Fantastic experience: It turns out to be best decision for me to join the Transportation Solution, since they helped me choosing the best plan for me within the best range of money, along with that they have a easy steps need to be followed for the processing, and also the best people over there who are very friendly to cooperate. At the same time, Tom, who is the instructor over there, would always be the best person for me, because he was my instructor, and during my driving lessons over there, he helped me introducing the rules in a smart way, and remind me all the mistakes that I did, and help me to improve it. I had a lot of problem with traffic lights, turning and many other things, which is improved now, it’s because of Tom.He is the prime reason that I am able to hold the license today, and he is a nice person. Thank you Tom. If anyone who are new here or trying to improve there driving experience or wants to get ready for test or even looking for a wonderful place to give a test, then Transportation Solution is here. Fantastic experience: Before I write my review I wanna say thank you to all the people at Transportation for taking their time with me. But, I had an amazing time with them. I had the $800-900 package. I really liked dale, he was my favorite instructor. When I had him he not only showed me a whole bunch of new things. I remember when he talked about the cruise control button when we were on the highway. I thought i was In a Tesla lol, as a new driver n seeing youn really gotta press the gas while driving is amazing especially if I were to go on long road trips. Then my other favorite instructor, her name was I wanna say Marry. She was the first instructor I had. She was very sweet, knowing it was my first lesson she walked me through everything and gave me positive thoughts when I would mess up. I enjoyed both of them the most.

Fantastic experience: I had my permit since 2019, and was barely able to practice so I decided to take driving lessons this year and I got instructor Dale Hall and he was very helpful that I was able to get my license in less than a month. I'm confident on my driving abilities. The price might seem high but it's worth it.

Fantastic experience: I am 38 years old and I have taken a drivers test twice in my life but my anxiety seems to always get the best of me. Six hours of practice with Naomi and I'm a licensed driver! Everyone here is so nice and so knowledgeable and they really know how to teach. My life is changed.

She now has experience driving in the city, getting on and off the interstate, and parallel parking. I'm so glad we decided to have her take these lessons. I feel much more comfortable about her starting to drive.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be more happy with Transportation Solution in Erie. They were amazing with my son. My son has autism, anxiety, adhd, depression, and comprehension delays when learning. He went through their 10 - 2hr lessons with Dale and passed their driving test. His gf didn't do driver training and he can tell a huge difference between what he was taught and how she drives. Fantastic experience: Dale Hall was my instructor for my second and third lesson. He was easy to talk too, extremely patient, kind, and completely got rid of my nerves when driving.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of having Tom as my instructor. Not just once, or twice, but three times. He has made this experience so worth it. He is was very comforting and helpful. He always believed in me and drove me to do my best. I wouldn’t want any other instructor. I am so grateful for having such a good experience here, and with Tom.

Negative experience: Signed my teenager up for the 2 hour lesson and test package. When attempting to register, website crashed...phoned the next day and very polite personnel assisted with completion of registration. They offered a two hour time slot for the next day, to which we gladly accepted. Note - the website indicates you can "pay later" however they require immediate payment (happy to oblige as they provided immediate availability). Upon confirmation I reviewed verbally over the phone my teenager would get the two hour lesson followed by the test - to which they immediately said "no they won't be able to test, we don't test on Wednesdays." This would've been much more convenient and transparent information had they informed me before processing my credit card for full payment. Finding this odd I asked when my teenager would be able to test and they indicated they had no immediately availability. I asked the very polite receptionist to please keep the next day appointment and upon arrival to the center we could research available testing opportunities. Within ten minutes of hanging up, I received a phone call from another very polite individual indicating they would be able to perform the road test two days later in the afternoon to which I accepted. The next day due to a very last minute conflict, I needed to cancel - understanding that this would result in a cancellation fee, and due to the proximity of the appointment the full amount of $290 was the fee. I completely understood and acknowledged the policy, but wanted to confirm that I was only cancelling the lesson, that I would still like to keep the appointment for the testing. TS acknowledged they would keep the appointment, however there would be a cost for the test. When I challenged that I had paid $290 for both the lesson and test, understanding I was virtually forfeiting the lesson the staff informed me that the $290 only covered the lesson. They further explained that as a "third party testing sight they weren't permitted to test within 48 hours of the lesson, and that an exception had been granted in this case." I made one attempt to clarify that the website clearly indicated the package they offered included a lesson and test could be split or all the same day: https://www.tds.ms/OE/Customer/StudentTeen?companyId=ilQEiHzBH8U Although the staff was very professional in their attempt to explain their position it clearly is contrary to what is advertised. I disengaged from the conversation before getting upset, as that accomplishes nothing. I am not scribing this review to grind an axe, nor do I feel entitled to any refund. I have friends that have had very successful experiences with this organization, unfortunately I did not and will not personally recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time working with Dale and Patrick they both helped out a lot. Dale helped me with being a confident driver and helped with my turning and stopping. Patrick was a huge help with my highway driving. Thank you for everything. I’m so happy I passed my drivers test. Tell dale that I said thank you for everything.

My driving instructor Dale was absolutely amazing and I could not recommend transportation solutions enough! I felt confident and calm the whole way through because Dale was calm and kind and walked me through everything. And the gentleman that administered the test was just as awesome! I would take lessons/tests with them over and over if I had to and I will be recommending anyone I know to them as well! If you’re second guessing it, I’m telling you not to anymore because there is nothing to be worried about! Call transportation solutions and schedule your lesson!

Fantastic experience: I went to take my two hour lesson and then proceeded to take my driver test and I PASSED !!!! I wanted give a thanks to Dale for his patience and overall for being nice and very professional throughout the whole lesson. It’s hard finding people who are actually nice these days. I also wanted to give a thanks to the entire staff as well because from the moment you get through the doors everyone greats you and make you feel so welcomed and I honestly appreciated that so much. Fantastic experience: I did the parallel parking lesson and my test on the same day and I passed easily. They thoroughly explained parallel parking and demonstrated it really well. Doing the parallel parking lesson before my test really helped and I recommend it for anyone else trying to get their license.

The people are so much nicer than I expected them to be and there was no reason for me to feel nervous at all. The help, patience, and encouragement that comes from the workers is astonishing. Fantastic experience: I loved it. It wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be. Just don't talk your way out of it, if you made a mistake accept it and learn from it. The instructors were easy going and let you talk as long as you were able to listen to their instructions.
