Negative experience: I’m here to give an honest review as most of the reviews you see are only from people who passed because the school actively encourages them to leave a positive review. I did not pass and immediately called to rebook a test but they told me to wait 3 weeks for an appointment but they didn’t reach out to me at all for over a month. I had to call them to ask for an explanation but the receptionist who I spoke to pretended she was the manager when I asked to speak to one but she was in fact, the same person that told me to wait for an appointment. She did not even help or give an explanation all she said was “sorry for the inconvenience.” It’s more than an inconvenience, it’s a waste of my time. I would have gone to another driving school if I knew that they would ignore me like I wasn’t a paying customer who gave them a lot of my hard-earned money. Disgraceful. As for the instructors themselves, Erika was good. Then I had a male instructor who 2 days before my test made me practice manoeuvres for 2 hours straight (which I was clearly was competent in) instead of actual driving on the road. Then the day of the test I had a different woman instructor Jeanette who just made me feel nervous because she panics at every little thing. The five hour course was ridiculous because everything was repeated in Spanish and took up a lot of time. Overall, very disappointed and it was a waste of time and money. They don’t care about you if you fail and have already given them money. They will ignore you.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the quality of customer service with Agile, it is superb! I also want to commend them on being bilingual especially all of their instructors. I actually passed on my second try but nevertheless I did and I appreciate how the instructor that came with me allowed me to calm down and keep checking to see how I was doing before the road test began and reassured me I’ll do well, in which I did. 10/10 would recommend. Fantastic experience: Best driving school in queens!!! I took most of my lessons with Erica, Sebastian, and Steven, and they were all so patient and helpful and supportive throughout all my lessons. After a couple tries, I finally passed my road test. The staff at the school are also very attentive and will try their best to accommodate anything you may need. I highly recommend anyone who is starting from scratch to give this school a try!!! The only thing I would say is an issue is that during the 5 hour class, it is done in both spanish and english, and it makes it extremely repetitive and long when the person has to speak in both languages. For the future, they should put an english class on one day and a spanish class on another day. Besides this small issue, my entire experience there was wonderful. Thank you again to all the instructors and staff and I will be recommending everyone to come here!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Agile Driving School to anyone hoping to pass their road test. All the teachers are patient and very knowledgeable. After 2 lessons with the school, I took my road test for the first time and passed.

Positive experience: I'm overall happy with the driving school and can 100% recommend them for student drivers. 4 out of 4 of my siblings who took their lessons with Agile, passed their road test the first time. If you're an experienced (and confident) driver who doesn't need as many lessons, I think Steven would be a great instructor (he'll give you a further boost of confidence and has a friendly personality). If you're new and/or a bit rusty (like me), I took the majority of my lessons with Jeannette - she is very thorough and strict (which I felt I needed). I've heard great things about the other instructors so you're in good hands - just find the right kind of teacher for you. Also, the reception staff have always been helpful, polite and super responsive via text which again only highlights how great this gem of a school is. The only area for improvement is taking the licensing course with them. As it is bilingual, it's very time-consuming sitting there with the teacher repeating everything said in English, in Spanish also. They also need to be stricter with students who join late (sometimes 40 minutes!) as that then slows the class down and things are repeated over and over again! I wish they had separate English and Spanish classes.

Fantastic experience: Take this from someone who passed his road test after 5 attempts. It is by far the best driving school I've ever been. The staff and instructors deeply care about making their students become safe and very skilled drivers. Shoutout to Sebastian. He is the best instructor I've had. Laid back and celebrates small progress with his students during lessons. If you ever want to be a driver and get your driver's license, I'd 100% recommend you go to Agile Driving School in Queens in Hillside Ave. I just took a road test today in Garden City after my lesson and I passed. Fantastic experience: Despite having 10 years driving experience in Singapore with right hand driving, I failed in the first test as a result of poor training by my first instructor. However, the great instructors from Agile helped me fine-tune my skills to adapt NY road rules and helped me overcome the errors coming from my right-hand driving past. A big shout out to Jennette and also to Stevens and Erica. They are really excellent instructors.

Negative experience: Previous review was taking down so adding back up. Horrible experience. Horrible company. Had several different instructors all teaching a different way to drive. They never pick up the phone complained and nothing was done to enhance for what I paid for. Therefore asked for. Refund. Confident driving school is SO MUCH BETTER

My first road lesson was with another driving school but it was terrible driving school, I also did terrible with my 2nd road test, so I decided to look for a another driving school. I saw Agile Driving school and read all the reviews and I can say that they are legit. Especially Miss Jeanette, she pointed out and corrected all my mistakes before my road test. If you enroll here, make sure to ask for her. She's the best.

I have driving experiences before so I only took a minimum lesson with Road Test package. They are professional and handle fast process in both driving class and road test appointment. I passed my road test in Garden City Road Test Site. The whole process took within 2 weeks and got my license. Thanks Agile Team. Please keep up the teaching quality and customer service. Suggestion - It would be great if the class cars need some upgrades or need some interior repairs, seats, etc.

