Fantastic experience: This process was made incredibly easy by Brown’s Driving School. You are given step by step instructions and there are no surprises! The driving staff were very educated and patient with my son.

Fantastic experience: All 4 of my kids have completed Brown's Driving School classes and drives. The staff are so informative, kind, patient and professional. They go above and beyond to make the experience excellent. From giving detailed, important information, to accommodating drive times that need to be completed, to making sure we completed all of the requirements, I highly recommend Brown's Driving school!! They are organized, efficient and excel in the services they provide.

Fantastic experience: Was given this course as a present & even as an experienced rider, the amount of knowledge & confidence both Ethan & Ryan give you to trust yourself & push through to become a better rider is astronomical. Negative experience: I didnt mind the classes at all they were good but the people who took me driving never took me on the highway exept for the last drive they told me i was supposed to every drive as well as they wouldnt tell me stuff loud enough im partly deaf and i told them all that but one they wouldnt tell me soon enough or loud enough and that made them upset

Negative experience: They are a public hazard by using neighborhood streets as their practice course. Some day. GOD forbid. It will be a ambulance or fire truck that is delayed!!

Fantastic experience: Had class July 25-26 of 24' with Instructors Ryan and Mike "sidehow bob" and learned a lot even with some prior experience. Instructors maintained a top level concern for the safety of everyone involved and tons of experience to provide endless tips and advice. A worthwhile class for a rider at any level because of the way the concepts are applied in a controlled environment, something you won't have on the road. For new riders joining the class make sure you pay attention in the E-course and listen to all tips and advice provided by the instructors! They want you to learn and do the best you can and I promise that you can pass if you listen to their advice!

From my initial call, the employee who answered the phone was friendly and informative, the class was great, and the parent's were given additional, very helpful information after the class. My niece had 3 drives with 3 different instructors, and all were great. On top of all of this, they were one of the most reasonably priced in the metro! Couldn't recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I took the motorcycle class on 5/9/24 - 5/10/24 at the MWC location with Mike (sideshow) and Ryan. The class I was in, it had eveyone from experienced riders and non experienced riders. Super friendly and well versed in information and how the courses were set up. This is coming from a guy who has had no motorcycle experience. Made the class enjoyable and a safe atmosphere. They were not rushing anyone and made sure to talk to each student individually about some tips how to be successful in passing all the evaluations throughout.

Fantastic experience: I went through Brown's back in 1998, so there was really no other place I wanted my kids to go to. Their Mustang location did not disappoint. Very happy with them in dealing with my son, and my daughter will be following behind him. Only place I would trust with my kids.

Negative experience: Brown's has been great except when my son had to miss because of the flu. I could've provided a doctor's note and all, but yet I still had to pay the fee of a no show appt. Even when I called and left a message to notify them that he wouldn't be there because of the flu. I guess we need to let our kids drive sick with instructor in car. Yes I know that sounds unreasonable however there should be exceptions to the rule of 24 hr notice of not being able to make it to allow for unforeseeable circumstances. Did I know he would've woken up with the flu, no. I couldn't have predicted that and I'm not a psychic. This is only thing I wish would've had some exceptions to the rule.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE PLACE!!! If you have a young adult trying to get their license don’t come here they steal your money and don’t pass you they make up a excuse as to why they can’t pass you and send you on your day instructor was very rude and blamed my sister’s age on why she couldn’t get her license. Bobby Davis was very rude and disrespectful to my little sister had her bawling because he wouldn’t let her drive and take the test he took over and basically drove hisself then said she didn’t pass because he didn’t trust her because she’s young but she’s 18 will be 19 in July very horrible service receptionists was above and beyond respectful and was very easy to speak with

Fantastic experience: We love that Brown's Driving School made getting our son's permit and driver's license a breeze. He cleared his permit test with 100% due to having the class instruction time and was able to apply the insights he gained from the class to his first few drives with Mom and subsequently with Dad. The last two driving instructors he drove with were the absolute best and we are so thankfulful for them and the knowledge they shared with our son. We are a Brown's Driving family for life now and will sign our daughter up the second she is ready. Thank you Brown's for helping us get our new driver prepared for the road! You are the best!!

Fantastic experience: We were so impressed with the quality of classroom instruction for the written test. Our son passed the written test with flying colors one day after completing the classroom instruction. The driving instructors are very good, calm, friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to teach teens to drive. Their system works and we highly recommend Brown's for driver education. I think we learned some obscure traffic laws from our son after attending Browns. We felt it was worth every penny. Thank you Browns Driving School! We have a happy driver.

Fantastic experience: Participated in the motorcycle training course. Ryan (instructor) was professional, excellent instructor with lots of knowledge. Very fortunate learning from him. The 2 day training course was in MWC at Heritage Park Mall parking lot. Perfect place to learn, course was very well laid out and safe. They provided the motorcycles (125cc) as well as helmets and gloves. I’d recommend this course to anyone.

Positive experience: Overall we had a very good experience with Browns. We have twins. Both girls enjoyed the class and I feel they were well prepared for their permit test. The drives were nice as they got to hear from someone other than mom/dad on their driving. They even went on the highway as part of their drives. We did have issues with scheduled drive times getting moved without asking us. This was an issue as we scheduled afternoon drives due to their sports practice schedule. Browns moved one daughter to the morning during her practice time so I called and advised she couldn’t do that morning due to her and her sister, who was also scheduled that afternoon, having practice. They moved her back to afternoon (although the person acted as if I were putting them out). Then they moved the other daughter to that morning spot. ‍♂️ I had to again call back and advise of the conflict. They again moved her back to the afternoon. When it came time for their actual driving tests it was nice to not have to deal with DPS. I do recommend Browns.
