Fantastic experience: I have trained at three different schools so far. This school has already gone above and beyond to help me succeed in my first week with them. Instructor Oleg is a highly knowledgeable pro. Oleg gave me a good strong chance to pass my road test. Amazing guy. I'm very happy and I feel very confident that is will pass. I will only post my true feelings because I too rely on accurate customer reviews, good or bad. If my experience is bad I will say it was bad, but my experience with this school right now is very good.

Negative experience: I called 5 minutes ago to get more information about the school and what I needed to do: A woman answered the phone, was extremely rude to me and hung up the phone while I was talking! What a terrible way to treat a potential client! My goodness

Negative experience: I would not recommend this CDL school. I don't know about AT trucks, but MT trucks are in poor shape. It's better to find another CDL school and save your money and time. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself! Answer to the owner: I got my CDL at another school on the first try and I know what I'm talking about. I can compare your way of teaching and your trucks with another school.

Fantastic experience: CDL auto club made the process of obtaining a CDL very easy. The office staff was transparent and easy to work with. In addition, they worked around my schedule in regards to payment and scheduling lessons. The instructors knew what they were doing and really taught to the DMV test. The price is reasonable. All-in-all, I recommend CDL auto club to anyone interested in obtaining their CDL

Fantastic experience: My son initially took his driver's ed classes at a community location. CDL provided the instructors for the behind the wheel driving. After the completion of all the state requirements my son needed some additional practice so I reached out to CDL. They were quick to respond to my email inquiry. They scheduled my son's road test at a time that was convenient for him. They helped me determine which extra lessons would benefit him the most. They followed up with email and phone call confirmations. They provided me with very clear instructions as to what he needed on testing days. We rented a safe and appropriate car for his test. The 2 different instructors he drove with were friendly, not intimidating and extremely professional. They spoke with me and didn't make me feel silly for asking so many questions. I appreciated the follow up email congratulating my son on passing. I would highly recommend CDL. They were extremely professional and thorough.

Fantastic experience: CDL Auto Club really saved me. I needed to take the driving portion of the CDL Class B road test after I passed the first two parts but failed the driving portion. I was able to work with Ilene in the office to set up lessons and time to practice on their truck. Igor was my instructor and he couldn’t be more patient and up lifting. He built my confidence to the point that I knew I would pass my road test and I did. Coming from Queens to Staten Island was so worth it and I highly recommend CDL Auto Club.

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school for getting CDL. My husband and I studied together with instructor Igor. I took 15 hours of practice, my husband 11 hours. I passed on the second try, my husband on the third. But we were very pleased with our training. Attentive and caring employees in the office, professional instructors on the training ground. Fantastic experience: I only did a one hour class because I already knew the basics of driving a truck but within that one hour I was taught so much about the truck I was going to use on the road test. I have never used that type of truck and they made it seem so much easier.

Fantastic experience: Admittedly , I was skeptical that my 19 year old son would be able to pass his road test the first time with only five lessons. But through the kindness and patience of the CDL auto club instructors not only did he pass on his first try, but he had only minimal mistakes. That just shows the attention to detail that they gave during his lessons. The cost of the lessons and the 5 hour class were very affordable. I can’t thank them enough for making this quick and easy.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say I couldn’t have passed the maneuvers without the expert advisement of my instructor who made understanding the rules simple. The confidence and knowledge I gained is absolutely what helped me pass. The office staff was also exceptional in ensuring I knew where I needed to be and when. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with such a kind instructors Ilene, who took the time to talk, help, and build my confidence!

Fantastic experience: The experience was great……just in the future just use one instructor…….for that client lesson because every one teach different and that could confuse some one. But I pass am I’m grateful.

Negative experience: Lost $400 because of this school. I failed the road test because the vehicle was not ready for the exam as promised during the 10 hours of lessons. Even my instructor acknowledged that it was their mistake and that there was no way I could pass the test with such a vehicle. The office however dis not want to take responsibility for it and I had to pay one more time for the vehicle. Won’t recommend to go to this school to anyone.

Also the customer service was great they call and email quickly and answered any questions relating to the classes and rescheduling. Fantastic experience: The best instructor I had was David. He made things so simple and less nerve racking. I get bad test anxiety and he was able really simplified the maneuvers and in-cab inspection. I couldn’t recommend them enough !!

Fantastic experience: CDL Auto Club was able to quickly provide me with a road test and the appropriate vehicle at a fair price. I needed a straight automatic class B CDL compatible truck with air brakes which they were able to provide. Scheduling and payment was clearly and easily handled via email with timely reminders closer to test day. I recommend them for anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent CDL driving school! During the training, consulting and support, Daria very politely and in detail explained everything, no questions arose. During the practical training, I managed to study with 3 different instructors, all experienced, excellent and understanding guys, you can learn from anyone, in particular, I can especially note the instructor Igor, he gave me valuable knowledge and clearly explained all the nuances during the training process! All those students who will approach the training responsibly, will diligently study PTI, listen carefully to the instructors and delve into the processes of driving a truck are guaranteed to succeed! Fantastic experience: CDL Auto Club, more specifically; Mark the instructor, has been amazing to work with the past 6 weeks for drivers Ed. I highly suggest using this place if needing lessons on driving because of their great techniques and driving skills.

Fantastic experience: My experience with CDL Auto Club was amazing!! From the start the customer service I received from Ilene was superb. I explained to her my son struggled with focusing issues and needed an instructor with patience. She said that was not a problem and recommended Mark as the instructor. Ilene was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. From the very first lesson my son came home and was thrilled with Mark. Mark was truly a blessing, not only did he teach my son how to drive and pass a road test on his first try but he was also kind, patient and supportive. He gave my son notes to study that would help him with his driving skills. He taught him how to parallel park (which he really struggled with). Mark encouraged and motivated my son to excel with his lessons. With each lesson there was improvement. Mark really was the reason my son passed his road test and to a 17 old it means everything. I highly recommend CDL Auto Club, their staff are all amazing. Thank you again to Mark for really making a difference in my sons life.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience from start to finish. We were connected to the driver via the drivers Ed program at Moore Catholic HS. My son had several weeks until he could take the road test when the course ended. We booked additional sessions through CDL Auto Club with the same driver. Every person we spoke with was professional, informative and very friendly. Each person was eager to help and answer any questions we had. The instructor (L’Shon) was fantastic with my son, who passed his road test on his first try! We are so happy with our experience!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend more helped me get my cdl for DSNY and was able to schedule the road test the same week with their 3rd party DMV test. Also was able to work with me and do it at 6 am so I could still go to work where everywhere else I would’ve had to take a day off of work.

Fantastic experience: Within less than two weeks I had my Class B CDL License. I passed first try thanks to Igor and David. I did most of my training with Igor and enjoyed the push-ups and pull-ups (not apart of actual training). I took a total of 10 hours and previously knew nothing about trucks. Igor makes you dive right in. If you study at home, you could definitely past first try on Class B. Thanks to CDL Auto-Club for all the help. 5 Stars. Highly recommended. Thanks to the office staff as well.
