DFW Driving School-Frisco (Teens/Adults Driving + DPS Road Test)

Fantastic experience: I would recommend new learner to go for them instead of learning it from family and friends! I had excellent learning experience at their Frisco branch; timings were flexible! Most of my classes were handled by Mr. Jermaine and Ms.Sherry both were amazing teachers and taught patiently despite my slow learning pace! Ms.Richa always replied quickly via mails and kept me updated! P.S. You shoukd remember there is fine if you miss a class or show late!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous of picking the right driving school for my road test and this one was great! your car doesn't have all the requirements to test in? They have some you can borrow for a bit extra. if you're anything like me and don't like waiting months for an appointment with dps, you have the option to have the school submit your documents for you. all my problems SOLVED. the instructor was great, and even though i passed, gave me tips on things i could've done better or to practice on. Very considerate. I'd use this driving school again in the future for sure.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy that we chose DFW Driving School for my daughter's driving lessons and test. I was worried we would have to wait a while or have long waits between sessions since there are so many new people in the area and other teens trying to get this done. Richa at the DFW Driving School was lining up sessions right away. Communications were constant and any changes in the schedule were passed on immediately, so that we never had a problem. My daughter was able to quickly get through the sessions and the continuity helped her gain confidence. Overall, this was the best decision we could have made. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to my daughter during the process. I would absolutely recommend DWF Driving School to anyone looking to get the license process done, end to end. Negative experience: Do NOT do the driving test here. Poor communication, they don’t tell you it will take 2 weeks to get license. At day 18 and still no license and zero communication. Waste of money and time.

Fantastic experience: It was an straight forward process at the DFW driving school at Frisco. I could easily look at the available dates for driving test on their website and book an appointment. I took the pre test prep and the car as added options for the road test. The test prep helped me get familiar with the car to get comfortable in attempting the test, which is something i would recommendto all. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

Everything is well organized and they’re very helpful with any questions you have about the whole process.They will also upload your forms to DPS after you pass the test so you don’t even need to go in person to get your license. So easy!

Negative experience: Not pleased at all with this driving school. All was well with the classroom instruction, it was the driving instruction that was an issue. There are not have enough spots available for driving instruction to the ratio of students and subsequently charged us an additional amount because we couldn't get our daughter in due to lack of openings. This was an additional charge to the already paid charge for the driving instruction. Then the last driving instruction time, they put my 16 year old daughter alone in a car with a man we had never seen there before for 2 hours! They did not inform me that she would be alone with him and that the other student had not shown. This new instructor was rude to her and told her things I've never heard. When they returned, I was in my car on a phone call waiting and he approached me aggressively demanding that I roll down my window. He then proceeded to talk over me while I was trying to explain I was on a call on the phone that was in my hand! He refused to listen and I had to hang up on my call to handle him. We have addressed this with the school and I hope it was an isolated incident but he was still in employment there when we brought her back for her last observation time. We made it very clear she was NOT to be alone in a car with any man and specifically that one! I will never recommend this school for it's lack of concern over the safety of my child nor will I recommend it simply because they have too many students and not enough spots and then charge you extra.

Negative experience: This place is SO unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars I would! If I could give them negative stars I would! My daughter went there on Saturday and was treated horribly by the staff. She started her test and was put down repeatedly by her test giver. He was very disrespectful the entire test and very dismissive. She came back again yesterday for a redo of her test and he was a whole 1 hour late!!!!! It's absolutely unacceptable to run a business like this. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Please save yourself and your children the trouble of going here and dealing with this madness!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter signed up for a parent-taught driving program, after 20+ hours of driving practice with the parent we took her to DFW Driving School Frisco in order to better prepare her for the road test. We got her a 6-hour 1:1 private driving lessons plus road test package. She enjoyed the lessons very much, Jermaine is a very friendly and encouraging instructor who gave her great instructions and my daughter felt ready for the road test after the first couple hours of lessons with him. In the end my daughter took the road test with the driving school, and it went very smoothly. Richa was very helpful in answering our questions and highly efficient in scheduling my daughter for the lessons as well as the road test. We think the price for the package was fair and the value exceeded our expectations. Strongly recommend them!

If you know nothing about driving and want to start off from scratch this is the one for you. Firstly, the instructor Mr. Jermaine was incredibly knowledgeable and patient,They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable behind the wheel. Their professionalism and calm demeanor made each lesson enjoyable and productive ,Mr. Jermaine is great.From Richa at the front desk she is very nice friendly and helpful she completely understand what we need. I had an excellent experience taking my driving test with Sherry. Sherry helped make the test very easy to understand and did a thorough explanation on what i did correctly and incorrectly at the end of the test. I will be recommending my friends and family to go here to take their lessons and road test in the future.

My child first attended the class and left feeling very comfortable and empowered with the information shared. The parent drive time log was a valuable resource in helping to guide me on where to start and how to progress with at home practice. The instructors during her drive times were incredibly patient and helpful. They were sure to teach the basics, of course, but also important defensive driving skills. They also allowed students the opportunity to practice skills that they needed to further develop to feel confident prior to their driving test. At the end, they complied everything that we needed for our trip to the DMV. That was incredibly valuable as the DMV can be a tricky visit! We had a GREAT experience, and I would highly recommend DFW Driving School-Frisco.

DFW Driving School Frisco was amazing. The entire process, from online registration to scheduling lessons to driving test was a breeze. My twins started school late 2023 and now they have just passed their driving test and officially have their license! I'm so excited for them and truly could not have made it through this process without DFW Driving School Frisco. Then I scheduled a road prep lesson and the road test with them and everything went very well, the instructor explained everything in detail, gave good feedback and instructions at all times. Negative experience: Horrible. I paid $675 for 10 hours of lesson. Do not take classes over here. The driver teaching me constantly advertised his personal classes to me to take more hours and pay more to him. A a money haul good for nothing. The instructor teaching me taught me nothing until the last minute most of the time I had to practice on my own car to learn. If they think they can grab more money from you, they’ll fail even if there is no major mistake. And he said “you did well. You’ll pass next time.” Now I’ll pay more $50 for another test. No thanks. After posting this review I was called and howled at on call by the lady owner of this placed to take it down and “ give me your parents number you coward “ and all was said to me. Please don’t go to this place, people are disrespectful.
