Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with A+ Driving School. I was contacted within 24 hours of payment to schedule with Nadia, and I was able to complete all of my hours in about 2 weeks. She taught me during multi-hour sessions — with coffee breaks each session that she generously paid for. I was given specific memorizable instructions for driving and parking, and I got plenty of time to practice. After only 20 hours of learning, I was able to take and pass the driving test. She scheduled the test and I was able to use her car, as I didn’t have my own. The whole process was very convenient and efficient; I highly recommend this School.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this school, especially teacher Fawaz, I was taking private lessons with teacher Fawaz, and after a few classes, I applied for the test, and I passed. He focuses on how to achieve the techniques that help to master driving, I appreciate his efforts and all the A plus driving school staff.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had been to another road test place and 3 times and we had nothing but failure after failure. We called Hoth Testing and explained our issues and Tyler recommended that we contact Nadia at A+ Driving. Fantastic experience: I already had my license in a different country but had not actually driven after I got it and in the 10 years afterwards. I had a lot of anxiety about possible accidents occurring because of my inexperience. On my first day I was terrorized driving at 20 mph inside the neighborhood. Switched for our second teen to a better place. we were very happy with the other place. my concerns of this placed were reiterated by the experience a friend’s child had and shared with me as I took them to a driving practice.

Fantastic experience: I did both segments here and I loved it! Ms. Baker was a great teacher and Max was very understanding when he took me on my drives! I appreciate the school for being so cooperative, especially when I took segment one because I was in sports and there were days where I was running late and they understood. I definitely recommend taking drivers ed here! Ms. Baker gave us a 10 minutes break around the middle of our 2 hour class and it definitely helped because it gave me a chance to reset my brain so I could pay attention better! Fantastic experience: I had a couple of preparatory lessons with Mr Fawaz Nimer. The instructor is a brilliant combination of three C: competent, confident, creative. I am a specific driving student because I am very sensitive and reactive to the slightest stress. It was amazing to see how Mr Nimer picked this up on the way and adjusted his experienced style of teaching to me. I needed positive attitudes and confidence - he gave it to me. I needed to learn parking techniques - and Fawaz taught them methodologically, gradually and profoundly. I would recommend this instructor to a species like me ))) And the most important: I passed the road test from my first attempt!

Fantastic experience: When starting, I struggled to get accustomed to the road. After recently passing my road test I can confidently say I know the rules of the road and know how to drive safely! Mr. Fawaz not only guided me to success but helped build my confidence on the road. Fantastic experience: A Plus Driving School was great at helping me get my Drivers License as a 25 year old with Autism! They were so accommodating to my work schedule and were willing to drop me off at my work and were willing to incorporate driving to errands as part of the lesson and my instructor Nadia, was great at providing me with instructions and determining what was right to teach me during a lesson! I highly recommend them if you are a grown adult who wants to learn how to drive, or you need your driving lessons to accommodate your schedule as a working adult or if you are someone with Autism too! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I have lots of anxiety about driving and being behind the wheel.  My behind the wheel instructor was Max.  Max made me understand the instructions before I start driving which make things easier for me to understand. All instructors inside the class and behind the wheel are great.  I enjoyed my driving experience.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Nimer is a great instructor, his parking tutorials are on point and very intuitive. Furthermore, he helps you be more comfortable on the road and drive naturally. The amount of information conveyed in one session is quite a lot but still easy to retain. I took one session before my driving test and it helped a lot to pass it without any hassle.

Negative experience: I had high hopes for this place because of the good reviews. My daughter who recently turned 15, completed drivers training here with Max. Because of the way Max handled the training and spoke to my daughter and her driving partner, he made them both cry more than once. They also did not teach them to park, and the only freeway experience they got was getting on the freeway and then getting off the next exit, once. It was a traumatizing experience for my daughter because of the way Max communicated. I strongly feel like he did not teach them some of the most important things to learn (freeway driving and parrell parking) When I reached out and expressed my concern, no accountability was taken. Regret spending the higher fee and choosing this place. Just because it cost more apparently doesn’t mean it’s better

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my instructor Mr. Fawaz (not sure how to spell his last name). I started with zero skill and a lot of anxiety about driving and with his training, I was able to pass the road test on the first attempt, despite taking a break in between. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about driving. He will ensure you learn solid fundamentals of driving. He gives very detailed and precise feedback to help you improve, while helping you stay calm on the road. We did many repetitions of the more difficult manoeuvres and that helped me learn and improve my technique. Highly recommend taking lessons from him if he is available

