Fantastic experience: Thank you to the school and to the following instructors Cesar and Viviana on helping me pass my test!!!! I came across finding this school through web search so I can finally get my license. I contacted them through WhatsApp. They have been great in communicating for reconfirmations and rescheduling. When there was a newer date available they contacted me to see if I was interested in taking it. In my first class my driving instructor Cesar taught me with driving throughout Harrison; stopping before the white line, turning signals, and u turns. There was a small schedule problem for my second class, but thanks to Express Driving School’s effort they communicated to me on keeping my class date but with another instructor named Viviana. In my second class, Viviana was more into depth in the parallel parking, K turns and answered all my questions that I had for my exam. Vivian is patient, kind and helpful in calming me down when I made mistakes. She made sure I fully understood what I was doing and showed me steps in making 3 point AND 5 point turns! She told me what to expect in the driving exam. Even though I had one class with her I highly recommend anyone to book your classes with her. She is wonderful and supportive. On my last class Cesar let me drive, and park on my own and communicate what was needed to improve before my exam. I am extremely grateful for BOTH wonderful driving instructor and recommend to any one in booking with these two wonderful people. They are both kind hearted and insightful. Cesar creates an environment to be calm and collective. Viviana is extremely informative and passionate which helped me a lot. Thank you to both driving instructor in teaching how to be a safe/knowledgeable driver!

He took the time to teach parallel parking, K Turn, straight back and driving etiquette. Cesar is great and patient. Even though I cleared the test in my 2nd try, would recommend Cesar and Express Driving school! His 5 lessons covered everything needed to clear the road test.

Negative experience: These guys should be paying customers for practicing their garbage teaching skills. Saying where to go or turn is not "teaching". I had more than one instance where one of the instructors was visibly frustrated, rude, and ignored my questions. And she was supposed to be one of their best. Save your time, patience, money and go literally anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I'm a complete beginner in driving. I learned from Cesar. He's a great instructor. Took the 5RT beginner pack, which included 5 driving lessons + 1 road test (car included). I must say the instructions were very clear and well designed for a complete beginner like me. Because of Cesar's help I could clear my road test in the first attempt. Those 5 lessons covered Parallel Parking, K Turn, Reverse back, and general driving practice on the roads. These 5 lessons covered everything needed to clear the road test.

Negative experience: Used this company for a simple road test vehicle. HORRIBLE experience and I would NOT recommend this place to my enemies. The rate they charge for a 5 minute process is really high. Then booking weeks in advance to almost missing your appointment is absolutely absurd. I am happy we did not use them for classes considering how the road test was handled. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional driver. I blame the company because they were fully aware of the situation and mishandled the entire process plus they employ him. DID NOT offer any compensation considering all was thier fault. I paid in full at time of booking which actually is mandatory. I arrived on time as per my contract which is 45 minutes BEFORE the appointment and they were LATE!!!!! Late meaning a HALF HOUR after my scheduled appointment. Yet they make you commit to being early. I did my part. Bad buisness going on here. You have been warned!

Negative experience: Before I get into this, I just want to start with saying that Viviana is an EXCELLET teacher and I would give her 5 stars if I could. But since this reflects off the entire school, I'm deciding 2. The reason? Well. They're extremely backwards. I was given the outdated contract when they apparently have an updated one. I gotten sick twice and had to reschedule, and despite not only the counter person saying it was $35 to reschedule, and my contract saying it was $35 (by the hour), I still ended up paying more due to it saying it was by the hour. But since my classes were only an 1hr and 45 minutes, I decided to meet the school in the middle with paying $50 rather the $70 that was originally sent to me. Yeah, they sent me a link to pay $70 to only change it to $50 after calling them out on it. Now with my most recent issue. My WRITTEN schedule says my class was at 1:15. I waited and waited. Then my instructor calls me at 1:45. A whole 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I then call Express to tell them the whole problem and to state that being 30 minutes late doesn't excuse anything and if I had been 30 minutes late, I would need to pay a fee. They claimed to have confirmed 1:45 with me prior and that is not what I heard at all (unless my call was recorded, which is against the law without my knowledge. There's no warning prior to calling stating the call may be monitored and recorded so if they did in fact record my calls, that'd be a fat lawsuit waiting.) They said nothing. I requested a full refund for the class to which they declined, and offered other suggestions. At this point, with all the back and forth I've been doing with them, I was frustrated and just asked for a refund on the class, to which they kept declining. I ended up having to take an hour class today then 30 minutes tomorrow before my road test. So now, I'm having to shift my life around just because they didn't want to give me the money back for my class. Had they accommodated and agreed with me, gave me my refund, I would've given them 5 stars because it shows they can own up to their errors and fix it but no. They wished to be difficult. SO. In the end. I had a GREAT experience with the driver, solid lessons and I have no doubts in my ability to pass tomorrow. Document EVERYTHING, only ask for text proof for confirming lessons as them calling is clearly rigged. Happy wishes. Edit; I passed with flying colors thanks to VIVIANA

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with two different instructors. I scheduled my road test with this school along with a two-hour lesson before the test. I passed the road test and got my license. After getting my license, I scheduled another class to practice driving in heavy traffic. The instructors were patient and helpful and provided me with great feedback on what to improve.

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end, everything was good. The teachers are great and explain everything properly. Teachers also speak multiple languages so not knowing English is not a problem. The teacher named Viviana was amazing and goes through the lesson to prepare you perfectly for the road test.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time with Viviana. I was a bit nervous when I started to drive on the actual road. Viviana was really patient with me and when she see you can do better , she pushes you to believe in yourself more( in a good way). If you have some spots that need to be tighten or some things to improve on, she’ll help. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to live close to Express Driving School as I stumbled upon it while crossing the road one fine day in October. I immediately decided to enroll. The enrollment process was smooth and the staff here is very helpful and courteous. FIVE stars to my instructor Miss Karina who taught me driving well enough to clear my road test in the very first attempt.
