Fantastic experience: Most of these reviews aren’t very honest I came here when I was 17 for my road test and I got treated very well with a very professional environment and I passed my road test with flying colors and was very satisfied with the service they offered.

Negative experience: Didn’t have a pleasant experience with Mr. Sergio, plus they only accept cash and you have to go there for your lessons no pickups.

Negative experience: Instructor Sergio is money hungry. I needed a couple of driver lessons plus a car for the road test so I called and he persuaded me to come in for a free lesson. When I arrived it was closed for 40 minutes even though he told me to come at that time. After waiting all that time anyway, Sergio lied and said he told me I have to buy a package in order to receive a free lesson even though we never discussed that because I already have everything I need, I just needed practice. He’s a liar and inconsiderate, bad business.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, instructor drive crazy and cars are old. Only took one class. They want you to pay cash and have to go there for everything. Awful

Negative experience: DRIVING INSTRUCTOR FROM HELL!!! I had such a terrible driving experience with instructor Sergio. He lacked patience, lacked clarity in his instructions, yelled too much, was very forceful and made racist remarks. He didn’t even try to make sure I was performing everything that I would be graded on during the road test correctly. Instead, he encouraged me to perform mediocrely so that we could get the lesson over with as soon as possible because according to him I was “on his time” even though we agreed to schedule a lesson at that specific time and I was literally paying for him to teach me how to drive correctly. Guys. When I tell you that I had to take a breather and step out the car because of the high level of frustration and anxiety I was experiencing due to this man’s unnecessary aggression. Mind you, it was very apparent on my face and in my body language that the man was stressing me out. He didn’t even bother to take a second to correct his over the top and rude behavior or comfort me to make sure I was fine, so that we could continue the lesson. Nope. Tell me why the second I stepped out the car this man hopped in the drivers seat and sped off with 15 minutes of instruction left on the clock for a 30 minute lesson THAT I WAS PAYING FOR. I don’t know what Sergio accompanied the rest of the people in these reviews during their driving lessons, but today during my lesson that man was absolutely nowhere to be found. This place needs a new instructor because Instructor Sergio’s behavior was down right unacceptable. And btw the car that is used during the lessons and road tests is very outdated and feels abnormally stiff. I would strongly advise against going to this driving school, as I’m very upset that I’ve clearly wasted my money on this place and will need to find a school with an instructor that can actually teach and not cut paying customer’s lessons short.

Negative experience: As far as I am concerned, this driving school doesn't deserve any start at all whatsoever. The instructor is horrible, very horrible. Very bad experience with the instructor, and I've only gone out 2 times with them. Screaming at me, pulling my hand off the steering wheel, and telling me I need glasses. On top of all that, the instructor came half an hour late to pick me up.

Me as a parent was very concerned, because I was having both my sons take lessons at the same time. But Sergio reassured me that he would get them up to par and that he did. I'm very proud to say that his professional experience as well as his patience lead to both my sons on passing their road tests just 2 days ago (6 weeks later). I definitely recommend using this driving school and now I have my daughter getting ready to enroll for her lessons. Thanks to Sergio and his professional staff for your service.

Fantastic experience: Great Driving school. The Instructor, Sergio, is a really good teacher, makes you feel comfortable behind the wheel for your Road test. Sessions are never too technical and easy to follow so you can improve your driving.

