Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience getting my driver's license through American Driving Academy! I booked and paid online, which was very convenient for me. There were next day appointments available at the time, while another driving school I looked at was booked out 3 weeks. The test was also slightly cheaper here than others I looked at. There seems to be lots of Spanish-speaking instructors and resources as well if you're in need of one. I only took the test and didn't have any instructional courses. Savana was my instructor, and she was excellent. She is very professional, but also kind and didn't make me nervous at all. She also gave great feedback on how to improve my driving after I had passed. She gave information on how to easily upgrade my permit to a license which was super helpful. Overall, this was an excellent and stress-free experience!

Fantastic experience: Byron was very pleasant and thorough during my check ride. I enjoyed taking the ride with him and would recommend him for anyone who needs to take the driving test.

Fantastic experience: I have two European driving licenses and American Driving Academy was my third place in the world where I passed my driving test. Believe me, it was the easiest and most enjoyable test under the guidance of instructor Faris. If you know how to drive and if you know the rules of the road, it is impossible for you to fail... And instructor Faris will confirm it. Great experience and I could do it again.

Fantastic experience: Tracy ( a gentleman ) was my examiner. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the test. I think thats very important because I have been with an examiner before who didn’t care and appear cold. If you want to get a fair result this is the place. Thank you Tracy. Really appreciate how calm you made me feel throughout the driving test as I was feeling nervous (as I failed my test the day before at Academy School of driving and I don’t recommend it). I have been driving for past 14 years ( license was expired as I was traveling to another country for a few years)and they failed me as the gentleman (examiner) there didn't seem to be happy working and the way he talked was rude as well . Please go to american driving academy team instead for a fair result and great driving test experience. After all driving test doesn’t have to be nerve wrecking and actually could be a pleasant experience. Also recommend looking at ratings before picking up a spot to give your test.

Positive experience: The first time didnt go so well. But I took notes for my next drive and guess what happened I passed! Yaaaa me!

Fantastic experience: My test results were quickly ushered to me as I advanced through the training. I feel confident that I know the rules of the road and will be a good driver.

Negative experience: They will fail you repeatedly regardless of your driving ability. It's too bad Colorado DMV farms out services to private companies who are of course motivated by profit. The more tests/ lessons the more $$$ for them! Update: their response to any negative reviews tells you everything about their integrity!

Didn't make me feel like I was being lectured or disciplined like other places. I felt safe driving alone with him and highly recommend this for parents whose kids are taking their tests because I will be bringing my own children here next year!

Fantastic experience: I like how Marissa was giving me directions on what to do before I start driving like turning on my driver side and passenger side. I also like how she gave me a tip about doing complete stops during the first stops at stop signs because most of the first stops were complete stops and some were just stops. It’s not that I did something wrong but it’s something she wants me to keep in mind and overall I did really good

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with American driving. There was a problem with my insurance and faris walked me through what I needed to do at the dmv and even helped me reschedule for the same day. He did not stress me out during my test at all!

He communicated very clearly, made sure I understood everything I needed to know prior to the test. Afterwards, he was helpful and very informative. His professionalism really stood out, making each lesson enjoyable and productive. I highly recommend Faris to anyone looking to learn how to drive confidently! Id have to say he was GREAT! All around. The vehicles that they have to provide for those who are taking their drive test are clean, and drive smoothly. I’d recommend the American Driving Academy to anyone and everyone who is interested in taking there drivers test, and I highly recommend Faris if you get the chance to ride with him and have him as your instructor, you’ll be a lucky one. I PASSED!

Negative experience: When leaving a review, sometimes we opt to include many details, so a company may reflect on a situation, and take the best course of action with the given details. This company, instead, took every detail shared in hopes of discrediting my character and experience, rather than looking for insights into how this poor experience occurred. This company is dishonest, it's employees are condescending, and it's atmosphere suggests that "they can do no wrong". Substantially provable facts are hand-waived, while instructor mistakes are basically considered impossible. We're all human, and none of us are perfect. It would do well for the company to reflect upon that ideal, in hopes of continuing to improve their services. As it stands, I had an incredibly shady situation with this company, and they decline to even consider investigating any malfeasance from their end. This never had anything to do with the test standards themselves, but rather with adherence to the procedures of the test. Yet again, company deflects, attacks, and supposes it is impossible for them to do wrong. Sorry, I prefer to do business with folks that take responsibility for their business.

Fantastic experience: I went here after being failed over and over for ridiculous reasons at a different driving school. When I went here they were very friendly and professional and I passed my first try. Cindy was incredibly personable and was an amazing instructor. She was clear with her directions and calm and was just overall a great person to take the test with. Highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Best place if you are looking for driving lessons. I took a 2 hrs class with Fernando, he is very patient and explained everything you need to know while driving.

Fantastic experience: Wow, I couldn’t be more pleased with my exam and instructor. I was a scared and nervous wreck but in the company of my instructor Cindy, all my bad feelings turned to good feelings. The only downside to having Cindy as your instructor, you’re gonna miss her when you’re finished!!! 10/10 would recommend. I would do it again if it were an option. Thanks Cindy!!!!!!

She gave me clear instructions and never did I feel that she was putting me in an uncomfortable position. She explained what the test would look like before it started and helped explain to me what the process of upgrading my permit to license was after the test. Lovely experience!

Coming in with some prior driving experience, my instructors Ayana and Faris brushed me up to speed very well and focused on areas where I needed improvement. I then tested with Nina, who was very professional and reassuring throughout the test. All of this happened within a week and I’m very glad to have passed my test!
