Negative experience: This is the worst DMV in Dade county. The Lady in front doesn’t let you speak and treats everyone like garbage. They don’t except walk-in’s and refuse to answer questions. I stood by and watched her talk badly about everyone that asked a question and spoke negotiate about them when they walked away. As a US born citizen I am outraged that my country always it’s citizens to be treated so poorly and no one takes action to the type of service the citizens of this great country receive. The fact that there isn’t a way to make a formal complaint is shocking and shows that this is the behavior that is allowed by the state and management that oversees the DMV.

Negative experience: bad customer serves, front desk as an attitude and refused to help me with my question.

Positive experience: We arrived early (7:30 a.m.) on a Saturday morning for a good place in line. The feeling was similar to the pre-@mzn Black Friday and Cyber Monday days when you camped out in front of the store! I might be exaggerating just a bit, but suffice to say that if you’re planning to come on a Saturday (closed on Sunday), you should be here before sunrise! This agency offers a no-non-sense, straightforward, take-your-driving-test and you’re done experience! The staff is professional and very helpful—yes, they speak English! And they are quick to adjust to your language of preference for either the written or practical exam. They also give the driving exam in their vehicles, not yours. If I’m honest, I was a bit surprised by the cost; but I must also say that it was worth every “kilo” (that’s what Cubans traditionally call the penny or cent)! So, if you’re a parent of a teenager who is ready to go, this is the place! And if you’re done with looking through calendars to make an appointment at the DMV and they are available for 3 months out—this is also the place.

Negative experience: I am appalled and deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment my child received at this driver’s license testing location. My son, who happens to have autism, was denied the opportunity to take his driver’s test, not based on his driving abilities, but solely because of his diagnosis. It is heartbreaking to witness such blatant ignorance and insensitivity from a government agency supposed to serve everyone equally. Instead of fostering an inclusive and accommodating environment, this dmv testing center has chosen to perpetuate discrimination against individuals with autism, undermining their basic rights and reinforcing harmful stereotypes. The denial of my child’s right to take the driver’s test solely due to his autism is not only unjust but also a clear violation of the principles of equality and nondiscrimination. It is shocking that in this day and age, we still encounter institutions that fail to recognize and respect the rights of individuals with disabilities. The staff at this location exhibit a complete lack of understanding and compassion, choosing to focus on my child’s diagnosis rather than evaluating his actual driving skills. This discriminatory behavior not only damages the reputation of the DMV but also perpetuates a harmful narrative that individuals with autism are incapable or unworthy of participating in essential aspects of daily life. I strongly urge the management at this location to reevaluate their policies and provide proper training for their staff on inclusivity and diversity. Discrimination has no place in any institution, especially one that is crucial to ensuring public safety and mobility. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for management and all current employees to promptly address and rectify its practices. No one should be denied the opportunity to prove their driving skills based on arbitrary factors such as medical diagnosis. It’s time for this location to WAKE UP and treat ALL individuals with the dignity and respect THEY deserve!

Negative experience: I went in to do my drivers exam I was kind of nervous since I was still getting the hang of driving not to mention my friend who had his own car came to do the same we both get an instructor my instructor didn’t really care enough I could tell because I kept messing up his instructor on where to go and I failed the 3 points yet the man passed me with a higher score then what my friend got this is why there are so many bad drivers in Miami not to mention Hialeah if there giving out license it to any one. Im going to have to still take practice classes just so I don’t become a horrible driver like theses very effortless workers want me to be i wonder what would happen if the State Officals would do about this place, Im very disappointed about this place I have this complaint gets heard.

Negative experience: This place Is a I would not recommend to anyone even to the died . The receptionists were very rude and I mean beyond disrespectful . I called regarding a question I had for clarification and got hung up on and laughed at even mocked, yet made fun of in another language. I called back 5 times after the occurrence happened they picked up on the three call and play as if they didn’t hear me and hung up again. I highly recommend the person whom is in charge of this facility disciplines those receptionist . I am beyond upset, disappointed and frustrated because I didn’t get a fair chance or get the chance at all to handle what I had to because of the situation. I called again try asking for the boss contact or to speak to a manger it continue the same way with the laughing and disrespect as if I’m not a customer. People like that should not be a representation of anyones company. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Hopefully this is well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible experience at AA Driving school on Flagler and 74th avenue and looked for a place that could do my sons driving exam the same day. Marisol answered when I called and was super accommodating let me come in that same afternoon. They were super professional, polite and was called to do the exam within 5 minutes of arriving. Super professional, they take CCs or cash or even Apple Pay - unlike AA Driving School - glad our day ended on a good note at their office after the horrible experience at AA Driving School at 7405 West Flagler - DO NOT go to that awful place! The lady that works there is a nightmare!