You can pay for the driving lessons individually or pay for the packages. They also provide a five-hour course that you can do online. The five-hour course that I took was informative. Overall, if you want to learn how to drive and pass your road test, this is the school to go to.

I really like the school the response time is always fast. Everyone there is nice. I finally passed my road test today and the school sent me a congratulations text message! 10/10 recommend

Positive experience: They’re alright. Sometimes they can have attitude or they’re late to the session itself. I paid for a package and i learned basic things. I had the same instructor but he would sometimes be on his phone or didn’t teach me what i had to do properly. i failed my test and came back for two more lessons and i actually learned things i didn’t learn from the other 6 lessons so from this i saw this was a waste of money and time. They also speak spanish mostly and don’t have a straight english speaker which made it a little hard to understand sometimes. Overall they weren’t terrible but weren’t the best either.

Fantastic experience: First my boyfriend request a lesson and the road test with them, believe it or not with just one lesson he learned the most important details that the instructor check during the test, he approved it and then I booked a class with them and it was perfect, then I did the test and I approve it as well. Fantastic experience: Agile is a great driving school. I called in hopes of getting lessons right away because I just started a demanding job, I was able to get my 5 hour class done right away and take lessons at a time that was convenient for me. The instructors there are extremely patient and they work with you in areas that you need by using diagrams and pictures for better understanding. After taking lessons for just one week with the instructors, I passed my driving test on my first try.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Nathan was super chill and is always calm despite me making some mistakes on the road. From a person that deals with anxiety, he’s a great teacher. I got my license not even a month into starting lessons and passed the road test on the first try. Definitely would recommend this school.

Negative experience: I was fooled by them. Not good cars given on the first day, then 2nd days different cars and different instructors. Road test another instructor. They made me come to their office even though only 10 minutes away from my home. Instructor Maria is rude and got an attitude showing too professional. I will not recommend to anyone to fooled at me telling me something and doing something else. I hope find the owner and tell him what happened to me.i will never go to this place again. Steal time and money. Not given my 20 min. Back but she also start 10 min. Late , Maria is not nice at all.

Fantastic experience: Super helpful, excellent customer service, unbeatably easy to access needed information and services, and even eco friendly with their fleet of vehicles including at least a couple of Prius ! I had a great experience with my instructor who was very knowledgeable and reminded me of a few things that I had forgotten about as we headed to my road test (as a driver obtaining a license after a revocation). This is the driving school to go to for any and all of your necessary training and testing needs when you’re ready to start driving. Definitely recommend this awesome business.

Fantastic experience: I found this driving school online and I joined about a month ago and my instructor name was Sebas…I highly recommend the school because of him! He made me feel comfortable and he’s an amazing teacher. I recently passed my road test and besides thanking God, I thank Sebas because he was amazing with me. The girls at the front desk are nice…the manager isn’t the greatest, she has a bit of an attitude but overall I recommend!

Having multiple lessons with different instructors is also a good way in which you can pick up a few different tricks from each person. Passed my test on the first attempt without any difficulty. Fantastic experience: Took the manual (standard transmission/stick shift) driving lessons with Agile. We went over the basics and after much stalling, I eventually got the hang of it. The instructor is patient and was able to pick up on what I was doing wrong. By my second lesson he was teaching me clutch control and even took me to some (not steep) hills. Would highly recommend them if you want to learn manual transmission

Negative experience: I was fooled by all the good reviews. I went to this driving school a while ago and it was not a good experience. The only way I’d recommend it, is if you already know how to somewhat drive or you only speak Spanish cause all the instructors speak Spanish. The people that work there are nice but don’t really know how to manage a business and some instructors don’t really know how to properly give driving lessons. I took 10 lessons and by the 5th lesson felt like I was going no were with my driving lessons. They don’t give you the same instructor for each class, and they did not teach me hand over hand which I had to learn in a different driving school. When I realized I wasn’t ready for my test I called to reschedule my road test, and they told me they would call me back because they didn’t have any available appointments but they never called or messaged me back. I had to call them back, and then they told me they had my appointment made but that they couldn’t get in contact with me because I wasn’t answering calls and messages which was a lie because they could’ve easily contacted me through watts app where I called and messaged them from many times . I ended up failing my test twice and finally passed on the third time with proper lessons I took some place else. I’m writing this review to be informative to this company and to others that are new to driving. They just don’t give you what you pay for in my opinion. I’d hope anyone else that decides to go here has a great experience. I wouldn’t recommend it though

Fantastic experience: I had very little driving experience before taking classes at this school, and it was tremendously helpful with all the different knowledgeable instructors (big shoutout to Debra, Leo, Lenni, and Omar)! You can package the 5-hour class, lessons, and road test. If you are new, recommend combining lessons into longer sessions. They will help schedule the test when you are ready and will bring you to the site with their car to use that day. I passed the road test on my first time and could not be more happy!
