Negative experience: I'll tell you this, last year I paid for one lesson just to test this company out and it was so pathetic I didn't even bother writing a review. I couldn't understand this guy at all. Heavy accent, he pretty much gave up on life too as he couldn't be bothered to actually teach me anything he was just vaguely pointing out instructions and commands. Expensive in relation to the lack of value you're getting. Nah. Nah nah. Wack. Waste of cash. Oh and it's cash only too.

Negative experience: I gave 2 starts cause they don't respect your time. I wanted the 5hr video certificate and to get it was a headache he schedule me to go between 4am and 6am and I went he scheduled me the following week to pick it up at 4am I tried to change the time to more later and he said straight up no. I was ok I went and guess who wasn't there valentino wasn't there then tells me that it wasn't that day I was you made me come at 4am for no reason for him to tell me to come back the same day at 9am I got my license now but not thanks to them will not send anyone to them at all.

Negative experience: my instructor romeo was playing candy crush while i was doing my driving test… I don’t understand why people want to play with other peoples hard earned money! waste of my time

Fantastic experience: I wanna give a huge thanks to Romeo from Valentino driving school for his participation and help in teaching me, not really how to drive, but more less how to park and do 3-point turns & so on. I took my 5 hour class back in like May and then took 4 practice driving courses with Romeo. I performed miserably in the practice sessions. But I was still learning. Positive experience: Went in on a Friday to schedule the 5 lessons package which included everything. Although expensive in my opinion, it was worth it. Just 10 days after my initial visit, I was scheduled for a road test and passed on my first try!! Valentino is an effective instructor. I’m a beginner driver & I have very little experience driving prior and he gave me a lot of confidence that I could do it.

Fantastic experience: First off, I want to give a shout-out to Romeo, who went above and beyond as a driving instructor—always accommodating and working with you no matter what schedule you might have. 5 AM Driving lesson to then taking my road test the same day and passing was an achievement I was able to complete thanks to the instruction and confidence of Romeo and his driving school. Fantastic experience: Look no further than this driving school. Amazing work being done here! Hadn't ever sat behind a wheel before so I took the 10 lessons package. Started August 19, 2023 and Valentino was my teacher. I thought I would sit in the passenger seat and he'd teach me about the car and I'd watch him drive but no... in my first lesson, he told me to get in the driver seat and proceeded to teach me how to turn the wheel, foot on the brake, get out of park, put it in drive, reverse etc. and some how someway I can't believe my first lesson I drove from 138th south bronx all the way up to crotona and back down in the chaos that's the bronx. And 7 days later I was driving on the highway!! Like what? Unbelievable. About 18 days later and 12 lessons finished, I took my drivers test and passed... I'm still blown away by how fast I was able to learn how to drive and pass the test in such a short amount of time but I give all credit to the teaching style of Valentino and the belief they instill in their students!! Now I'm on my way to use that drivers license to get my motorcycle license all within the same month! Who would've thought! Bless you all my friends!

This driving school was very accommodating, especially since I work long hours I was able to take a total of 10, 45-min lessons at 4:30AM. I have a very busy work schedule and could only do Saturday lessons, so when I had the whole week of Christmas off, we used the time to do the majority of my lessons, with my road test scheduled for that Friday afternoon just before the new year. I took my 5 hour class online in one Saturday morning, next Saturday I took one driving lesson (I have a driving license from Europe), but it was the first time driving here in NY. Before going to Valentino’s driving school I called other driving schools and I was told that it would take up to 5 weeks to take the exam (regardless if you already know how to drive, or not). Fantastic experience: This was by far the most amazing driving experience I ever had. Romeo Valentino puts all his focus into his clients. We would always meet up around 4:45 AM and we will drive and he gave me a lot of advice and also showed me new tricks and methods on how to parallel park, broken U-turns, and right of way. When I drove for the first time I was very nervous but I got over that fear in under 5 minutes while driving with Romeo. He helps you bring confidence into yourself and to not worry as he would be there on your side to help correct mistakes and to prevent any bad habits happening. Fantastic experience: Romeo just give u confidence to let u know you will be driving follow his directions. I always had trouble parallel parking. I struggle with people trying to explain it. He visually show me how to turn the wheel what to look for. We practice all the rules of stopping looking both ways and signaling at what moment. Parallel parking he would have me do it on the busiest street to the quiet street just to get the hang of it. I was always anxious when i saw other cars and it was time to park. He ensure take your time and you got this. Well time for the test, i had to parallel park on hill not only did i ace it the instructor like u can proceed to leave i didn't even get all the way in spot when i knew then i passed. I feel so confident now i wanna parallel park everywhere. I only uses him for driving lessons. Also i was in a rush to get my license because my permit would expire on my birthday and he said i would have it and look at that happy birthday to me Thanks again Romeo

Fantastic experience: Romeo is by far the best teacher I've had. Valentino knew my situation was urgent, promising me to get my license within two weeks before I went back to college and they sure as hell did! Im forever grateful of the timing and the quality of the lessons. Romeo is a snap and fun to be around, which made me totally comfortable with him driving and learning quickly. Mr. Romeo is the best teacher he work around my schedule and understand when I couldn’t make it he never rush me even when I was a little scared at first but he had so much confident in me . he’s a god send and I would recommend anyone here.

Fantastic experience: I decided to take 5 lessons with Romeo. Romeo was very nice and friendly and funny. He will make you feel comfortable and will support you in every way and believe in you to pass your road test on your first try. This is the best Driving School you could ever come across with. My test was taken at Havermeyer Ave in Castle. Road test only lasted me 5 minutes and quickly passed. Romeo taught me everything about being behind the wheel to parallel parking, 3 point turns, Turning and intersections, to driving heavily in traffic. Romeo will give you the best service and lessons you won't ever find in any other driving school. Thanks alot my brother HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic experience: I went in a very anxious and not at all an experienced driver. Romeo is an incredible teacher - very patient, humorous and to the point. By the end of my ten lessons, I was way more comfortable and extremely competent with my technique and being behind the wheel. I learned so much and the investment is well worth it and will last a lifetime. I passed my road test and give all of the thanks to Romeo and Valentino Driving School. I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic experience: Valentino driving school is absolutely the best. For starters the instructors aren’t uptight and do not get annoyed or angered. They take things slow, cool calm and collective. After my second time of not passing this test with other instructors I finally passed with Valentino with same day practice. Thank You endlessly.

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to write reviews, but I feel indebted to the level of service and professionalism I received at this school. I took lessons with several driving schools before Valentino, and this was no doubt the best one. I passed my test after only a few lessons and my instructor broke down everything I needed to know with patience and care. With good humor and grit, he took time to show what I'm doing right and explained the areas where I could improve. The 5 hour class was also run by a great instructor who made an effort to make it interesting and entertaining. Valentino driving school always makes time for you and if you're committed you can get your license with them in short time. I would 100% recommend this school for anyone who wants to pass their road test and be given the skills to become a good driver.
