gives the best tips for safe driving. Definitely recommend the warm-up session with the skills test! Wonderful experience, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I am an adult and never have gotten my license. With the help of this school and its amazing instructors, I feel like I am achieving something I always wanted to but never did! Fantastic experience: Instructor Frank McCahill CARES about his students and does an excellent job of teaching new drivers. As a parent with two students in his class, I appreciated Frank’s comprehensive coverage of driver safety. Because of Covid, the classes are streamed over Zoom so I got to hear parts of the class while it’s streamed at home. He’s engaging and entertaining. He warns the students of all kinds of pitfalls, anything from drug use, how to deal with being road-raged by another driver to negative peer pressure- it’s great for my kids to hear these things from someone else besides me. My sons enjoyed Frank’s stories from his past as a Navy submariner, narcotics police detective, and race-car driver. He’s the driving instructor I wish I’d had when I was a teenager back in the day.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Frank as a driving instructor. He taught both my kids how to drive. One of the best parts of this school is the freeway drive which really helps students become more confident.

Fantastic experience: I paid for the 5 adult lesson package and had FRANK as my instructor. He’s probably the best “teacher” I’ve ever had!!! He’s patient, encouraging, and honest. He’s clear about instructions and really makes you feel confident behind the wheel. He genuinely wants his students to succeed. I would recommend 911 Driving School on Evergreen to anybody!! I came in with 0 experience in driving and just after 4 one hour lessons, came out a licensed driver!

Fantastic experience: I had Frank as an instructor and we did the 40 minute warm up drive, it really helped me pass the test!! I don’t think I would have been able to pass without it! Not to mention Frank was really helpful and made me feel at ease behind the wheel and not all nervous and scared to drive in front of a stranger! I would definitely recommend coming here and also getting the warm up drive because it made the difference for me.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Cox is a great teacher because he always posts study guides. Without him, I would have failed all my tests. Also Mr. McCahill is a great instructor when you actually drive and he shares a lot of stories about himself(NASCAR driving!) that make the classes less boring. Overall, the best school in the entire world.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Frank as a driving instructor. He has the ability to work with anyone no matter their current skill level. He is patient and clearly explains what is required on the road test and gives solid feedback. I took five lessons and felt way more confident in my driving skills by the end. I was able to pass the road test on the first try.

Fantastic experience: I went here and it was really fun, and I learned how to drive. The staff is amazing because they keep things fun, some standouts that I've met are Instructor Mike, Instructor Jeremy, and Instructor Frank. Instructor Mike was super fun and was easy to ask questions to. Instructor Frank had super fun stories to tell and was just really fun to learn from. Instructor Jeremy was the Instructor that has done most of my drives, and makes driving easier and likes to include humor which makes it way easier. Overall, not only did they do their job but they made it easy and fun, which is big for me. I totally recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: The learning environment was positive and very interactive, even doing it virtually. My Instructor (Mike) really went out of the way to make the class fun and productive. It was awesome being able to complete drivers Ed within 2 weeks.