Negative experience: Bad instructors, disrespectful front counter staff, zero organization. The people who work here genuinely have very mean spirits and truly believe they are in the right in whatever situation arises. Saw them fight with two people in front of me over nothing, and when I say there's zero organization I REALLY mean it; they constantly get every bit of information incorrect when they contact you to verify your appointments. It's actually shocking how often they are wrong which really makes you question how exactly they're organizing all the information of individuals who come here. How is this place still open??

Positive experience: Deficiency in customer service, I have to pay 120.00 for the Driving test and they send me outside the facility and make me wait for almost 2 hours until they call me. Everyone have to wait no place to seat, and the heat outside terrible.

Negative experience: They don’t deserve a star I only put it because there was no other option!!!!! If you don’t speak Spanish they don’t consider you!!! Which is very sad because, I’ve worked with some Cubans and they told me of the brutality they experienced back in Cuba and for them to get here and forget and treat me who have been born and raised here is an absolute SHAME!!!! I serve a mighty God and HE watches over me and will deal with who mistreat me.! All I need was some help finding the right facility to take my daughter to get a renewed identification ard and they kept hanging up the phone and yelling not this one!!! They never took the time to hear what I was trying to ask them… They need to learn to understand every language and not just their own because they would want us to treat them that way if they were in need of help.!!!! Again it VERY SAD!

Positive experience: Good for aliens who need to pass and get their first driver license! Price to get a learner permit is about $150 *Customer service at this locations is rude! Update: passing this school does NOT guaranteed you will get your driver license because at the DMV they have their own requirements for documents that you need to comply in order to get the license or ID card.

Fantastic experience: The reviews had me a little nervous but they made the test a quick and easy process! I waited about 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon to take the drivers exam and the test itself was less than 15 minutes.

Negative experience: I supposed there are things that never change. If If I only could grade 0 ⭐ to the customer service they offer, that would be magnificent. Two ladies sitting at the very front desk, with a long line waiting to be attended. I was only there to ask a simple question. One of them told me from the desk she was sitting that I have to wait cuz she was submitting an exam. That's not a proper response to a customer. They are supposed to have someone taking care of the public who pays for their services. Me imagino hay cosas que nunca cambian, a pesar de vivir en otro pais, con otras leyes, normas y forma de vida diferente, donde el SERVICIO AL CLIENTE VA POR ENCIMA DE CUALQUIER COSA. Just an advice to the owner of the place: You need to find competent workers who can give quality services. I assure you the public will appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: I forgot to review this place a few months ago. Until a friend of mine asked me about places to get the driving license faster . This place is amazing. You pay obviously but is way better than waiting at the DMV. Totally recommended it.

Negative experience: Waited hours outside for an exam to be met with a lady who was talking on the phone. My Spanish isn't the best and yet the lady was very unattentive. She'd talk on the phone and I would believe she was talking to me and it threw me off

Negative experience: Very disrespectful staff. They try to avoid attending people. You may only he summoned. And as soon as I asked question they got frustrated and began being condescending. ZERO stars.

Negative experience: Their management is horrible. We had to go in the room just to get our appointment. People also skipped. The turns were also manage horribly. The people there expect the driver were very rude. I like the place but the management have to change.

Negative experience: I drove from Kendall to Hialeah Gardens. I Was so upset after calling them on two occasions to make and change appointment , I get there wait about 1/2 hour to only be told there was a $100 fee for the test.. They should have told me over the phone.. I walked out extremely upset, Very unprofessional people Never recommend them...

Negative experience: Unacceptable..the web site says they are opened but they are not. Also if they close at 3 PM on Saturdays and you come at 2.30 pm you can see the workers inside doing nothing but they don't help you because they says they are closed and then why the have an incorrect schedule in the door telling the wrong information to the people.

Negative experience: This is a PRIVATE OFFICE - Not part of the DMV as advertised - The woman that answered the phone, answered "halo" hello in Spanish, I thought I reached a private home. I asked "is this a business or a home?" She said it was the driver's license office. I had a question about updating an address, she cut me off, said to call the DMV Monday through Friday, and hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful to them, I was able to check my license the same day, I took the 4-hour drug and halcol class, I did the written exam and the driving test and then they gave me the paperwork fast to go to DMV to get the license and the same day I got it, wow and they are also very kind. Se los recomiendo son muy amables no busquen otro lugar son los mejores!.
