Fantastic experience: Great school for defensive driving, yes class is long but you learn a lot and Mr. Ramirez is so helpful and kind to all his students, highly recommended!
Negative experience: For defensive driving courses, there’s no online courses, you have to sit in a classroom for 6 hrs and you can only get the certificate BY MAIL which will take more than 2 weeks to arrive. For me, it never arrived hence the 1 star rating. If you want it faster you’ll have to pay, of course. Just letting you know because they won’t mention it anywhere unless you ask. Having other local options that do offer online courses and getting the certificate emailed to you as soon as you finish, there’s no reason to make the same mistake I did and choose this place. Hope this helps!
I’m sorry you had a bad experience, you do have 90 days to take the class unfortunately to expedite the service in there is an additional cost. Court documents, in class presentation and our receipts specify the information. You have options to get the certificate via email same day and other options, we recommend in person classes over online the learning experience is great.
Fantastic experience: This driving school is really great. I learned a lot from Mr.Avalos, Mrs.Marquez, and Mr. Ramirez. They were all really sweet and taught extremely well. I would recommend this place to anyone. Students that were taught here never complained, never felt uncomfortable, and always had positive energy in the class. The teachers were really great and interactive. The teachers were really helpful and their work was affective as I and other students were able to drive really well immediately after just a few days.
Fantastic experience: This place is great. The staff is attentive and interactive, enabling students (such as myself) to engage and learn more in class; the environment and people on the classes make the school time enjoyable and friendly. The learning methods used in this building are traditional and prove to be productive and help articulate the class. The premises are clean and the staff is kind and funny. The cars used to complete the hours are clean and safe to drive, the staff gives a sense of comfort when driving and for sure made it an enjoyable experience. Definitely check this place out.

Negative experience: Hello I called i day in advance to ask for ther under 25 in person defense driving they charge me 40 dlls and an extra 35 because I need it in 1 week to me it's not fair they never told me that tru call they only what you mony..
Hello, you have a 90-day or three-month window to complete the course. If you delay your attendance, you are granted the option of an expedited service, which will result in an additional fee.
Negative experience: I keep getting solicitation calls from them late in the evening. Ive never reached out to them, they just keep cold calling me despite the fact that I'm on the do not call list.

Fantastic experience: I did the 5 week teenager program, I learned how to drive, I learned the rules on the road, and I was showed there’s more to driving than just checking both ways when being behind the wheel. Teachers were nice and respectful, as well as the people in the front desk. Not only did I learn how to drive, it was also a memorable experience, I definitely recommend it for parents who want to put their kids in driving school!

Negative experience: Honestly, I had a terrible experience because first of all you have to pay almost $70 to take your driving test and when I started taking my test, she automatically failed me during the first five minutes while I was doing my parallel parking, but I honestly think that she failed me because she was in a hurry I overheard them talking before I even started my test that she was in a hurry so I definitely don’t recommend taking your drivers test here. Just go to the DMV don’t waste your money. I’m Very upset at how everything was handled even before, then, I had asked for a refund because there was many issues while trying to get the stuff for the test, but the guy didn’t even let me have a refund when I couldn’t get the things I needed. I ended up getting them but just to fail the first 5 minutes. I know I’m not a terrible driver she was just looking for an excuse to fail me.

Fantastic experience: Process was so smooth. Very professional employees and fun classes where you can actually learn. I went through the whole process even doing the driving test in there. You can rent a vehicle within the facility to do your driving test. They book appointments with the DMV within days. Just amazing. I give it 6 out of 5 stars.

Negative experience: When I called this place a guy by the name of Cesar was very rude and has no public relations. Seems after reading the reviews the owner must be just as bad. Money hungry business that is for sure. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Believe me read all reviews before even walking into this place a phone call was enough for me.

Fantastic experience: I Did my Drivers Ed for teens, I had a lot of fun doing their 5 week class At first it sounded like a long time but it went by super fast and I was even sad to leave at the end :( Got my permit on the first week & was behind the wheel on the second week. I was very excited to drive and they did an awesome job at explaining all the road laws and tactics to use while driving. I feel confident when I drive and I even gave my dad a few pointers.

Negative experience: Going back and forth with employees. The lead person not believing the dps papers have to be signed in black ink is unprofessional and should be better handled when it states must be signed in black ink. Staff called DPS when it clearly states SIGN ONLY IN BLACK INK. Staff seemed slow, unaware, and I waited way too long to get nowhere. Will not be doing business here again.
You got your certificate Sir., same morning according to the camera you waited 15 minutes. It was a human error. Hope you find more tolerance in the near future. While we regret we didn't meet your expectations, we hope you'll always prioritize safe driving, regardless of where you receive services.

Hello Imani, you filled out the wrong information and you want to blame us you even after the courthouse told you the reason. You want us to take the blame for what you did. I am on the lookout for the review to the courthouse from you as it was them whom did not accept your documents. Making incorrect reviews is wrong.
Negative experience: Complete unprofessional and complete incompetence here at this location. Everybody here looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. I had to repay for a mistake, They made giving me paperwork with wrong information and then still wanting to charge me ,even though they’re the ones that made the mistake completely unacceptable attitude, super unprofessional will not be bringing my business here again would not advise Coming here for service not helpful at all , Double check your paper work before leaving here they might just put your info wrong , then charge you to change it . Threatening To turn away service for me being upset that I have to pay again ! Completely unacceptable.
We would show you proof David Martinez if you filled out the wrong information and that is what is on the documentation you filled out and signed. Had it been us you would have not paid I assure you. So put the childish behavior and do incorrect review.

Negative experience: Do NOT use any of their attorney services. I used an attorney for many years to deal with tickets and dismissals with great and clear communication. Unfortunately he retired and I decided to give this company a chance. I've been accustom to hiring an attorney and having great communication to have tickets dismissed. This was not that experience. At. All. If you're expecting any kind of assistance and follow up calls, do not bother. If you're expecting you to have to do most of the work and contacting the courthouse, then just do that, don't bother wasting any money with this company. Multiple calls were made to SVM requesting a callback over a period of 2 months and I had not received any. I had wanted some clarification on the documentation they sent over. The front desk staff kept saying, "Sandra's out of the office" and I'd expect a call but that never came. Lo and behold, when I tried to submit my defensive driving course to the court, I was advised it was filled out to the wrong courthouse. The SAME courthouse that was listed on the paperwork from SVM. Definitely something that a phone call would have cleared up. I guess SVM is too busy for that however. The TLDR: Don't waste your time or money with this place.
We have no clue what you are talking about, I have a question did you get notice or you did not get notice. The message is very confusing. Sandra is always in the office so you are not being truthfull, 2 months to get a hold of her is a huge lie. If you provide your ticket information I can clarify for you. Good day.

Positive experience: I went in today to take care of a ticket was in and out in 10 minutes was told to call back in 3 to 4 months and I didn’t have to do anything, that the lawyer will represent me on May 6th 2024. It was 60$ per citation. So I’ll let you guys know how it goes.
