Negative experience: THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS OR THEIR TIME/MONEY. I came there 3+ times for a simple written test and still never got one! They state that they have walk-ins available, but no where does it say up until 3 PM. After I came in, there is no one in the lobby, no one in the building and after waiting 10+ minutes for someone to help us, one of their instructors told us that they do not offer walk-in after 3 PM. I came back 2 different times and days before 3 PM, but no one was available when there was no one in the building and no class session! They said that we had to wait 15 minutes for one of the instructors to get off their lunch, waited for 20+ minutes and left at that point, super unprofessional and a waste of my time. If you're going to advertise that you're a walk-in, MAKE SURE YOURE A WALK-IN! 0 stars.

Fantastic experience: They have classes for teens plus they are way cheaper then the other driving programs. 10/10 would recommend booking a class for your teens

Fantastic experience: I came to take my drivers written test ! i passed my test and wishing everyone great luck. The customer service here was amazing i most definitely recommend. Calm environment and was able to take my test without stress. The price is affordable and process is quick and easy . Most definitely recommend 10/10

Negative experience: Ignorant, egocentric individuals. Very rude staff who use condescending tones and body language. All the five star reviews on here are probably fake because it just can't be. They also have a reputation of just failing you to make more money off you. They're just horrible human beings who have no business being the frontier of their customer service team, they could just keep their grown bodies at home and hire someone with less of an ego to serve since they clearly can't find it within themselves to do so with common human decency.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this place! It was very easy to schedule my knowledge and driving test. As long as you study for the knowledge test and keep practicing driving, you will do good! The instructor is nice and everyone else working there is too:) For the knowledge test, the sonic driving school website has a practice test and it’s very similar to the actual written test! Drive test was very short and easy, just remember to practice all the skills.

Negative experience: That is the worst place to go take your test. I think they pocket my money I didn't get my receipt. Just tell me I fail. And tell me to read more look like they can't even read them self.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Sonic Driving School to take a knowledge test. They have certain days of the week where you can do a walk-in in the morning and when I arrived, they were happy to seat me for the test. They take Covid precautions and provide with sanitary testing conditions and materials. The staff is courteous and will ensure you take the exam in a quiet and comfortable setting. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I called to ask if there was someone available who can apply the driving test in Spanish or if someone bilingual can be on the car while the test and the person who answered the phone told me “No you MUST speak English in order to take the driving test” that was so rude :( Edit**** Even if it is not allowed you MUST NOT treat people like this because I also asked if there were someone bilingual.

Negative experience: They give you an appointment and keep you waiting. Waited almost three hours and on inquiry they say they give preference to their students. Then why bother giving someone an appointment? Such a waste of someone’s time.

Negative experience: I took the test and I took about 30 minutes, but then after me and some others finished they made us wait in a small room, for twice the time it took for us to finish the test. They have people just walking around doing nothing when they could have been grading the test.

Testing is on Wed & Sat and there is no appointment necessary BUT arrive early as there can be a line. Testing is done in a Covid clean test room. Due diligence has be adopted by the owners to ensure your safety. ⭐

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve came to this location on 3 separate occasions attempting to take my written test, the first guy told me testing was between 9-6. So I came at 2, when I arrived some rude lady said it was actually between 9-10 and to come back on Saturday. I came back Saturday and waited outside for over 10 minutes. Just for them to come out and tell me they were full and I couldn’t take my test and to come back Wednesday, so I did and the very same thing happened, I will not be returning again. It is now Saturday and yet I am still not able to take my written test. I tried calling ahead before so I didn’t waste my time repeatedly but clearly everyone in the place must be deaf because no one answered the phone. Just a waste of time.

Negative experience: This place is always closed, based on your high reviews I have visited on September 2nd, they asked me to come on 15th or 16th, I went there on 15th, called on 16th, went on 17th and 18th it was closed nobody returning my call, sent my friend close to the location they are saying I don’t have appointment, this place needs to be reported to DMV, if they got rich shouldn’t waste people time and close this place forever

Negative experience: Kept demanding a permit to take the driving test im 20 years old why do i need a permit. Hispanic guy was laughing at my face asking me how i was going to prove to him i had driven before and that it cost the company money. so unprofessional

Negative experience: I called to schedule a test and the man who answered had very little patience but informed me that it was walk in testing on Wed. and Sat. Then i asked him how much it will cost, and i could couldnt understand him because of his accent and he was speaking quietly. So he got mad n hung up. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Dont waste your money on a company who doesnt value a customers business. They also have fake ratings

Negative experience: Went twice there, they don’t have appointments, we were told to visit them between 10:00 - 11:30am when we got there they told us that they don’t start testing till 11:30, and still 8 people ahead of us, the women was rude when I asked her for an appointment she replied you can go to another driving school, really than why am I here .

This would go by word of mouth.. I was referred here by a Kenyan friend and I would do the same thing since my experience here was super nice. This facility isn't as big as the other schoolsl I went to but they will give you a wonderful experience, will walk you to the whole process with VERY friendly approach. I will book my skills test here soon. No wonder a lot of people who wants to get a license come here. Be this your first choice.
