Fantastic experience: It was a great experience learning how to drive. Most importantly the instructor and owner Mr. Essoh - Coolest instructor I have seen in my life. This driving school teaches you about importance of safety and responsibility while you are on the road. If you want to drive confident and safe, I would definitely recommend this “Baytown driving school”.

Fantastic experience: I would give this place ten stars if I could. My daughter failed her first driving test when she took it at the DPS office. They weren’t exactly overtly friendly there either. They are all understaffed and overworked. Their patience hangs on by a thread. She was so traumatized from her horrible experience that she didn’t want to retake her driving test for months. When we finally decided to go back, we didn’t have the paperwork and DPS was booked over 3 weeks out. They are actually the ones who suggested Baytown Driving School. I’m so glad they did!! We got in super fast. Everyone there is so friendly. Her instructor was awesome. She gave my daughter the confidence she needed behind the wheel. We took her driving test on Wednesday, she had her license on Thursday. It’s 100% worth the money. I wish I would have gone this route initially but I’m glad we finally did nevertheless. 100% satisfied!!!

As a new beginner, I was so nervous, but Ms. Azaria gave me the confidence i needed. Fantastic experience: Have used them twice for both teenage boys. First went thru the whole class and driving instruction and testing. Super easy and convenient. This last time was for the driving test only. It was a good experience and definitely helps with new driver’s anxiety as they don’t have to drive with an officer in the car.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend enough, so beyond grateful for BDS, i payed for 6 hrs of driving with no road experience, Ms. Essoh, and Ms. Azaria taught me everything i need to know for my road test, and i passed, best driving school in Baytown, if you have doubts about your driving, or abilities check them out!! The staff at Baytown Driving School are all very kind and while I was taking my test, Mr. Essoh helped calm my nerves. Fantastic experience: Very happy with this place. Took my daughter here just for the driving test a few years ago and now came back with my son for his driving test. They were both 16 and the staff made sure we had all the required documents prior to visiting the DPS so we wouldn't have to hassle with it. My son was completely comfortable at this place and give props to these ladies for making it so simple.

The best thing is you can do your road test with him as well. That was a plus for me since he was my instructor so I was not too nervous doing my road test. She was calm and patient and explained everything clearly. She answered my questions. I recommend Baytown Driving school to take your driving test. I passed and same day I went to the dps office and got my paper license.

I knew after the first lesson this wouldn't be like driving with my mother (she yells and is VERY impatient). Mr. Essoh was the COMPLETE opposite of her. He is a very good teacher. They work around your schedule witch is a great thing for some, and helps speed things along so you arnt falling behind because you couldn’t make it to a driving lesson. Overall I liked it! Fantastic experience: The lessons were really fun and memorable, and I loved the engagement in all of the lessons. As for the driving portion, I wasn’t expecting to feel so at ease in the drivers seat. The driving instructions do a good job in making you feel comfortable and at ease.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely enjoyed Mr. Essoh’s driving school. He is very patient, but also pushes you to keep trying to improve each time you get in the driver seat! 5/5 highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: The man that did the driving test was very polite to the adults but as soon as he went driving with my daughter, his attitude changed. He asked her if she wanted to fail this test and at one point asked her if she was trying to kill him. When he spoke to me about her driving he told me he took points off for her making a wide right turn, after telling me that there was a car parked on the corner and he knew that she did it to avoid hitting that car. He also penalized her for drifting to the left of the lane to avoid cars that were parked on the street. He constantly criticized everything she was doing and by the end of the test she was crying. He then switched back to parent mode to talk to me when they walked through the door. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. How he treats the children should be just as important as how he treats the adults.

Fantastic experience: the class was amazing! It's a very positive learning environment as well. The teacher always made sure that we understood everything and will always review too. Both instructors were great too, they put ur safety first before anything and take everything in the classroom into the car to ensure good comprehension of the learning curriculum.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place to take lessons at. Took the six and a half hour adult private lessons because wow at this age, I definitely need to know how to drive. Took my lessons with Mr. Essoh, and he's alot calmer and helpful than my parents ever were when teaching me how to drive. He would tell me what I did wrong and made sure I understood how to do anything I wasn't too sure about. He's also very polite and kind which calmed my nerves alot as well! I also went ahead and took the driver's test and passed! All thanks to Mr. Essoh, he even went over what I needed to work on after the test and honestly helped me alot with my confidence on the road. I will FOREVER recommend this place. Everyone was so nice, I seriously thank everyone there for helping me get my driver's license finally.