Negative experience: Listen this is the absolute worst place to go to if you want to learn to drive. Yes it has all of these stars but the rating on the place is fake. The owner hisself creates multiple google profiles and rates his own company in order to make it look “good”, when ultimately it is a disgusting and horrible place. His original reviews are on yelp. Plus the reviews that claim this company to be five stars are repetitive, and have zero to one thumbs up now the reviews that say the give this company 0 stars have five to more thumbs up indicating the disgust of this place. Now my experience with Sergio was fine to begin with but then took a step turn downhill. On my first lesson this man started asking very private questions that I do not think an instructor should be asking because one it’s a driving lesson you should be teaching student to drive now asking them about their romantic lives or if they have a boyfriend. I’m pretty sure you would never ask a man that if he were you student. Am I right Sergio??? So women please beware of this man. He also talks so bad about his wife and poor thing she doesn’t even know. Secondly he is always on his phone, YOU ARE A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR why are you on you phone when you are with a student who has never even turned a car on. All your attention should be focused on the student. He was always on his phone talking to other people, ordering Uber eats, order cleaning for his clothes, etc. Thirdly he makes you drive to do his errands this horrid man had me drive him to pick up his laundry, go to Home Depot, etc. Fourth when his wife tells you he is strict on time THAT IS A LIE! He will show up 10-20 minutes late for your lesson but if you aren’t 10 minutes early for him he’s going to call you and act like you’re late. Fifth my driving test was in four days and he still had me doing left and right turns and then HE would tell ME to say that I was doing well when I KNEW THAT I WAS NOT MASTERING LEFT TURNS and then when we would take break and I would do it again he would get angry. Like hello!!!! I told you that I was still unsure about how to make left turns. Sixth is his temper, I have never met a man so angry. I don’t know what it is, but he will literally stop midway in traffic and yell and you and then go back and say “it’s okay honey” which one is so creepy and two so stressful. For example we were coming down a three way street, he was on his phone the whole time and then he slams on the breaks and yells “WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU ARE GOING TO GET HIT?!!” I was so confused and basically we pull to the left lane and go on the lane to make a left turn l, this is apparently what he wanted me to do but how was I suppose to know this if you don’t get off your damn phone, your students aren’t mind readers ffs, this happened numerous times such as the one time he stopped my lesson to go walk out the car to look for figs in someone’s backyard. Do you see how ridiculous this sounds? He is patronizing, stressful, and overall completely uncomfortable to work with. Lastly my appointment were all suppose to be on a Saturday at 1:20 then the next month he decides to switch all of them to different times which we never agreed on. I do not care what this man has to say about this review, because it is all the truth. He can make as much fake reviews as he wants to cover this up but ultimately if I can just save someone from not being scammed by this man then I will be happy, because lastly I was offered a position at my new job and I was unable to make it to the other classes but Sergio said when I get back to call him and we can do the classes MIND YOU I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I AM GETTING BACK BECAUSE IT IS A CONTRACT JOB, he is a scammer and he knows what he is doing. Like why not just give me my money back for the rest of the classes that I will not be taking?? It makes zero sense. P.S: I recommend Drive Rite Academy to take your lessons instead they are WAY more professional, understanding, and their cars are much more sturdy then Sergio's antics.

Negative experience: Mr. Sergio is in the wrong work field. He is impatient and rude. My experience with the school was terrible. I paid $300 for five 45 minute lessons. But, instead, I would get 30 to 35 minutes lessons. When my mother complained that my lessons were too short, he'd brush her off. In lessons, he would constantly be on his phone or talking off topic. After each lesson, he would tell me I was doing great. Days before my test, he told me I was ready. The day of the test, an hour before it started, he took me for my final lesson again, an even shorter lesson it was about 20 minutes. Within the first 5 minutes, he told me that I was doing everything wrong and that I was going to fail. I got nervous and ended up failing. The last thing he said to me was "oh, you failed" and he took his car and left me there. Don't waste your money there are other schools in the area.

He ensures you know everything your suppose know and do from Parallel Parking , three point u turn to how to stop correctly at regular stop signs and “All way “ stop signs . Negative experience: I barely got to learn anything, I paid for the full package for $400 just to drive in circles 3 out of my 5 classes, I admit I did learn some stuff but I barely learned anything besides the basics, Right after my package ran out he wanted me to pay $200 more for more classes and I was not doing it, if you ask me he just wants to grab money from people. Also he had low patience and easily angered even though he knew I didn’t know how to drive.

Negative experience: Was trying to sign my little sister up for lesson, did not get to do that. Their website said 389.00 package 10 lessons 45 minutes each. The guy told me it 40 minutes now because he has too many students. I told him that not my problem, if he has students it means he got business why do I have to suffer for it. What is on their website and what they tell you are different. Ask as many questions as possible before enrolling

Negative experience: I just passed my test! Literally did it thanks to my instructor. Talks too much about his religion and tries to get you to convert even when I did not care about it. Can be too edgy when you don’t do things his way but still much appreciated that I passed. Edit: the instructor writes 99% of all these reviews at the end of the driving test on all his students phone.

If you see bad review it’s honestly because other driving school’s are desperate to buy this Company out of business (probably because their customers always end up coming to us). Another problem this company faces is from the Yelp review website. They desperately want our family to pay so we can advertise our business but no need. Many customers who join us eventually never forget about us, bringing us their family so that we may teach them because like I said we’ve been here for almost more than 30yrs.