Fantastic experience: I used to have extreme driving anxiety with zero skill. Yet I just passed my road test at the 1st attempt. After so much research of driving schools in A2 and Ypsi, I ended up enrolling lessons with A+ driving school. I have to say this is one of the best decisions and investments I ve made for myself. I feel so lucky and grateful with Mr. Nimer as my driving instructor. He is remarkably professional, straightforward, patient and calm. I first registered a 4 hr session with him then continued with a 20 hr package based on my personal pace and goals. Mr. Nimer always offers effective techniques and practical feedback. His clear and constant instructions enhanced my muscle memory naturally so I didnt feel pressured to remember too many things at the same time. Significantly, Mr. Nimer also helped me a lot with the road test registration and test practice. Thanks to those preparations, I felt completely calm and confident with the road test. One more thing. Their website is so easy to navigate and register lessons without any trip to the office. I did make only one phone call to double check the information. I highly recommend A+ driving school for their A+ service.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with A+ driving school. I had only two weeks to take driving lessons, and my teacher, Mrs. Nadia, was very accommodating in fitting me in her busy schedule. She is extremly kind and patient. She always gives clear instructions and explains things in the simplest way possible. Nadia was also amazing in boosting my confidence before the road test. She gave me positive feedbacks on every correct move that I did, and made me to repeat the instructions multiple times whenever I was not doing them right, until I feel completely comfortable with them (in my case parallel parking and driving in highways). She is the best; I couldn't have done it without her. Oh and yes! I passed my road test! :)

Fantastic experience: Mr. Nimer is the best instructor. He gives clear instructions and is thorough in explaining everything. With only ten lessons, i was able to go from zero experience driving to getting my license. Even the testers were impressed at the skills that i was taught when learning from Mr. Nimer.

Fantastic experience: I took both my segment one and two here and it was really nice. The teacher Emily was super clear on everything. She explained everything really well, she made the tests for both segments really easy by providing study guides. She is super helpful if you have questions and made class interesting by giving personal experience. She also gave some tips on what to expect on the road test. Max who was my driving teacher was nice and really encouraging and gave good tips when it came to driving for the first time. Overall it was a good experience learning here. They have parking cones in the back to help for the road test. Those were really helpful. I really recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience with A+ driving school and the lovely Nadia! I was initially a super nervous driver, and at the beginning of my lessons this definitely showed on the road. Nadia taught me the technique, was super patient with me and firm when needed to help me gain confidence on the roads, always progressing the lessons at a pace that was right for me. When it was clear that I needed more lessons to gain confidence, or that I would have to rearrange things due to my heavy college workload, she was super understanding and always made me feel better and comfortable. By the time I took my test, I was super confident, and even when unexpected circumstances happened on the road (which they did in my test!), I was confident and capable of navigating it with ease. Not only is Nadia an amazing teacher, she is also an incredible, kind and lovely woman with whom it was a privilege to talk to and spend time with! I took 20 hours of lessons and passed my test the first time with flying colors. If you are in Ann Arbor or Metro Detroit I highly recommend you check them out!

Fantastic experience: I recently took private driving lessons with Nadia at the A Plus Driving School. Nadia has been an outstanding instructor. I had no knowledge of driving before. She had been extremely patient and taught me different aspects of safe driving. She helped me in learning different manuveurs related to safe driving. Within a period of one month I got ready for road test and became succesful in it. I would strongly recommend Nadia as a driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. I was very nervous at first but rigorous practice helped me pass my test within a month! Nadia was very accurate in predicting the number of hours I needed and very helpful. It was expensive, but in my opinion, worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Fawaz Nimer is a miracle worker. For a long time I lacked confidence in my driving and was very nervous to get behind the wheel, but he turned that around in just a few sessions. His crystal-clear explanations of technique and his incredible patience have helped me develop the driving skills and confidence I never thought I’d find. He is one of the best teachers I have ever had in any subject, and lessons with A Plus Driving School have changed my life for the better.

Fantastic experience: First time learning how to drive in my late 20s. I had Nadia as my instructor, and she was supportive and clear and helped me build confidence and skill -- not only for the test but also for driving in everyday life. We were able to schedule some long (3-5hr) lessons, and I went from 0 to road-ready in about a month. I passed my test on the first try! Also worth mentioning that the school lets you rent the car you practiced in for the road test (and you can even book a final practice session right before the road test, in that same car). It's a bit pricey, but if you're not tight on money I think it's nice to have (especially if you are a completely new driver like me) since you'll already be familiar and comfortable with the car.

He's patient, explains things well, and has good vibes to be around, which you'll want if you're spending multiple hours in a car with someone. Fantastic experience: I took one hour session with Nadia for on-road driving right before my test day. She was really patient and friendly. She also gave me very helpful tips! Due to special circumstances, I only had less than a week of preparation time, but she found the time to be my instructor at a very short notice!

Fantastic experience: Great experience!! The in class lessons were really informative and the instructors made us feel like we were in real situations. When it came to the actual driving I was a bit anxious but the instructor helped me calm down and relax my nerves. All in all highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’m in 30s and took behind the wheel lessons for 8 hrs in 3 different days before the road test. I passed the road test without any issue and with 100% confidence! Instructor gives each detailed instruction & advise at just right timing so I could see my driving skills has been improved each lesson. I added few more hours to driving longer distance before I need to commute to office. Highly recommended!
