Fantastic experience: Excellent Mature Driver course. Best price I could find. Easy to understand, with videos, and final exam is easy too. Highly recommended to save on your auto insurance.

Negative experience: They have several defensive driving and online courses. I do not recommend Urban Traffic Scholl's services. They are saying no final exam but there is. They are asking unrelated verification questions. Related questions are not counted correct even you gave the correct answer.

Positive experience: Overall, had a good experience with their services. My driving instructor was Sharan, and she was a good teacher. Thanks to her, I was able to pass my behind-the-wheel test after on the first try!

Fantastic experience: Received my first traffic ticket and not very happy about it. I found this school doing a Google search and saw that they were on the list of authorized schools. When I saw the price, I thought this was scam so I called them. I spoke to customer service and the lady I spoke with was very professional and answered all my questions. Enrollment was easy and going through the course was very easy and direct. I also like the fact that I can leave my computer off for several days, then come back and pick up where I left off. Fantastic experience: Urban Traffic School was recommended to me by a neighbor. It was very easy to use and they even sent me a reminder to finish my course right before it was due! That was a life-saver, even though it was only 48 hours before the due date. Yes, there are a few typos they might want to edit. Yes, the info can be pretty redundant. But I guess they're supposed to drill it into our heads for safety. The great thing is that they made the whole process very easy, and also had a helpful chat feature for any questions. After I passed the final, they automatically, immediately sent my certificate or confirmation to the courthouse for processing. I didn't have to do another thing.

The test is reasonable, no "trick" questions and I finished it in 10 minutes with 100%. This is reasonable as a requirement to get the point taken off my record. I did this course doing on lesson per day over a 2 week period. The final exam took only 20 minutes and I passed (final score unknown). It was much easier to do at home in front of a computer than driving to an in-person class.

Fantastic experience: I looked through several online traffic schools and, for some reason, this one caught my eye. After checking it out and confirming that it was accepted by the DMV, I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, I have taken traffic school before in person and it was the most boring class I have ever taken even though it was supposed to be a comical class. With Urban Traffic School, I was able to go at my own pace (honestly way faster than in person) and not annoying or boring. And come on, who doesn't want to read through traffic school in their sweats with a nice mug of coffee, on their own comfy couch? I will absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs it and I will definitely come back if I ever need it again... hopefully not, but you never know.

My first time I trusted urban to submit my completion and it was never processed by the court I found out a year later after I was paying a high insurance rate. Fantastic experience: After researching a number of online schools, I decided on Urban Traffic school based on the number of positive reviews and low cost. The registration was quick and the course material was laid out very well. It was easy to navigate and cover all the study materials. Ideally, we could complete the course in 3-4 hours of dedicated time. The quizzes at the end help us with the final test. One issue - rather confusion - is that in the end, we are asked if we want to upgrade, but I had already paid for an upgrade at the point of registration, so I am clueless if I get refunded for the balance or not, since I chose to not upgrade. I am hoping I will get a resolution to this during the chat. I might revise my rating based on that outcome. So far, I am very satisfied, but the reporting to DMV is still pending since I just finished my test. So my true and complete opinion is still say about 30% pending. I am hoping I will be super happy I went with Urban Traffic School. Fingers crossed.
